Power Distance

• Power distance is a dimension used to measure how countries differ from each other on cultures , which is put forward by a famous social humanities scholar , Dr. Geert Hofstede. This index indicates the extent to which less powerful members of institutions and organizations within a country expect and accept that power is distributed unequally. It suggests that a society's level of inequality is endorsed by the followers as much as by the leaders. From our research, power distance is more showed on society’s level and the affinities of interpersonal relationship.
