Satistikat Demografike
Statistikat vitale për tremujorin e parë të vitit 2011 nuk janë botuar për arsye të mangësive në mbledhjen e informacionit nga Zyrat e Gjendjes Civile të disa rretheve dhe mangësi në disa nga Minibashkitë e Bashkisë së Tiranës. Vazhdojnë të ngelen problematik duke mos dërguar të dhëna rrethet: Delvinë, Elbasan, Korcë, Lushnje, Malësi e Madhe, Sarandë, Shkodër.
Demographic Statistics
The vital statistics of the first quarter of 2011 are not published because of incomplete information collection from the Civil Registration Offices of some districts and problems in some of the Mini Municipalities of Tirana Municipality. Districts that do not send data are: Delvinë, Elbasan, Korcë, Lushnje, Malësi e Madhe, Sarandë, Shkodër.

Statistika të papunësisëUnemployment statistics
Gjatë tremujorit të parë 2011, numri mesatar i personave të regjistruar si punëkërkues të papunë ishte 142,836. Gjatë këtij tremujori, në qarqet Tiranë, Shkodër, Elbasan, Fier numri i të papunëve të regjistruar ishte më i madh sesa në qarqet e tjera të Shqipërisë.
Krahasuar me tremujorin e katërt 2010, në tremujorin e parë 2011 numri i të papunëve të regjistruar që përfitojnë pagesë papunësie është ulur me rreth 10.4%. Në qarkun e Tiranës përfituan pagesë papunësie rreth 21.2 % e totalit të të papunëve të regjistruar që përfitojnë pagesë papunësie në të gjithë vendin ose 8.5 % e të papunëve të regjistruar në qarkun e Tiranës.
Më pas renditet qarku i Shkodrës ku të papunët e regjistruar që përfitojnë pagesë papunësie përbëjnë 13 % të kësaj kategorie ose 5.2 % të totalit të të regjistruarve në gjithë qarkun.
Shkalla e papunësisë së regjistruar për tremujorin e katërt 2010 ishte 13.43 %.
Over the first quarter 2011, the average number of registered unemployed was 142,836 persons. Over the first quarter 2011, the number of registered unemployed was higher in the prefectures of Tirana, Shkodër, Elbasan and Fier than in other prefectures of Albania.
Compared to the fourth quarter 2010 the number of registered unemployed persons who receive unemployment benefits in the first quarter 2011 has decreased by 10.4 %. In the prefecture of Tirana, the number of registered unemployed who receive unemployment benefit is 21.2% of all registered unemployed who receive unemployment benefit at national level, or 8.5 % of all registered unemployed in this prefecture.
It is followed by Shkodra prefecture where the number of regis-tered unemployed who receive unemployment benefit consists of 13 % of all registered unemployed who belong to that category, or 5.2 % of persons registered as unemployed in this prefecture.
The registered unemployment rate for the first quarter 2011 was 13.43 %.
PëRKUfIzIMETë papunë të regjistruar, konsiderohen të gjithë personat në moshë pune që gjatë periudhës referuese plotësojnë njëherazi të tre kriteret, nuk kanë një punë, kërkojnë punë (janë të regjistruar në Zyrën e Punësimit), janë të gatshëm për punë. Shkalla e papunësisë është raporti në përqindje i numrit të të papunëve të rregjistruar me forcat e punës.Të papunë në pagesë papunësie konsiderohen personat e regjistruar si të papunë të cilët trajtohen me të ardhura gjatë periudhës së parë të papunësisë mbeshtetur në programin e trajtimit me pagesë papunësie. Programi bazohet në ligjin nr.7703, datë 11.05.1993 “Mbi Sigurimet Shoqërore në Republikën e Shqipërisë”.
BURIMI I INfORMACIONITTë dhënat për papunësinë e regjistruar mbështeten në informacionin e Ministrisë së Punës, Çështjeve Sociale dhe Shanseve të Barabarta. (Shërbimi Kombëtar i Punësimit).
DEfINITIONSRegistered unemployed are considered all persons at working age that during the reference period met the following three criteria: he/she is “ without work”, is “seeking work” (he/she is registered in the Labour Office), is “ currently available for work”.Unemployment rate expresses the ratio of total registered unemployed over the labour force.Unemployed in unemployment benefit are considered all the persons registered as unemployed which are treated with income during their first period of unemployment based on programme of unemployment benefit . This program is on the Law nr.7703, date 11.05.1993 “On the Social Security in the Republic of Albania”.

Numri mesatar i familjeve që përfituan ndihmë ekonomike gjatë tremujorit të parë 2011 është rritur me 0.13 % krahasuar me tremujorin e katërt 2010, ndërsa fondi mesatar mujor i ndihmës ekonomike është rritur me 1.3 %.
U trajtuan me ndihmë ekonomike mesatarisht 97, 668 familje nga të cilat 64,621 familje me ndihmë ekonomike të pjesshme dhe 33,047 me ndihmë ekonomike të plotë.
Edhe gjatë këtij tremujori qarqet Shkodër, Dibër, dhe Elbasan vazhdojnë të kenë numrin më të madh mesatar të familjeve që trajtohen me ndihmë ekonomike.
Po t’i referohemi madhësisë së familjes, si në bashki ashtu edhe në komuna familjet me nga katër pjesëtarë përbëjnë pjesën më të madhe të familjeve që trajtohen me ndihmë ekonomike.
Over the first quarter 2011 the average number of families that were treated with social assistance has increased by 0.13% compared to the fourth quarter 2010, whereas the fund has increased by 1.3%.
The average number of families treated with social assistance was 97,668 from which 64,621 of them were treated with partial assistance and 33,047 with full assistance.
Prefectures of Shkodër, Dibër, and Elbasan still continue to have the highest average number of families that are treated with social assistance.
Referring to the family size, families with four members treated with social assistance in municipalities as well as in communes constitute the largest part.

Lejet e ndërtimit Numri i lejeve të ndërtimit të miratuara gjatë tremujorit të parë 2011 është 503 nga të cilat 317 leje janë miratuar për ndërtesa banimi, dhe 186 për ndërtesa të tjera si hotele, ndërtesa tregtare, etj.
Krahasuar me tremujorin e parë 2010 ky tregues është rritur 267.1 përqind.
Në totalin e vlerës së ndërtimit, ndërtesat zënë 87.9 përqind të vlerës, ndërsa punimet inxhinierike zënë 12 përqind të kësaj vlere.
DEfINICIONELeje ndërtimi është një autorizim për të filluar punë mbi një projekt ndërtimi. Leja është faza përfundimtare për planifikimin dhe autorzimin e ndërtimit, para fillimit të punës.
Ndërtesat janë struktura të mbuluara të cilat mund të përdoren të ndara, të ndërtuara për qëllime të përhershme, të përshtatshme për mbrojtjen e njerëzve, kafshëve ose objekteve.
Punime inxhinierike janë të gjitha ndërtimet të pa klasifikuara nën ndërtesa: hekurudha, rruge, ura, aeroporte, etj.Klienti është personi ose organi i cili kryen ndërtimin.
Construction permits
During fourth first 2011 the number of building permits approved is 503 from which 317 are approved for residential buildings and 186 for other buildings as hotels, trade buildings etc.
This indicator compared with first quarter 2010 is increased 267.1 percent.
In the total value of construction, the buildings are 87.9 percent of construction value, while civil engineering works are 12.1 percent of this value.
DEfINITIONSConstruction permits is an authorization to start work on a building project. As such a permit is the final stage of planning and building authorizations, prior to start the work for buildings and civil enginiering.Buildings are roofed constructions which can be used separately, have been built for permanent purposes, can be entered by persons and are suitable or intended for protecting persons, animals or objects. Civil engineering works are all constructions not classified under buildings: railways, roads, bridges, highways, airport, etcClient is the person or structure which realize the construction.

