Basic BeliefWe respect the uniqueness and dignity of every individual. We believe people and environment can be changed and they are mutually influencing each other. We aim to create a harmonious and healthy environment to facilitate the better development of our children.

Service TargetsThere are always socially deprived children in disadvantaged environment in the society. These children face more challenges in coping with problems arising from their families, studies and social interactions. We provide professional services to help these children overcome their difficulties and to become responsible citizens.

Environmental InterventionWe advocate the community to accept these socially deprived children and will look for new resources to develop various modes of services to help families to resume their normal functions.

1952 華則仁醫生、史密夫牧師及感化事務主任樸德慎先生等在上海街創辦兒童習藝社。 The Shanghai Street Children's Centre was founded by Dr. T. J. Hua, the Rev. Smith and Mr. Peterson, Principal

Probation Officer of the Government.

1963 上海街兒童習藝社遷往盛德街,易名為扶幼中心。 The Centre moved to Shing Tak Street. The Boys' Centre was established.

1966 接辦救助兒童會辦理之挪威宿舍,成立元洲宿舍。 Norway Hostel was taken over and renamed Un Chau Hostel.

1970 於扶幼中心同址設立扶幼中心學校。 A school was established at the same building as Boys' Centre School.

1974 則仁中心及則仁中心學校落成。 Chak Yan Centre and Chak Yan Centre School commenced operation.

1974 原盛德街的扶幼中心易名為盛德中心,扶幼中心學校則易名為盛德中心學校。 Boys' Centre and Boys' Centre School were renamed Shing Tak Centre and Shing Tak Centre School.

1974 扶幼中心易名為香港扶幼會。 The Society's name changed to Society of Boys' Centres.

1978 許仲繩紀念學校於白田邨成立。 Hui Chung Sing Memorial School was established at Pak Tin Estate.

1983 則仁中心學校中學部建成啟用。 Chak Yan Centre School (Secondary Section) was established and commenced operation.

1988 長康宿舍成立以收容政府感化院出冊之青少年,及後轉收具適應問題之在學青少年。 Cheung Hong Hostel commenced operation. It started as a Hostel for licensees discharged from Government Boys'

Homes. Later it changed to help secondary boys with adjustment problems.

1994 元洲宿舍擴充工程完成。 Un Chau Hostel Expansion Project completed.

1997 許仲繩紀念學校遷往長沙灣東沙島街。 Hui Chung Sing Memorial School moved to Pratas Street in Cheung Sha Wan.

2001 滙豐銀行慈善基金捐款於許仲繩紀念學校設立之多元智能學習中心正式啟用。 Multiple-intelligence Learning Centre funded by The Hongkong Bank Foundation commenced operation at Hui

Chung Sing Memorial School.

2001 則仁中心學校擴建工程完成。 Chak Yan Centre School Extension Project completed.

The Society runs four residential service centres and three schools for social development, namely: Shing Tak Centre, Chak Yan Centre, Un Chau Hostel, Cheung Hong Hostel, Shing Tak Centre School, Chak Yan Centre School and Hui Chung Sing Memorial School.

Besides direct services, we also have supporting services to mainstream schools and organizations, our services and projects include: Professional Development Project, Learning Development Service, Mainstream School Supporting Service, Primary School Counseling Service, Read & Write: A Jockey Club Learning Support Network and Community Investment and Inclusion Fund’s “Teens Artistic Workshop” ( Ended on 31 March, 2011).

The Staff Morale, Welfare & Recreation Group consists of representatives of our service units. The members organize activities for staff throughout the year and represented their colleagues on staff welfare affairs. The Society set up a “Research & Development Team” in mid-May 2009, the team provides different trainings for colleagues. These programs are tailor-made to enrich our staff knowledge, so that the staffs learn more and to strive for the spirit of providing a best service for our children.

扶幼會現有四間院舍及三所群育學校,專門為兒童及

青少年提供特殊教育及院舍服務,對象以有情緒及行

為問題的兒童及青少年為主。本會屬下服務單位有:

盛德中心、則仁中心、元洲宿舍、長康宿舍

盛德中心學校、則仁中心學校、及許仲繩紀念學校。

除直接服務外,本會亦致力於拓展其他相關服務,以

回應不斷變化的社會需要及提供適當支援予教育團體

及不同機構,服務及計劃包括:

