Chng ti thc hin s mnh thngqua vic h tr ti chnh gip cc doanh nghip to ra thm nhiu vic lm vcung cp cc dch v thit yu, huy ng vn t nhiu ngun khc nhau, vcung cp cc dch v t vn nhm m bo s pht trin bn vng.

    U ban Chng khon Nh nc Vit Nam (UBCKNN ) l mt c quan trcthuc B i chnh, c thnh lp vi mc ch h tr pht trin th trngvn, trc tip qun l, gim st hot ng chng khon, cp php cho cc itng tham gia th trng v m bo vic thc thi php lut.Cun Cm nang Qun tr Cng ty ti Vit Nam c phi hp xut bn biIFC v UBCKNN l mt hot ng ca D n Qun tr cng ty ti Vit Namdo IFC trin khai k t nm 2008.Vi vic pht hnh cun Cm nang ny, cc tc gi cng nh cc t chc, qucgia m h i din v nh xut bn khng c nh a ra nhng kin t vnv ti chnh hay lut php. Cc ni dung trnh by trong cun Cm nang chnhm mc ch cung cp nhng ch dn chung v chng ti khng chu trchnhim vi bt c thit hi hoc chi ph c th xy ra do vic da vo cc thngtin trong cun Cm nang ny.Cun Cm nang ny khng th v khng c kh nng cp c tt c ccvn c lin quan. Mc d chng ti ht sc n lc trong vic hon thnhcun Cm nang ny, n khng nn c xem l c s cho vic a ra cc quytnh kinh doanh. UBCKNN, IFC v Ngn hngT gii khng m bo tnh chnh xc ca cc d liu c s dng trongcun Cm nang ny v khng chu trch nhim i vi cc hu qu do vic sdng cc d liu ny gy ra.

    Cun Cm nang ny khng c cho thu, bn li hoc c pht hnh chomc ch thng mi m khng c s chp thun trc ca IFC.

    Mc ch v i tng ca Cm nang

    Cun Cm nang ny cung cp cho cc ch th qun tr, cc c ng ca cccng ty i chng Vit Nam nhng kin thc y v c cu Qun tr cng tyv thc tin ti Vit Nam. Cun Cm nang cng l mt cng c hu hiu nhmmc ch a cc thng l tt v Qun tr cng ty vo thc tin. Cun Cm nangmang n cho c gi:
