　　 Within a decade, we established 2 factories, have a current market presence in Asia, America and Europe. In 1995 we opened our first overseas factory TECHLUXE METAL FACTORY in Dongguan city, Guangdong province, China. In 2003, we completed the building of our second factory CHANG HE PRECISION ELECTRONICS CO.,LTD in Kunshan city, Jiangshu province, one of the most rapidly developed country level city. We continue to expand our market in our attempt to reach more applications in electrical and electronic engineering 。 In the 21st century, we will adopt the advanced management mode, manufacture technique, the application of E-commerce and enterprise reform engineering project to meet every request of the customers. As for above we will make every effort to grow up with world-class company together and create a bright future in the 21st century.

CHANG HE is a subsidiary company of Lian Cherng Enterprise which establishedIn 1971, has therefore more than 35 yearsof history in manufacturing and selling hi-precision electronic metal components, including metal ware, motor steel sheet,spring plate, radiators etc.

Our technical team has had theexperience of the punching & pressingcomponents for more than 20 years. In view of hi-quality as a professionalmanufacturer, we are able to fully satisfycustomers' request, we make every effortto the R&D of electronic metal precisioncomponents and going on to update ourequipments which are gaining trust and respect from our customers of world-class Japan company.