專業培訓計劃、讀寫發展服務、主流學校支援服務

小學輔導服務、喜閱寫意:賽馬會讀寫支援計劃、及

社區投資共享基金—「TEEN賦演藝工作室」

(TEEN賦計劃至二零一一年三月三十一日止)。

本會的同工福利及康樂小組,由各單位代表組成,為

同工安排康樂活動及提供對員工福利項目的意見。另

本會於二零零九年五月中設立研究及發展小組,透過

小組研究訂出不同實務研習活動予員工參與,以提升

服務的素質。

2011 is an unusual year. We saw earthquakes at Christchurch, New Zealand, Yunan Ying Jiang, China and a most devastating one at Fukushima, Japan - killing tens to thousands of people. The Fukushima Daiichi Power Plant’s aftermath is still to be controlled and the effect unknown. Compared to all these, we cannot but thank the almighty that Hong Kong is still a stable and, though at times little bit noisy, disaster-free place to live.

The noisiness in the field of education and social service has taken on two paths. With the lump-sum grant put in place for ten complete years and the added allocation for service improvement such as Social Welfare Development Fund and special Lottery Fund purpose-set allocations, agencies might have developed different ways to cope with this changed environment (though for good or for bad depends!). Practitioners in the field could thus focus more on service improvement and we all hope that effort in development rather than confrontation could be tried. On the other hand, schools are facing different challenges – from the New Senior Secondary to MOI fine-tuning to voluntary optimization of classes due to population changes etc, bringing waves after waves of challenges to practitioners in the field. When will this subside

二零一一是不平凡的一年,在新西蘭基督城、雲南盈

江與及日本福島相繼發生嚴重地震,死亡人數由數十

至以萬計。福島第一核電站的洩漏善後仍在進行中,

而日後的影響亦暫時難以估計。與這些相比,香港社

會雖然偶有些微噪音,但亦不能不感謝上天的賜福,

給予我們這片無災無難的淨土。

在教育及社會服務兩行業而言,發出的聲音卻似乎有

點差異。在實施整筆撥款十年後,尤其近年不斷新增

的專項撥款如社會福利發展基金或獎券基金訂下的

指定用途撥款的舒緩下,機構較能各師各法地去解決

各自面對的轉變(是優是劣,則見仁見智矣!)社會

服務行業似乎亦能更專注於服務發展而非繼續抗議。

但在學校而言,種種轉變卻仍層出不窮-新高中學

制、教學語言微調甚至因學生不足而推出之班級優化

計劃等,都為教育工作者帶來新的衝擊。這些衝擊為

時若干仍然未知,但卻應驗了古老的一句說話-沒

有改變的只有改變本身。

no one knows and all these seem only prove the old saying that “the only thing that won’t change is change itself”.

During the year, SBC has also come up with certain new arrangements. We were glad to learn of suggestions from a survey by the Social Worker Registration Board on continuous professional education and were even more satisfying to know that many of those ‘recommended practices’ such as annual agency training, special CPE subsidy and arrangement etc had in fact been implemented by the Society due to the good effort of our Research and Development Team and its staff representatives. The team, among others, arranged study trips for our staff to Singapore and attended the Taiwan Chinese Children Home and Shelter Association conference, giving our colleagues chances to learn of practices in these nearby cities. The team also successfully organized an Executive Leadership Development Program (ELDP) for 13 second tier leaders of our agency, during which these young managers need to form study groups, attend talks specially designed for them and make presentations on management topics they had chosen.

The Society will start the Executive Committee member rotation arrangement from 2011 on so that long serving members could become advisors in turns, this may possibly give chances for new faces in the Committee. We have also appointed a Deputy General Secretary in July this year to assist the General Secretary and put in place a concrete human resource plan for future. 2011 is also the first year we asked our schools to organize each one’s graduation so that the students, parents and teachers could have even better ownership on these meaningful days, tentatively we have seen very good responses.

The Charles Chan Ip & Fung CPA Limited continued their support to our boys. You may find out all the meaningful programs organized with the CCIF donation under the specific column. The HSBC continued their support to our boys’ voluntary service through the community service fund. The Lottery Fund also approved more than $500,000 to replace our 24 seats van with a new 22 seats one. The Rotary Club Tolo Harbor also sponsored HCSMS students’ Taiwan study trip. Last but not least, our long service Committee Member Mr. Chiu Wai-ming has set up a fund for three prizes for our schools’ outstanding students annually. We gratefully thank all these companies and individual for their meaningful donations.

