Job descriptions:

1- Received package scope to confirm for all row materials that all required details covered under the package sent to supplier (specification, drawing, Compliance statement).

2- Tracking offers to assure receiving all the quotation as per the plan for submittal date.

3- Send to procurement Eng. to comparing technical & commercial offers and preparing required comparison.

4- Negotiation with suppliers to get best price which complying with technical requirements & dry cost.

5- Getting Cost control manager approval on commercial comparison. 6- Preparing Budget adjustment with estimation department in case of any

budget up lift. 7- Issuing submittal requirements to selected supplier according to technical

department approval. 8- Getting technical department approval on submittal before sending the

same to site to be sure that all agreed points were covered under technical submittal and all items were compiled by supplier.

9- Request the procurement Eng. To opening new items at E.R.P system for Approval by System Operator.

10- Follow Preparation of supply agreement and Sub-contract agreement draft and getting cost control manager & projects manager comments on the same.

11- Follow up the P.O to be signed and stamped after getting consultant approval.

12- Handing over the subject completely to Expeditor and site team to follow delivery with suppliers.

13- Supporting site team for any problems with suppliers during delivery period.

14- Follow the finance team to issue the payment as the deal with supplier. 15- Giving the updates of materials required status to monitoring

procurement report for all discipline and updating every week with projects team.

16- Follow the site store kipper to issue the GRN (good received note). 17- Control for the petty Cash for the consumable materials. 18- Follow the accountant for the petty cash statement and document circular

of the petty cash.
