وهكذا كان المذاق الفريد...

في بداية السبعينات من مصنع بسكويت اآليس كريم بدأ الحاج رمضان أبو لبة بداية نجاحه عن خبرة مستمدة من األجداد تحت اسم النجمة، ووجه نشاط المصنع للسوق المحلي األردني وللتصدير للعديد من الدول وخصيصا لدول الخليج العربي. وفي منتصف السبعينات تم افتتاح أول فرع في االردن والذي تم انشائه في ماركا حيث المصنع. ومع بداية الثمانينات بدأنا في صناعة الحلويات الشرقية االصلية.

أما االنطالقة األولى للمصنع فكانت في التسعينات بعد أن انضم أبناء الحاج للشركة فقاموا بتطوير المصنع تقنيا وفنيا لمواكبة آخر تطورات التكنولوجيا في هذا المجال، ففي عام 1992 تم أفتتاح مصنع الحلويات بشكل مستقل بعد فصله عن فرع ماركا. وفي عام 1995 تمت التوسعة قبل األخيرة لفرع ماركا، أما في عام 1996 تم أفتتاح فرع " جوستي " للبوظة االيطالية في االردن – الرابية : وفي الوقت الحالي يتم انتاج أكثر من مائة صنف من اآليس كريم المصنعة من أجود انواع

المواد األولية اإليطالية والخالية من المواد المصنعة ،بحيث أصبحت " جوستي" من المزوديين الرئيسيين لآليس كريم الفخم وأفضل المطاعم والفنادق في المملكة وخارجها.

وفي عام 2000 تم إنشاء وتطوير مصنع مركزي لحلويات النجمة لتزويد كافة الفروع بالحلويات وكافة مستلزماتها، كما تم افتتاح فرع النجمة في منطقة ياجوز، اما عام 2003 فتم افتتاح فرع البيادر، أما فرع نزال وطبربور فتم افتتاحهما في عام 2010، ومؤخرا في عام 2012 تم افتتاح فرعنا الثامن فرع شارع المدينة المنورة.

وهكذا تصدرت حلويات النجمة األسماء في السوق االردني في مجال الحلويات والبوظة وانفردت بالمذاق.

وتقوم حلويات النجمة اآلن بتصدير الحلويات ألميركا وأوروبا ودول الخليج العربي ليصبح أسم النجمة أسما عالميا في مجال الحلويات لالنطالق نحو العالمية لنصبح في قمة قائمة مصنعي الحلويات العالميين من خالل الجودة العالية والقدرة التنافسية في مجال إنتاج الحلويات.

Thus the unique taste was …In the beginning of the Ice Cream factory's seventies, Haj Ramadan Abu Libba witnessed his success based on his expertise which was drawn from the Ancestors, under the title (The Star). He directed the factory activities to the Jordanian local Market and exporting his products to many countries, especially The Arab Gulf states. In Mid of Seventies, the first Branch of the above factory had been opened in Jordan; located at Marqa Area. By the beginning of Eighties we started manufacturing the Original Eastern Sweets industry. The first break of the factory was in the nineties after Al Haj Sons entered in the company and worked on developing the factory; technically and technologically. Such development was intended to escorting the most recent technology in that field of business. In 1992, the first sweets independent factory was opened after being separated from Marqa Branch. In 1995, the pre-last expansion in Marqa Branch was witnessed, while in 1996 Gusti Branch for Italian Ice cream was opened in Al Rabiah – Amman – Jordan. Currently, more than 100 type of Ice Cream are produced from the Italian national raw materials of best quality. Such production placed Gusti as the one of the main suppliers of Ice Cream to Restaurants & hotels inside and outside Jordan. In 2000, a central Factory has been established producing Al Nejmah Sweets, and supplying its branches with all sweets and raw materials. Also Al Nejmah branch was opened in yajooz – Al Zarka, and in 2003, Al Bayader branch was also opened, while Nazal and Tabrbour Branches were opened in 2010. Recently, and in 2012, our eight branch was opened in Al madina Monawarh Str., Amman. Therefore, we can say that Al Nejmah Sweets occupies the first place in the Jordanian market as to sweets and Ice Cream, and is considered the sole producer in terms of sweets and Ice Cream best taste.General ViewOur Expected FutureAfter we possessed single-hand, as to Taste..
