PROJECTS:

Master’s Project (CS 700B) The most important phase of the project involved parsing the relevant tweets related to Hurricane sandy Out of the given 1 million tweeter tweets. After extracting the relevant tweets based on certain keywords clustering was done to map the tweets location on

the map for further analysis and was then compared to the locations where Hurricane sandy struck in 2012 to Compare the efficiency of our results with the actual results.

Banking Database Application Worked on banking database application as a part of advanced database course requirement. The backend was implemented using PL/SQL and the front was implemented using HTML, CSS and PHP. The application consists of functions like login, customer information update, Transactions.

Text Based Cryptosystem Using Elliptic Curve Cryptography: This major project was in Java for encryption and decryption of text using Elliptic Curve Cryptography. The major advantage of Elliptic Curve Cryptography is that it requires less number of bits as compared to RSA and Deffie-Hellman which requires large number of bits; also Elliptic Curve cryptography implementation requires less power and less memory.

Hospital Management System The mini project is an application design to support hospitals with management tools such as Registration System, appointment Management, and Job schedule management. Hospital Management system is a desktop application where Java is used as frontend language and MYSQL database as the backend.
