親愛的二年級同學：

畢業的日子快將來臨，相信你們跟學院過往的畢業同學一樣，現正埋首整理升學資料，

報讀不同範疇的學位課程，又或瀏覽網頁和翻閱報刊上林林總總的招聘廣告，希望透過

工作，豐富自己的學養與閱歷。

有感於各位即將畢業的同學對求學與事業前程的熱切追求，學院特別編撰《升學及就業

資訊錦囊》，幫助同學對升學及就業事宜的了解。本冊子以扼要實用為主，簡介副學士及

高級文憑畢業生的升學途徑、各院校大學非聯招的資料、HKCC的升學及就業發展服務，

以及個人陳述、求職信及履歷表的編寫方法，務求協助各位掌握升學及就業竅門，為將來

作好準備，打好基礎。

銜接副學士及高級文憑的學士學位課程簡介

香港各大專院校的副學士及高級文憑課程，一般認可為相當於四年制學士學位課程的首

兩年。雖然香港於2012年起推行四年制的學士學位課程，但2012年的副學士及高級文

憑畢業生並不會受到四年制學士學位課程的影響，他們仍會銜接到原來的三年全日制課

程，一般會就讀二年級，並可能獲豁免部分學分。另外，不少本地大學近年推出銜接副

學士及高級文憑的學士學位課程，全日制課程學生一般可在兩年內完成。學生在取得若

干學分後，便能畢業。

香港大部分銜接副學士及高級文憑的學士學位課程都是自資課程，只有少數是大學教育

資助委員會資助。

1. 本地銜接課程的入學要求 —— 校方除了考

慮申請人的等級點數平均值（即Grade Point

Average，簡稱GPA），也考慮他們的求學

志向和面試表現等。同學可參考以下簡介：

大學教育資助委員會 (UGC) 資助學士學位課程

i. 近年入讀的副學士及高級文憑畢業生的 GPA ，

約為3.0至4.0

自資 (Self-financed) 學士學位課程

i. 分兼讀制和全日制兩種模式

ii. 近年入讀的副學士及高級文憑畢業生的 GPA，

約為2.0至 3.2

2. 海外大學課程的要求

香港開辦的海外學士學位課程

i. 海外大學和本地機構合作，在香港提供學士

學位課程

ii. 分兼讀制和全日制兩種模式

iii. 各課程對GPA的最低要求不同。某些課程只要

求同學完成副學士或高級文憑課程，便會取錄

海外大學的學士學位課程

i. 以英國及澳洲的大學較多本地學生申請，取錄

範例一

The Accounting Programme (Code: 52397) of the Smart University is famous for providing

students with a balance of breadth and depth in the discipline, with a view to producing

accountants of an analytical mind. The programme content and structure suit students

who want to be a professional accountant. (1)

I am most interested in the core accountancy courses including Financial Accounting,

Management Accounting and Taxation and Tax Planning. The accounting concepts and

skills will strengthen my fundamental understanding of accounting and prepare me to

be a critical and analytical person in the field. Also, mastering information technology is

a key to success in today’s business world. The programme will equip me with the latest

developments of e-business trends and information technology skills to interpret and

process complex accounting information and communicate effectively in the real business

world. (2)

Studying Accounting as my specialism at Hong Kong Community College has strengthened

my interest and career goal in accounting. The elementary accounting course has

equipped me with basic accounting knowledge. With a strong interest to apply concepts

and theories into real situations, I joined the Students’ Union as a Financial Secretary. I

kept records, monitored cash flow and prepared budget. I participated in various kinds of

projects organised by banks (e.g. The Asia Bank) and charity organisations (e.g. The Charity

Fund). Through interacting with people from different sectors with diverse interest, I have

improved my problem-solving and communication skills and am prepared to tackle the

challenges that I may encounter in my undergraduate studies.