The Committee is glad to learn that we have two long term programs organized with local police officers. The first one being Operation Breakthrough in which some of our elder boys from CYCS go to the police regional headquarter at Tai Po for weekly boxing training in the evening. The other is a foot-drill and discipline training by auxiliary police officers from Sau Mau Ping police station for our boys at STCS. These two programs, besides the attraction themselves, help institute a positive perception among our boys towards law enforcement. We believe it is a very

過去一年,扶幼會亦策劃了不少轉變。在年初我們從

社工註冊局一項就持續進修的調查中見到不少建議項

目,例如全機構培訓、員工持續進修津貼及安排等,

我們高興的是不少這些建議在扶幼會已經由我們的

「研究及發展小組」及同工代表們提出及付諸實行。

而研究小組除了恆常工作外亦安排了同工前往星加坡

考察及出席台灣「中華育幼機構兒童關懷協會」舉行

的代表高峰會,與台灣的行家交流意見。研究小組亦

為會內社會服務單位十三位中層領袖開辦「領導發展

計劃」,參加者除了出席特別為他們舉辦的專題講座

外,亦須要跨單位分組作出管理有關的專題研究及報

告。

執行委員會從今年開始會實行委員輪休制度,供服務

多年的委員輪休一年,這些資深委員一方面可以顧問

身分參與會務,另一方面亦可能會帶來新的面孔。除

此之外,我們從七月開始亦委任副總幹事,除可減輕

總幹事的重擔,亦為未來人力資源計劃走出一步。本

年我們亦建議各校自辦畢業典禮,務求教師、家長及

同學都能更投入參與這屬於他們的大日子。

陳葉馮會計師事務所有限公司繼續予我會鼎力支持。

各位可在有關專欄內看到他們捐款資助的各項有意義

活動。匯豐銀行亦從他們的社區服務基金撥款支持我

會同學的義工服務開銷。獎券基金年中撥款五十多萬

為則仁中心學校更換其服務十年的二十四座校巴。吐

露港扶輪社亦慷慨資助許仲繩紀念學校同學台灣之旅

及捐出獎學金。服務本會執行委員會多年的趙惠明先

生亦已設立趙惠明品學兼優獎學金予三校每年傑出同

學,為此種種捐助及支持,我們都衷心感銘。

委員會很高興看到本年有兩項較特別活動均由本港警

隊義工安排。第一項是每週都在新界北警察總部舉辦

的「奮進行動」,則校九位中學同學到警署接受拳

擊訓練。而秀茂坪警署的輔警人員則到盛校為同學舉

辦步操及紀律訓練。這兩項活動除活動本身的趣味吸

引外,亦非常有意義,令我們同學中部分有違法或前

期違法傾向的少年人得到正面看待執法者的體會。我

們感謝這些警務人員的付出。許仲繩紀念學校亦舉辦

了第二屆全港「禁毒時裝設計比賽」,參賽者數目比

去年激增,收到超過一千件來自不同中學及小學的作

品。我們深為這努力的成果成功將禁毒訊息廣泛傳揚

而感到高興。則仁中心學校六名同學順利完成外展訓

練學校的十八天證書課程。而多名則校中學同學亦在

meaningful initiative by the officers. The HCSMS hosted the 2nd Hong Kong Anti-Drug Fashion Design Contest this year, which met with even better response among local secondary and primary schools. Nearly 1000 designs had entered the competition and it was so good to see that the function could attract so many youths and spread the anti-drug message among them.

Our centers and schools continued their green living advocacy among our boys. We have rooftop garden at CYC from which tomatoes and melons produced. A once-a-week vegetarian meal supported by parent representatives is provided at CYC. The elder boys at CHH have also started, though little timid at first, to collect the tins and used papers in the hostel and sold it to the nearby recycle shops, earning a small sum for an added extra delicacies among themselves! The money thus collected is by no means big but the exposure and habit is meaningful in promoting the 3-R (Reduce Reuse Recycle). The self-financed Learning Development Center has successfully applied from the Environmental Education and Community Action Project for a roof greening and renewable energy system for the building. We hope that the project can help to beautify and achieve energy saving for the building.

Six secondary students from CYCS successfully completed the 18 days full certificate course at Outward Bound School while some others joined in and completed the renowned 10 Kilometer Hong Kong Chartered Marathon. We appreciate the teachers’ effort in training and supporting our boys. We believe such exposure will bring positive attitude for these boys in facing their future work and study.

The Jockey Club Charity Trust sponsored Read & Write project had ended by August 2011, with the vast number of dyslexic students among our boys and in view of their need, the Committee has decided to use lump-sum grant allocation to set up helping service for these boys during their revision and homework, especially among the primary students.