Transporti
Transporti hekurudhor gjithsej i mallrave në volum/km është ulur 12.7 përqind në tremujorin e parë 2011 ndaj tremujorit të katërt 2010, ndërsa krahasuar me tremujorin e parë 2010 ky aktivitet është rritur 24.1 përqind.
Transporti hekurudhor i mallrave në volum/km me jashtë, ulet 10.1 përqind në tremujorin e parë 2011 ndaj tremujorit të katërt 2010 dhe rritet 42.5 përqind ndaj të njëjtit tremujor të një viti më parë.
Transporti hekurudhor i pasagjerëve rritet nga 2810 mijë pasagjerë/km në tremujorin e katërt 2010 në 2854 mijë pasagjerë/ km në tremujorin e parë 2011, një rritje prej 1.6 përqind.
Volumi i ngarkim shkarkimit të mallrave në porte është ulur 7.6 përqind, në tremujorin e first 2011 ndaj tremujorit të katërt 2010, ndërsa ndaj të njëjtit tremujor të një viti më parë, është rritur 17.9 përqind.
Në Transportin ajror operojnë 14 shoqëri fluturimi nga të cilat 2 të përbashkëta dhe 12 të huaja.
Gjatë këtij tremujori janë kryer 4615 fluturime, nga të cilat 2281 fluturime të kryera me shoqëri të përbashkëta dhe 2.334 fluturime të kryera nga shoqëri të huaja. Numri i mbikalimeve gjatë këtij tremujori arrin 29,226 mbikalime.
Transport
The volume/km of total freight by railway transport decreased with 12.7 percent from the first quarter 2011 to fourth quarter 2010, while compared with the first quarter 2010 it is increased 24.1percent.
The international railway transport in volume/km decreased by 10.1 percent from first quarter 2011 to fourth quarter 2010 and increased 42.5 percent compared with the same quarter of the previous year.
Rail passenger transport increased from 2810 thousand passenger/km in fourth quarter 2010 to 2854 thousand passenger/ km in first quarter 2011, an increase of 1.6 percent.
The volume of loading and unloading of goods in ports decreased in the first quarter 2011 to fourth quarter 2010 by 7.6 percent, while compared with the same quarter of the previous year the increase is 17.9 percent.
In the Air transport, operate 14 flying companies, from which 2 are joint ventures and 12 are foreign.
During this quarter, the number of flights is 4615 from which Joint Venture Companies operate 2.281 flights and Foreign Companies operate 2.334 flights. The number of over flights during this quarter has been 29.226 over flights.

Statistika të komunikacionitStatistics on communication
Posta dhe Telekomunikacioni Shërbimi postar me letra dhe objekte të thjeshta është ulur 1.9 përqind në tremujorin e parë 2011 krahasuar me tremujorin paraardhës, ndërsa krahasuar me tremujorin e njejtë të një viti më parë është rritur 26.7 përqind. Numri i pajtimtarëve telefonikë të telefonisë fikse në fund të muajit mars 2011 arriti 276.185 pajtimtarë, nga të cilët 255.672 janë pajtimtarë familjarë
Post and telecommunications
The postal services with simple letters and parcels is decreased by 1.9 percent in first quarter 2011 compared to the previous quarter, while compared to the same quarter of the previous year is increased by 26.7 percent.
The number of subscribers of fixed line at the end of March 2011 was 276.185 subscribers, from which 255.672 are household subscribers.
DEfINICIONEPajtimtar në një rrjet telekomunikimi publik, përdoruesi i fundit i një shërbimi të komunikimeve. Pajtimtarët përfshijnë individët, aktivitetet, organizatat etj. Pajtimtarët përdorin instrumente të tilla si telefonë, modem, makina faxi, kompjuter të cilët janë të lidhur në një zyrë qëndrore.

