QUALITÀ QUALITY
La ETS Engineering Spa oltre a progettare e produrre gru e paranchi secondo i dettami della Direttiva Macchine 2006/42/CE è in grado di progettare e produrre gru e paranchi antideflagranti per zona 1 e zona 2 in accordo alla Direttiva Europea Atex 94/9/CE e alle prescrizioni della normativa EN 13463.La ETS è certificata ISO 9001, ISO14001 e OHSAS 18001 ed è notificata presso Bureau Veritas per la produzione di macchine antideflagranti con deposito del Fascicolo Tecnico di analisi rischi come previsto dall’Allegato VIII della Direttiva Atex.Tutti i prodotti ETS soddisfano i requisiti di sicurezza richiesti per le zone a rischio di esplosione legate ad applicazioni Gruppo II e Categorie di rischio 2 e 3 ( Zone 1 e 2 ). La classificazione antideflagrante è conforme allo standard di tipo EEx d e/o Eex d/e IIB T4 oppure EEx d e/o Eex d/e IIC T4.
ETS Engineering Spa besides the design and production of cranes and hoists in accordance with Machine Directive 2006/42/EC, is also able to design and produce cranes and hoists in accordance to European Directive Atex 94/9/EC and prescription of Normative EN13463.ETS is certified ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 and notified through Bureau Veritas for the production of explosion-proof cranes with deposit of Technical File of Risk Analysis as prescribed by the Attachment VIII of Atex Directive.All products ETS satisfy the safety requirements for explosion-proof areas Group II and Category 2 a 3 (Zone 1 and Zone 2).The explosion-proof classification comply with Eex-d and Eex-d/e IIB or IIC up to temperature range T4.

The ETS WRH rope hoist has been subjected to rigorous tests of reliability. The structures, mechanisms, motors and electric parts have been tested up to 1.000.000 manoeuvres.The design, by means of a 3D modelling and mechanical calculation program, has enabled the development of a product which guarantees the maximum level of security, performance and technology.All materials are subjected to demanding quality tests and each hoist undergoes a functional test before the shipment.

Il paranco a fune WRH ETS è stato sottoposto a severi test di affidabilità. Le strutture, i meccanismi, i motori e le parti elettriche collaudate fino ad 1.000.000 di manovre. La progettazione tramite programma di modellazione 3D e calcolo meccanico ha consentito lo sviluppo di un prodotto che assicura il massimo grado sicurezza, performance e tecnologia.Tutti i materiali sono soggetti a rigorosi controlli di qualità ed ogni paranco sottoposto a collaudo funzionale prima della spedizione.

La gamma dei paranchi WRH garantisce la massima sicurezza per portate da 2000 Kg. a 20000 Kg.Il paranco a fune WRH è realizzato in conformità alla Direttiva Macchine 2006/42/CE e alla Direttiva Atex 94/9/CE.Disponibile anche la versione IECex.Il WRH è adatto ad impieghi in aree potenzialmente esplosive con protezione Eex-d & Eex-d(e) per Zona 1 & 2 gruppo 2G & 3G e per Gas (IIA,IIB,IIC) e polveri (Zona 22) e classe di temperatura T3 & T4.Il motore asincrono trifase con protezione minima IP55 con classe di isolamento F e sovratemperatura B permette le massime prestazioni nella rispettive classi di utilizzo.Dotato di guidafune, finecorsa di sollevamento e traslazione, limitatore di carico, fune ad alta resistenza con coeff. di sicurezza ≥ 5. Struttura portante realizzata in acciaio e tamburo scanalato.Ruote in Bronzo Brall massiccio ad alta resistenza, gancio in acciaio con linguetta antisgancio e rivestimento in bronzo, carrucole bronzate.Pressacavi in Ottone Nickelato o Acciaio Inox AISI 316.Tutti i motori e i materiali elettrici sono certificati Atex o IECex a seconda della richiesta del cliente.Comandi con pulsantiera e/o radicomando.
The range of the WRH hoists guarantees the maximum security for capacities from 2000 Kg. to 20000 Kg.The WRH rope hoist is manufactured in accordance with the Machines Directive 2006/42/EC and the Atex Directive 94/9/EC.The IECex version is also available. The WRH hoist is suitable for uses in potentially explosive areas with Eex-d & Eex-d(e) protection for Zone 1 & 2 group 2G & 3G and for Gas (IIA,IIB,IIC) and Dust (Zone 22) and Temperature Class T3 & T4.The three-phase asynchronous motor with IP55 minimum protection with insulation class F and over-temperature B allows the highest performances in the respective utilization classes.The hoist is equipped with guide-rope, grooved drum, lifting and translation limit switch, lifting overload switch, highly resistant rope with security coefficient ≥ 5. Main structure is made of steel.Solid Brall high-resistance wheels, steel hook with safety latch and bronze coating, bronze coated pulleys. Il paranco WRH, a richiesta, viene equipaggiato con quadro comando di comando con protezione Eex-d e realizzato in Alluminio o Acciao Inox AISI 316. Attacchi a spina Plug & Play antideflagranti Atex/IECex per la massima praticità di utilizzo.
On request, the WRH hoist is equipped with control panel with Eex-d protection and made of aluminium or AISI 316 stainless steel. Atex/IECex explosion-proof Plug & Play sockets for the maximum handiness of use.

I paranchi manuali ETS antiscintilla sono realizzati in conformità alla Direttiva Macchine 2006/42/CE, alla Direttiva Atex 94/9/CE e alla normativa EN 13463.
Sono dotati di ruote in bronzo Brall massiccio, gancio bronzato con linguetta di sicurezza, freno saltarello in bronzo e catene di manovra in acciaio inox AISI 316.
Portate disponibili da 500 Kg. a 20000 Kg.

Il trattamento di zincatura a caldo con copertura epossidica Ral 1018, rende il paranco adatto ad un utilizzo in esterno anche per ambienti particolarmente aggressivi.

The ETS no-sparking manual hoists are produced in accordance with Machines Directive 2006/42/EC, Atex 94/9/EC Directive and EN 13463 Regulation.
They are equipped with solid Brall wheels, bronze coated hook with security latch, bronze braking pawl and AISI 316 stainless steel manoeuvre chains.

La gamma dei paranchi manuali è completata dalle versioni ad ingombro ridotto che si contraddistinguono per un sensibile recupero di altezza sulla quota gancio dove esistono particolari problematiche di spazi sotto trave.Ogni paranco è sottoposto a prova funzionale prima della spedizione e soggetto a rigorosi controlli di qualità su strutture, ruote, perni, catene e ganci. Robustezza, leggerezza e sollevamento con il minimo sforzo.
The range of manual hoists is completed by the low headroom versions which are used to minimize distance from hook and bolster.Each hoist is subjected to functional test before shipment and to rigorous quality tests on structures, wheels, pins, chains and hooks. A completamento della gamma ETS, gli argani a fune per sollevamento carichi sullo spazio verticale e/o orizzontale con sollevamento manuale a manovella e/o elettrico, costituiscono una valida soluzione di sollevamento per i più disparati tipo di utilizzo.
