2OO2年重大记事

一. 完成2002-2003年基金申请

共资助了32个项目,其中有机所14个,外单位18个,资助总额79.8万。

二.实验室设备更新

完成了两批设备更新计划论证,第一批经费已经批准,准备购置园二色散仪一台,原位红外仪一台,分析和制备液相色谱仪一台,和有机所共同购置SGI图形工作站和高分辨质谱一台,现这些购置计划正在实施中,将于2003年6月验收。第二批设备购置计划经费还没有落实,将努力争取。

三.创新群体

2001年申请的以我室学术带头人为主的题为“导向有机合成的金属有机化学”创新研究群体已于2002年正式启动,三年共360万元。此项目还得到上海市科委的匹配支持。

四. 实验室承担的科研项目运行正常

今年由吉林大学裘式纶教授和我室麻生明研究员作为首席科学家的973项目“创造新物质的分子工程学研究”完成了中期评估,得到科技部组织的专家组的好评,并完成了后三年计划和经费预算的上报,现后三年经费资助额度已得到批准,比原计划略有增加。另外麻生明主持的基金委重点项目“用金属有机化学研究绿色化学中的基本问题”和基金委优秀实验室重点项目“金属催化的对映选择性合成”两个项目在年初都通过了基金委的中期评估,专家组一致认为,该两个项目实施两年来,出色地完成了原订的研究计划,取得了一系列创新性的丰硕研究成果。同时施敏和丁奎岭主持的中科院知识创新方向性重大项目、唐勇主持的国家“863”计划等由实验室学术带头人共同承担的项目运行正常,发表了不少高质量的论文。今年实验室发表的论文中I区论文有10篇。

五.实验室学委会工作

实验室经常与学术委员保持联系,听取他们对实验室发展的建议,请他们为实验室出谋划策。实验室在今年第12届全国金属有机会议在福州召开之际于10月24-25日召开了2002年度学委会会议,会上荣幸地邀请到了基金委和中科院的领导参加,请他们为实验室的发展提了不少建设性意见。同时本届学术会上很高兴的邀请到南京大学化学系游效曾院士作了题为“光电功能配合物的组装”的学术报告,同时游先生已应邀同意成为我们实验室学术委员会委员中的一员,他的加盟必将推动我们实验室今后在配位化学方面的发展。

六.庆贺黄耀曾院士九十华诞

今年是我室德高望重的黄耀曾院士九十华诞,我们实验室在第12届全国金属有机化学会议上组织了祝贺黄耀曾先生九十华诞学术报告会,会议由戴立信院士主持,钱长涛研究员介绍黄耀曾院士的科学业绩,会上有香港中文大学黄乃正和谢作伟教授、浙江大学黄宪教授、日本东京工业大学Jiro Tsuji教授、南开大学周其林教授和上海有机所的唐勇研究员作了专题学术报告。另外,台湾大学彭旭明教授、台湾中研院化学研究所陆天尧教授和上海有机所的麻生明研究员都在他们的大会报告中祝贺黄耀曾院士九十华诞。 同时有机所还在所内举行了庆贺黄耀曾先生生日的活动。

七、对外开放

实验室今年继续出资和课题组共同邀请一些国外学者专家到有机所进行顺访外,并以实验室名义邀请了一些比较著名的科学家到实验室进行专门的访问,在作学术报告后,还与所内尤其是实验室内的科学家进行面对面的工作访谈,使我们科研人员在有机所就了解了一些国际学科发展动态。

金属有机化学国家重点实验室学术委员会

第一届第二次会议简报

金属有机化学国家重点实验室第一届学术委员会第二次会议于今年10月23-26日在福州武夷山邮电宾馆召开。十四位委员中有九位出席会议,中科院高技术局化工处白路娜老师和国家基金委化学部杜灿屏老师、陈拥军老师与会指导。会议由学术委员会主任钱长涛研究员主持。这次会议的议程是1) 室主任汇报实验室一年来的工作情况,2) 专家学术报告和交流,3) 部分课题组工作进展情况汇报,4) 国际学术会议介绍,5)今后工作讨论。

一.实验室主任麻生明研究员汇报了实验室室一年来的工作

麻生明主任首先欢迎并感谢各位领导和专家的到会,并感谢大家在过去一年中对我们实验室工作的大力指导和支持。然后麻生明研究员汇报了实验室一年来的工作,重点介绍实验室一年来在仪器装备的更新、2002-2003年实验室基金申请及最后资助情况、实验室所承担的国家重大项目的检查情况、成果、论文发表和具体工作进展、人才培养和课题管理等方面的工作。

二.专家学术报告和交流

会上由南京大学游效曾院士和上海有机所戴立信院士、唐勇研究员分别作了题为“光电功能配合物的组装”、“不对称分子内Heck反应的区域选择性问题”、“镍系铁系烯烃聚合催化剂的研究进展、机遇与挑战”三个精彩的学术报告,与会代表对每一个报告都进行了充分的讨论和交流,大家觉得受益非浅。

三. 课题组工作进展汇报和讨论

这次会上共有五个课题组进行工作汇报,分别由上海有机所许旭副研究员(手性合成新产物的色谱分析方法)、上海有机所侯雪龙研究员(手性配体合成及其在不对称反应中的应用)、北京大学甘良兵教授(金属催化下富勒烯氧化物的合成)、中科院福建物构所陈忠宁研究员(金属炔基簇化学及其光电性能研究)、淮北煤炭师范学院王磊教授(绿色有机合成反应方法学)到会汇报工作。委员们认真听取了他们的进展情况和今后工作设想,并就研究工作中的问题提出了中肯的意见和建议,进行了广泛的学术交流。

四.国际学术会议介绍和讨论

本次会上共介绍了三个国际会议的内容:

1. 上海有机所的钱长涛研究员介绍了2002年7月在希腊科呼岛召开的第20届国际金属有机化学会议的情况, 重点介绍了5个大会报告的内容。

2. 上海有机所的麻生明研究员介绍了今年7月中旬在新西兰基督城召开的14th 有机

合成国际会议的基本情况,重点介绍了大会报告中我们实验室比较感兴趣的问题。

3. 上海有机所的戴立信院士介绍了今年4月底在香港召开的亚洲手性会议的情况。

本次会议参加人数大约为100人,其中工业界代表较多,工作很出色,戴先生本人在这次香港会议上代表上海有机所作了大会报告,介绍上海有机所在这方面的最新工作。

通过这些介绍和讨论,使到会委员们及时了解国际上金属有机化学研究的热点和掌握目前文献还来不及报道的热门资料,对拓宽工作思路起到了一定的作用。

五.今后工作讨论

会上委员们对实验室的学术方向、发展方针、研究课题设置和国际学术交流、实验室的建设和管理等方面进行了讨论,尤其是对实验室今后的发展提出了不少建设性建议。

总之,本次学委会会议讨论热烈,交流充分,学术气氛浓厚,与会者都认为收获较大。最后大家一致认为国家重点实验室来之不易,今后一定要坚持“金属有机化学”的学术方向作为学科发展的目标,保持实验室在反应方法学方面的特色,利用外单位优势,进行材料化学方面的合作,吸引国内外最优秀的人才到实验室来工作。即坚持基础研究的特点不变,又要多考虑把研究工作与国家现代化建设和国民经济发展需求相结合。希望金属有机化学国家重点实验室成为一个国际一流的金属有机化学研究基地,为国家解决重大科学问题,发展金属有机化学。