Gjatë tremujorit të parë të vitit 2011, u eksportuan 51,772 milion lekë mallra ose 46.2 përqind më shumë se në të njëjtin tremujor të vitit të kaluar.dhe 22 përqind më shumë se tremujori i mëparshëm
U importuan 115,920 milion lekë mallra, 15.6 përqind më shumë se në të njëjtin periudhë të vitit të kaluar dhe 12.2 përqind më pak se tremujori i mëparshëm
Përqindja e mbulimit të eksporteve nga importet, është 44.7 përqind.
Gjatë këtij tremujori 31.6 përqind të eksporteve dhe 9.7 përqind të importeve i zuri grupi “Teksile dhe këpucë” Grupi “Makineri, pajisje dhe pjesë këmbimi” përfaqëson 19.3 përqind të importeve, duke u ulur 11.6 përqind në krahasim me tremujorin e mëparshëm.
Partnerët kryesorë tregtarë vazhduan të jenë Italia dhe Greqia, me të cilat është kryer respektivisht 29.1 e 11.5 përqind e importeve dhe 45.6 e 4.5 përqind e eksporteve
Me vendet e Bashkimit Europian është kryer 64.3 përqind e eksporteve dhe 66.1 përqind e importeve.
During the first quarter 2011 the export of goods in value is 51,772 million lek, or 46.2 percent more, compared with the same period of the previous year and 22 percent more than the previous quarter
The imports is 115,920 million lek, 15.6 percent more than the same period of the previous year and 12.2 percent less than the previous quarter
The percentage of coverage of exports by imports is 44.7 percent
In this quarter 31.6 percent of exports and 9.7 percent of imports were realized by the group “Textiles and Shoes”.
The group “Machinery and equipments” represents 19.3 percent of imports, decreasing by 11.6 percent compare with the previous quarter.
The main trade partners remain Italy and Greece, whose represent respectively 29.1 and 11.5 percent of imports and 45.6 and 4.5 percent of exports.
With the EU Community countries there is performed 64.3 percent of exports and 66.1 percent of imports.

Indeksi i Çmimeve të Konsumit në tremujorin e parë të vitit 2011 arrit në 112.1 përqind kundrejt muajit Dhjetor 2007 (Dhjetor 2007 = 100), duke shënuar një rritje prej 3.9 përqind krahasuar me tremujorin e mëparshëm. Krahasuar me tremujorin e parë të vitit 2010 indeksi shënoi një rritje prej 4.4 përqind. Rritjet më të mëdha tremujore vërehet në grupin “Pije alkolike dhe duhan” me 8.7 përqind dhe ” Ushqime dhe pije jo alkolike” me 7.5 përqind.
Ndërsa ulja më e madhe tremujore prej 0.5 përqind vërehet në grupin ”Veshje dhe këpucë”
Në grupet e tjera ndryshimet tremujore luhaten nga -0.2 përqind në + 3.4 përqind
The Consumer Price Index during the first quarter 2011 resulted 112.1 percent against December 2007 (December 2007 = 100), signed an increase by 3.9 percent against the previous quarter. Compared with first quarter 2010 index signed an increase by 4.4 percent.
The highest quarterly raise t is notice in the group “Alcoholic drinks” by 8.7 percent and “Food and non-alcoholic beverages” by 7.5 percent.
Meanwhile the highest decrease by 0.5 percent it was notice in the “clothing and footwear” subgroup.
In the other groups quarterly changes various from -0.2 percent to +3.4 percent.

Hyrjet e shtetasve të huajArrival of foreign citizens
Hyrjet e vizitorëve në Shqipëri në tremujorin e parë 2011 janë rritur 43.4përqind krahasuar me të njejtën periudhë të vitit të kaluar.
Nga toka hyrjet e të huajve zënë 79.5 përqind të ndjekur nga hyrjet nga ajri dhe deti respektivisht me 14.8 dhe 5.7 përqind.
Daljet e shtetasve shqiptarë në tremujorin e parë 2011 janë rritur 19.2 përqind krahasuar me të njejtën periudhë të vitit të kaluar, kryesisht ndikuar nga daljet nëpërmjet pikave kufitare tokësore.
The arrivals of visitors in Albania in the first quarter 2011 increased 43.4 percent compared with the same period of the previous year.
The arrivals of foreigners through land are 79.5 percent followed by those coming from air and sea with respectively 14.8 percent and 5.7 percent.
The departures of Albanian citizens in the first quarter 2011 increased by 19.2 percent compared with same period of the previous year, mainly impacted by the departures through land border points.
