AFFINITY MID FILL FILLER

The mid fill bodyfiller that is easy to mix and easy to apply, the wetting properties ensures a smooth profile that is capable of filling repairs up to 6mm deep in one simple application. It is designed with the latest chemistry, creating an easy to sand pinhole free finish.

AFFINITY ALL PURPOSE STOPPER

The universal all-purpose polyester stopper is very easy to spread, easy to sand and has excellent adhesion to all substrates.

AFFINITY FINISHING FILLER

The finishing filler is designed for small repairs up to 2mm deep and as a final coat on filler repairs. The new self-levelling properties makes application and sanding simple ensuring a first class repair.

AFFINITY DEEP FILL FILLER

The deep fill body filler is ideal for large repairs filling up to 10mm in one easy application, its non-drag formulation makes sure the filler stays where you need it. The latest lightweight chemistry makes sanding easy creating the profile you need.

AFFINITY PLASTIC FILLER

The Plastic filler is designed for the robust finishing of repairs and imperfections found in damaged plastic substrates; its excellent adhesion and flexibility ensures a first class repair.

1. Sanding

Remove all paint from the damaged

area; allowing enough space to

ensure the filler is within the bare

substrate area.

2. Filler

Ensure correct mixing ration of

filler to hardener.

Mixing ratio 2–3%.

Mix thoroughly to ensure a

consistent colour.

3. Application

Apply filler in even coats to build to

the required depth.

4. Sanding

Once fully cured, block the filler to

the required profile using P80 and

finishing with P180.

5. Finishing

The repair in now ready for the

refinish process.

BODYSHINE

Bodyline Bodyshine is a spray additive designed for the general cleaning and polishing of all trims and glass. It removes and prevents holograms and achieves high gloss results.

GRIPSPEED STORAGE BOARD

The new Bodyline block storage board is the ideal edition to the bodyshop; it has a great looking carbon effect and 2 fixing lines to ensure all the different size blocks can be applied. The whole board is easily fixed to the wall with the 4 screws provided, creating a great storage facility to any workshop.

THE BODYLINE MIXING BOARD

Bodylines mixing board consists of a hard board with tear-off sheets, to provide a clean mixing surface for each mixing operation.

BROWN BROTHERS® Distribution selected as Official Partner to Laser Tools Racing in British Touring Car Championship 2015

British Bodyshop Awards 2015 – Another big success!

We are pleased to announced Brown Brothers has been selected as an Official Partner to the Laser Tools Racing team for the 2015 Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championships.

The Laser Tools Racing team are racing in the British Touring Car Championship in a Mercedes A Class for the 2015 season, which will be driven by 18 year old Aiden Moffat.

Moffat’s debut full season in 2014 was characterised by a remarkable level of consistency and saw him winning championship points and being amongst the top drivers in terms of the number of laps completed in the season.

The Brown Brothers Distribution logo appears on the car bonnet and rear door and the Laser Tools Racing team kit, Brown Brothers customers will also have the

chance to join the team at the races during the 2015 season in first class hospitality.

Bob Moffat, Team Principal of Laser Tools Racing commented on the partnership with Brown Brothers:

The fourth consecutive British Bodyshop Awards, headline sponsored by PPG Industries, held at the Battersea Evolution on Tuesday 12th May, was an outstanding success and has received superb feedback from all who attended this prestigious London event.


A magnificent 812 guests celebrated success with this year’s winners in style. The event saw insurance companies, motor manufacturers, accident managers and independent networks present awards to repairers and individuals to reward the success and outstanding achievements of its top repairers within their networks. Over 30 winners received an award at the event from 17 presenting companies and host Fiona Bruce. Congratulations to all of the winners and finalists!

Following the awards guests were entertained by Motown Band ‘How sweet it is’ followed by a DJ set, where guests danced the night away. Adding to the entertainment

PPG also showcased two of its motorsport partnerships. Guests were able to get up close to the Nationwide and PPG branded latest type-991 911 GT3 Cup racer; currently competing in the Porsche Carrera Cup Great Britain; and also the FW37 Williams Mercedes Formula one car; painted in PPG Refinish Systems.

The night was enjoyed by all who attended and has been highly praised by everyone involved. PPG are very proud to have been the headline sponsor to this tremendous event for the fourth consecutive year. PPG Industries extend a huge thank you to the ABP team and all who attended for yet another great event.
