Accepting your grants online

To accept your grants online, just follow these easy steps:

1. Type NetBenefits.com into your browser address bar and click the Outside U.S. Employees tab.

2. If you are a new user, you will need to complete the new user registration and open your Stock Plan Account. Please note that you will not be able to accept your grants online if your account is not opened. You will be required to enter your:

• Participant Number (provided by Fidelity Stock Plan Services) • Employee ID (provided by your employer) • Date of birth

3. Create a username, password, and security question. Click Submit and then Log In.

4. To open your Stock Plan Account, click the Get Started button and follow the prompts to complete the online account opening process.

5. Return to the Log In page, enter your username and password, and click Log In.

6. On the Stock Plans page, scroll down to Your Grants by plan and click Begin Acceptance.

7. On the Accepting Your Grants page, you will see all the grants awaiting acceptance. For a specific grant, click the Start button to review each grant document.

8. Before you accept your grant, please review your Grant Agreement and any plan documents. If your plan requires acknowledgment, please check the boxes and then proceed by selecting Accept Your Grant.

9. On the confirmation page, please make note of your confirmation number and print this page for your records.

You have now completed the acceptance process for your grant. If you have additional grants requiring acceptance, repeat Steps 7 through 9.
