Employer Pays More than $2M to Settle OT AllegationsIFCO Systems North America has paid $1,602,267 in back wages to its employees after the Department of Labor's Wage and Hour Division accused the company of failing to pay 1,751 employees in 17 states properly for the overtime hours that they worked.
