COST OF THE PROGRAM
The proposed program is a 15-day long, residential, offsite
program
18th May, Sunday at TSRS, Gurgaon
( Phase IV), Aravali Campus
Departure for Rishikesh
Students proceed to the Leadership Program venue in the
hills,
i.e. Snow Leopard camp near Haridwar/Rishikesh
31st May, Saturday at The Shri Ram
School, Gurgaon ( Phase IV), Aravali Campus
The selected location will have a spectacular
scenic beauty, will be safe and create an inspirational
environment
for learning. The location is carefully chosen keeping in mind
safety
and facilitation of activities.
Care is taken to provide food that is nutritious, wholesome
and tasty. Food will be a combination of vegetarian and non-
vegetarian items on menu. Fruits will be served regularly
and
nimbu-paani or other fruit flavored drinks are available through
theday to keep the participants hydrated. There will be mineral
water
on all sites and locations.
Safety is the foundation on which the whole
program stands. Right from the time your child is handed over
to
us, she/he is our responsibility.We willhave a welltrained&
certified
team; the adult to child ratiowillbe 1:5, forevery 25 students
there
will be 5 faculty members, 3 permanent in addition to
administrative
staff in camps. Resident doctor will be available for
emergencies.
Total cost of the Program will be 90,000/-.This includes
cost
of the program, boarding & lodging, excursions & all
travel
including airfare (to & from Gurgaon Campus)
A multicitycheque of 10,000/-payableat Gurgaon infavour of
at thetimeof initial application on or before 31
March2014. In case a childis not accepted,thisfeewillbe
refunded.
After the student is selected the remaining amount of
80,000/-
can be paid by cheque/DD/ Electronic Transfer on or before
