Tose audience members who ailtheir rolls are prooundly swayed and their emotions shif in adirection you desire - becoming riendlier, more hostile, calmer,or whatever other emotional shif your art is designed to evoke.Tis emotional shif normally lasts a number o hours equal to

    your Insight Rank.Note that not all persons are equally susceptible to the impact oart - the GM may rule that a particular individual is affected ora shorter period o time, or award a bonus to the resistance rollor person whose emotions are diffi cult to manipulate. Te GMshould normally have each individual audience member rollseparately to resist this technique (this should always be done

    or PCs or important NPCs), but with large groups o ordinaryNPCs the GM can opt to save time by making a single roll or

    most or all o them.

    You may create a piece o art reerring to another person by rolling (chosenart) / Awareness at a N equal to 20 plus 5 x their Glory Rank. With asuccess, you may either increase (i your art is complimentary) or decrease(i it is critical) their Glory by up to 5 points, plus an additional 5 pointsor every Raise you make on the roll. You may call two additional Raises to

    inict a gain o Inamy on the target instead o a Glory change.You may not target the same person with this technique more than onceevery six months. Furthermore, persons o high station cannot have theirreputations damaged by artist lacking in prestige - the targets Status cannot

    exceed your Glory or Status Rank (whichever is higher).

    A Gift Beyond Price

    Once per month, you may give a gif o your chosen art to someone romanother clan or action. Make a Contested Social Roll o your (chosen art)/ Awareness against their Etiquette (Courtesy) / Willpower. (Te GM mayaware Free Raises to you or the target o this technique based on the typeand subject o the art and the attitudes and belies o the target - some pe opleare easier to sway than others.) With a success, you permanently alter theirattitude toward your clan/action in a avorable direction. With a ailure, thetarget becomes aware o your attempt to manipulate his emotions, and hisattitude toward your clan/action permanently shifs in a hostile direction.

With the GMs permission, the Innocent gains the

I you win the roll, the target loses ace in public, suffering a losso Glory points equal to your Glory Rank, and a loss o Honor points equal

    to hal as much (rounded up).You may not target the same person with this echnique more than once

    per month.
