Worked on projects over 2 Billion AED as cost estimate with international company RMJM. Strong experience in the Towers, Hotels and Residential fields, with projects delivered by my team as a complete BIM implementation of all required disciplines, one key project in a sixty levels residential tower in Dubai Marina Key completed designied and detailed Hotel projects is the W Hotel five stars with RMJM, the Sheraton Hotel Five stars with Patrice Hart, other smaller hotel project include Baku private Hotel development and 300 rooms three stars water front hotel accommodation in Monastir Tunisia.

consultant, winning several design awards including an award to design

2022 Fifi world cup stadium, with AEB, I work mainly as a project manager,

taking decisions on daily basis for several projects that I coordinate and

organize work load between architectural and other engineering disciplines

I’m also heavily involved in following up project progress throught clients

reports and communications with sub consultants, having in parallel five

project to handle, it does help to be very organized individual.

The level of coordination goes all the way throught to the Japanese

consultant Nikken Sekkei and also LOM, AECOM, ATKINS, EMAAR.

Senior Architect, AEB, Doha Qatar, 2015 Dec – present Working as Project Manager on a daily basis situations, meeting with clients,

was selected to work on key projects such all Al Fardan projects.

Coordinating overall projects progress and deliverables for all disciplines.

Main difference with my previous experience with RMJM is that with AEB I

supervise over five projects in parallel, being involved from BIM resources

distribution up to specific points related to timeframe and project contract.

Senior Architect, RMJM, Dubai UAE, 2014 May – 2015 Nov Being a BIM senior professional, I was responsible for several large scale

projects, a 700 Million AED Tower in Dubai Marina, 60 levels high rise water

front development that I designed and detailed from initial renderings that

we presented to the client. I and the team prepared everything, from BIM

models, up to weekly meetings of coordination with the client. I also got

involved for six months in coordination of a 2 Billion AED W Hotel Project,

with 100,000m2 of accommodation including 300 hotel rooms and 45 super

luxury duplex, triplex and penthouses.

Design Manager, Zebra Projects, Dubai UAE, 2012 Oct – 2014 Apr International company, with offices in London and Dubai. We delivered projects in Moscow, Peter, Baku, London, commercial centers, retail and F&B I was in charge of a team of architects, to handle designing the projects with Revit software, with Zebra managers; I use to travel often for different sites. Design Architect, MM Concept, Dubai UAE, 2010 Oct – 2012 Sep A German Architectural company, who was involved in everything from project management to interior design. The environment was challenging and creative, I was developing, designing and detailing Architectural Projects. Supervising project team members and implementing BIM. My private practice, Tunis, Tunisia, 2010 Jan– 2010 Sep Designing and detailing a high rise Zaabel tower for an architectural

competition in Dubai and a BMW headquarter and a commercial center.

And three stars hotel resort with 300 guest rooms for six months.

Design Architect, Patrice Hart Tunis, Tunisia, 2008 Mar – 2009 May Key project with the French Architect Patrice Hart was a massive five points

Sheraton Hotel in Tripoli Libya, and a smaller Hotel in Tunisia.

architectural competitions, including court of house in France and urban

development for renovation a large area south of Paris France, with the office
