Revdinskiy Kirpichnyy Zavod (Russia)Bedeschi S.p.A. supplied and successfully commissioned a green field “turn-key” plant for the production of 60,000,000 pieces/year of facing bricks and structural blocks to UGMK, the Russian steel giant.The plant represents the latest state of the art installation for the Russian market including finest milling lines, energy saving dryer and kilns with “greenest” technology for emissions and dust control.Sophisticated integrated factory control systems allow the complete control of the factory operation from local or mobile to the plant management and the remote troubleshooting or fine tuning of Bedeschi engineers from Italian headquarters.


Zao “Tus” Ketra (Russia)Bedeschi S.p.A. supplied and successfully started up a green field plant for manufacturing 60,000,000 facing bricks and large-size porized blocks.The new brick plant, that will produce and sell its products under the KETRA brand on the local market and in the neighbouring regions, was commissioned by TUS Group of Cheboksary, leader in the construction of large housing units in the Chuvasha Republic.The need to produce with the same technological line both a high quality product like facing bricks and large-size porized blocks by keeping a high quality standard allowed Bedeschi for gathering consolidated experiences and new solutions thus achieving the goal of erecting and starting up the plant in very short times compared to the standard ones.


Oao “Gzhel’skiy Kirpichnyy Zavod” (Russia)Monarch Group, operating in the Moscow region, is one of Russia’s largest construction firms. Specialising in massive monolithic construction, in just 17 years it has completed hundreds of residential and public building projects with a high level of aesthetic and technical quality. Because it owns companies that produce concrete, metal, bricks and cladding materials, the group is fully independent in terms of construction material sourcing. Bricks in particular are produced by Oao “Gzhel’skiy Kirpichnyy Zavod”, a company located in the city of Gjel just a few kilometres from Moscow that has been part of the group since 2006. In late 2011, this fast-growing brick manufacturer completed a complex technological restructuring operation to enable it to produce nine new brick sizes for the local market. The project involved an investment of around 50 million euro and resulted in the installation of a complete line with a capacity of 60,000,000 pieces per year. It was carried through entirely by the Italian group Bedeschi, based in Limena in the province of Padua, which has been building plants for the brick and tile industry since it was founded in 1908 and has established itself as one of the international leaders in the sector. Bedeschi supplied all the preparation and extrusion lines, automated equipment, dryer and kiln and performed installation and start-up of the factory. The highly innovative plant features a high degree of automation and is able to produce facing bricks, hollow and solid common bricks, as well as Poroton type large sized blocks.


Lyman Group(Indonesia)Lyman is the leading Indonesian group in the production of roofing materials and recently has installed a new roof tile plant. To Bedeschi was commissioned supply of a completely new mono-layer self-standing tunnel kiln. The project developed by Bedeschi engineering team seeks to meet the needs for the uniform firing as required by the high standards of the final client. For this reason innovative solutions linked to the placement and type of the burners installed have been studied, permitting optimal management of the flows inside the kiln.Moreover thanks to the load types which makes separation of the material possible, optimal surface quality and a reduction in firing cycle and consumption have been obtained.The kiln can obtain a significant production with a 16-hour firing cycle due to its dimensions. Working at high temperatures the kiln is able to guarantee different color requests.The supervision and control system is fully-automatic.


P. T. M. CLASS(Indonesia)The historical Italian firm continues developing the technical research, launching on the market new products always with excellent results.

This also happened when P.T.M. Class Industry, a renowned Indonesian company manufacturer of roof tiles, awarded Bedeschi with the contract for a new pressing line.

An important further step added to the Bedeschi already wide range.

The line will be equipped with a vertical mixer GDC 1500 type, an extruder BED 500 SLS type, a cutting and a feeding line, a NEW three-mould PRESS complete with moulds and a special air-setting machine (in-house manufactured in Bedeschi’s workshop) to grab 18 tiles at once and load them on the dryer pallet.

Hoonam Sofal (Iran)The scope of work of Hoonam Sofal contract, is the manufacturing of a latest generation system, with a production capacity of 600tons/day, 200 km far from Tehran, owned by Zanguie Family, renowned clay bricks manufacturer, under the brand Azharshal. We’re talking about a modern turn-key system, under construction, complying with all the recent technologies allowing the highest production flexibility. The clay preparation requires the use of a storage-silo with automatic reclaiming. The semi-continuous drying process and the tunnel kiln are completely controlled by a computer. The video-assistance program allows the remote monitoring of the whole system. All the loading unloading operations are completely automatic and carried out through suitable robots. This prestigious contract is the result of the strong industrial structure of Bedeschi. The client recognized Bedeschi as a reliable supplier, with high skills, present all over Iran with many references and a 24/7 technical service, available to satisfy all the needs.
