Automatic ventilation cold room which is different from traditional totally enclosed cold room intermittently inhales fresh air from outsi

de and expels exhaust gas in the room. Automatic ventilation cold room is not necessarily highly sealed. This room can be used to st

ore a wide variety of fruits and vegetables which are characterized by the CO2 emission. High CO2 concentration makes fruits and ve

getables toxic so that core of apple is blackened and the skin of navel orange is softened. Anaerobic respiration occurs due to the lo

w concentration of oxygen, for instance, nutrients in navel oranges turn into formaldehyde which is harmful to human. Therefore, roo

ms should be ventilated to ensure the quality of fruits and vegetables and reduce losses. Although it is easy to implement ventilation,

improper ventilation can disturb the stability and homogeneity of the temperature and the humidity in cold room, affecting long-term fr

uit and vegetable conservation. The time, frequency and amount of ventilation are very important. Quality of conservation and energy c
