– 紙本文獻(影印後,使用所上scanner數位化PDF檔)

– 設定自動寄回Gmail信箱(申請一個傳檔專用,因為有2G)

– 用gmail-file 或 pop3收信, 將掃描檔案收回• 命名: 以EndNote APA 格式• 儲存: 遠端主機• 查詢取用: 主機加裝 Google Desktop + DNKA

– 只要讓EndNote管理數位文獻檔名就好,無需編目– 同作者同年同標題的文獻,機率很低– 可管理多種數位媒體類型– 可檢索,可瀏覽