During summer, I also joined an internship programme as an account clerk. Working

in Sunshine Trading Limited located in Guangzhou, I learnt the working culture in the

mainland and interpersonal skills when I worked in a team contributing to various team

For personal development, I will participate in the CPA exams and consider working in the

mainland. I believe that the accountancy programme can lead me to a successful career so

that I can contribute to society. (4)

Being a professional accountant has become my ambition after starting learning account

in Form Six. I know that I will face lots of challenges if I choose it as my future career,

but I believe university will provide me with a broad-based education of various business

disciplines and provide me with the training of intellectual and analytical skills. (1)

I wish to join the Accounting Scholars Programme and Internship Programme which are

offered by AUHK. Both programmes are attractive to me as they help students know more

about accounting operation and develop their business sense before working in the field.

So, I want to take Accountancy as my first choice. (2)

My most favourite hobby is reading as it can enrich my knowledge in different aspects

and nurture my logical thinking. I got some reading awards, too. Also, I love playing

badminton and swimming which are really good for me to maintain a good health. (3)

1. 胡亂下載一封求職信，或引用「精妙」句子，弄得文理不通，欠說服力。

2. 從招聘廣告搬字過紙，沒有選定所應徵職位。你應先衡量自己的能力，然後清

楚說明應徵哪一個職位。

3. 對教育背景的描述過於籠統，不能引起別人注意。

4. 空談興趣而不作解釋，欠缺誠意，也沒有說服力。

5. 千萬不要說是朋友或親人希望你做這份工作，僱主會認為你缺乏獨立思考力。

6. 與其交代一些難以引證的個人優點，倒不如把重點放在自己在學習或工作中的

成長經驗。

7. 沒有請求安排面試。

8. 錯字連篇，影響別人對你的觀感。應使用文書軟件的拼字檢查功能，並按公函

格式書寫，切忌用花巧字體。

履歷表(Résumé)編寫提要與範例

履歷表 (Résumé)

基本內容：

履歷表並無特定內容，同學可以根據自己的求職目標、強項，以及招聘單位的條件和要求

等不同情況，展現本身優勢。以下是撰寫履歷表的幾個要點：

1. 站在對方立場考慮問題——求職者為甚麼要撰寫履歷？目的只有一個，就是讓準僱主了

解你，繼而聘用。

2. 突出重點——履歷表不宜太長，切記要重點突出與申請職位相關的經驗與技能。內容必

須簡短，一至兩頁A4紙已足夠。畢業生可將重點放在學業成績、參與過的課外活動、

實習經歷及個人能力。

3. 注意主次先後——撰寫履歷表是按時間先後，先以順序列出所獲學位，再列參與過的課

外活動，並以擔任學會的先後次序排列，讓未來僱主一目了然。

升學面試

先瀏覽所報讀課程的網頁，熟悉有關課程的性質、內容及要求

反思自己為何對課程有興趣，列出具體原因

回想一些與該學科有關的個人經歷，例如實習或參觀的經驗，在面試過程中具體表現你

對該學科的實際認識及興趣

必須留意禮貌——最基本的如點頭說「早晨」、「午安」或「你好」，並在離開前說

「再見」等，絕不可少

身體語言如坐姿等，亦足以影響評選人員對你的觀感

衣著及打扮必須整齊、大方及樸素

陳述自己的優點時，應謙遜有禮，切不可揚己抑人

須全面了解該公司的情況（如瀏覽公司網站和年報），包括公司背景、規模、業務範

圍、聲譽及最新發展，有關行業的資料及申請職位的資料

多留意時事，尤其是與面試公司所屬行業有關的資訊

要多準備具體答案

必須弄清楚公司名稱，以及面試時間、地點、聯絡人

應提前三十分鐘到達，以便在面試前有足夠時間填寫表格及放鬆心情

衣著必須莊重

一般應以回答問題為主，不要搶先說話，尾段可提一些與工作有關的問題

薪酬是敏感的話題，故此新入職時不應該太著眼於薪金多寡

其他問題如上班日期等，必須準確回答，以示誠意，亦為評選人員帶來信心
