    Phng php phn tch ph hc s dng nghin cu s ditruyn cc tnh trng ngi thuc cng dng h, xc nh c tnh trnghoc bnh no l tri hay ln..., do mt hay nhiu gene qui nh, c tnhcht di truyn hay khng, di truyn c lp hay lin kt vi gii tnh..., khnng mc bnh ca cc th h tip theo. Trong mt s trng hp cn xcnh c ngi d hp t mang gene bnh. Phng php ny kt hp vi

    cc xt nghim khc cho php c th rt ra nhng li khuyn v di truynchnh xc v hu ch cho cc gia nh v vic sinh con hoc kt hn.

    Phng php ny c p dng khi bit c cc t tin trc tip vcon chu ca ngi bnh qua nhiu th h.

    2. Phng php nghin cu tr sinh iC hai loi sinh i l sinh i cng trng (monozygotic twin-MZ)

    II. Cc phng php lp bn di truyn ngi1. Phn tch lin kt (Linkage analysis)

    2. 2. Phng php lai ti ch (In situ hybridization)

    Phng php lai ti ch s dng cc mu d phng x thng din rachm v mc phn tch kh thp (2-5 Mb). K thut FISH (fluorescence insitu hybridization) s dng mu d hunh quang thay cho mu d phng xl nhanh hn v cho php phn tch vng ca mu d tt hn, thng l trong khong 1 Mb i vi nhim sc th k gia. Bng cch s dngnhim sc th k trung gian, cc nhim sc thk ny kt xon t hn cc

    nhim sc th k gia, phn tch FISH c thc tng ln t 25-250 kb.2.3. Lai t bo soma

V d nu genelun lun c tm thy trong cc t bo cha nhim sc th s 1 ca nginhng cha bao gic pht hin trong cc t bo khng mang nhim scth s 1, chng ta c th kt lun rng gene ny phi c nh v trnnhim sc th s 1.

    S c mt ca gene trong t bo lai c thc pht hin bng mts phng php. Nu gene m ho mt enzyme c sn xut ra bi t bo

    th mt xt nghim enzyme c thc s dng. in di protein c sdng nhn ra mt sn phm protein ngi v phn bit n vi snphm protein tng ng ca chut. Tuy nhin cc phng php ny yucu mt sn phm protein bit phi c pht hin. Thng thng hn,hin nay cc nh nghin cu kim tra s lai ca cc dng t bo dung hpvi mt mu d nh du phng x mang DNA quan tm bng cch sdng phng php Southern blotting hoc k thut PCR.

    2.4. Lp bn lai phng x (Radiation hybrid mapping)

    Phng php ny bt u vi mt th lai t bo soma cha mtnhim sc thn ca ngi. Sau cc t bo ny c chiu vi tia Xhoc tia lm t gy si kp nhim sc th. Bc x ny git cht t bov vy chng phi c dung hp vi t bo ng vt gm nhm tn ti.Mt s t bo lai c to ra gi l cc th lai phng x (radiation hybrid)mang cc on nh nhim sc th ngi lai vi nhim sc th gmnhm. S c mt ca nhim sc th ngi c thc pht hin bng ssng lc i vi cc trnh tAlu. Cc trnh tAlu ny tm thy mi mton c kch thc vi kb trong nhim sc th ngi nhng khng tm thytrong nhim sc th ca gm nhm. Bi v bc x b gy nhim sc thngi nhng khong cch ngu nhin, cc locus c nh v gn vimt locus khc hn sc tm thy thng hn trn cng on nhim scth (c xu hng cng i vi nhau). K thut PCR c thc s dng xc nh th lai phng x mang cc t hp c trng ca cc locus ngi.Sau s dng phng php thng k nh gi mi mt c p locusthng c tm thy trn cng on nhim sc th nh th no. Kt quny cung cp snh gi khong cch tng i gia cc locus.

    III. Nhim sc th Y v cht nhim sc gii tnh ca ngi1. Nhim sc thY ca ngi

    2. Cht nhim sc gii tnh ca ngi t lu ngi ta bit rng

    Mt bnh do gene ln lin kt vi nhim sc th X vi tn sq th ttc nam c t bin s biu hin bnh.     - Gene lin kt vi nhim sc th X c thc truyn t b cho ttc con gi, nhng con gi ny khng c biu hin bnh nhng c manggene bnh. Cc con gi mang gene bnh ny s truyn li cho mt na scon trai ca h, cc con trai ny b bnh. Kiu di truyn ny gy ra s xuthin cc th h ngt qung (skipped generations).