The staff representatives of the Morale Welfare & Recreation Group and the Performance & Responsibility Recognition Scheme have done a very good job during the year. The MWR has organized the most welcomed annual Chinese New Year dinner and a summer time launch picnic. The bakery and Tai Chi classes also added much fun for our colleagues. The staff representatives in the PRRS also brought up valuable suggestion for the Society; the Committee thanks the effort of the conveners and all staff representatives, as the dialogue between staff and management within an NGO is so important.

Lastly, I must thank all Committee Members for their contribution during the year. With their tremendous support, our service for the boys has marked another successful year.

香港渣打馬拉松十公里賽中完成全程。老師的訓練及

支持功不可沒。我們相信這些體會有利同學日後進修

與及工作。

在會內中心及學校內,我們繼續推行綠色生活。在則

仁中心天台的小果園已栽種瓜果、番茄等;每週一餐

的素食安排亦得到家長代表支持。而在長康宿舍,同

學開始時雖難免靦腆,但已漸習慣將汽水鋁罐及舊報

紙回收送往附近回收站賺取些微額外收入!所收的金

錢肯定不多,但背後的意義及習慣卻不小,它能貫徹

在日常生活中3R(減少消耗、重用及循環再造)。自

負盈虧的讀寫發展中心亦成功從環境及自然保育基金

中申請撥款綠化中心天台及設置再生能源設備。我們

希望這些設施能美化及節省中心內的排耗。

賽馬會慈善基金資助的「喜閱寫意」雖於今年八月結

束,但面對會內極大數目讀寫困難同學的需要,委員

會經討論後決定以整筆撥款資金支援這些小學為主

的舍童,務求令他們在中心溫習及家課時仍能有人幫

助。

「責任及表現獎勵計劃」代表於年內亦提出不少寶貴

意見。除安排了極受歡迎的團年聚餐外,今年夏季亦

安排了遊船河活動。而做餅及太極班亦為同工緊張工

作之餘提供不少歡樂。在「責任及表現獎勵計劃」項

目下,藉著同事控制支出的努力,我們仍能予中層及

以下員工特別生活補貼,又新增加了同事建議的健康

醫療資助。委員會感謝小組召集人及同工的努力,我

們相信管理層及員工的對話至為重要。

最後,感謝委員會全體委員的貢獻,得到大家無私付

出及支持,令會務成功發展。

國家與香港珠三角、長三角而至西南地區近年發展迅速,國內生產總值(GDP)及人均收入均有快速提升,引起一個有趣問題─未來

香港在大中華地區的角色將會怎樣?前數月迪士尼已在上海浦東川沙新鎮動工,海南省(島)三亞市在四月份又試行部份消

費品免稅,傳聞浦東及東北另一城市亦有意向中央爭取類似政策。三亞市試行免稅第一日出現七千多人“迫爆”購物點

的盛況。現時自由行旅客在購物(尤以高端消費品)已“撐起”香港半邊天,若國內經濟或政策有變,香港數以萬計從事

餐飲、零售、服務、旅遊等行業者的生計怎樣,經濟困難首當其衝的肯定是小市民。國家與香港命運之緊密關係可見一

斑。李克强副總理八月訪港的利港安排尚待開展,但香港一向賴以發展的四大要素:自由市場、企業精神、法治及金融

業的發展,這十四年來是好了還是差了?大家自有判斷,日後如何演變更與我們息息相關。

社會英國戰時首相邱吉爾爵士說過:「領袖不應只帶領人民往他們想去的地方,領袖更應該帶領人民往他們需要去而不想去

的地方。」我們社會上一眾領袖,是帶領我們往我們想去的地方,抑或是帶領我們往需要去而不想去的地方呢?當有部

份目標神聖、手法橫蠻、以比天高般的尺度要求別人,又或以別人(實則你我)金錢標榜自己成功爭取的領袖,他們會帶領

我們到那裡去?當一個社會以超乎常理的道德陳義去要求別人(是別人,不是自己)、要求政府時,社會的建設會怎樣繼

續?當政府每一件事都被上綱上線地抹黑或質疑,又或謾罵及互相攻奸外,政府還能有甚麼建樹?當公職人員不斷受批

評衝擊,最終受苦的又會是誰?

機構教育撥款(以本會三校計)十年來上升20%有多,這當然包括新加開的高中(至二零一零年止)共六班,但當這些增撥,尤其

有時限的撥款如通識及新高中撥款停止後,又或當校內教師年資升高,而要填補凍結了的部分高級教席而沒有了這些一

變二,二變三的增加人手時,我們如何面對?又如何可以進一步釋放教師的能量?社會服務單位在過去十年的新撥款挑

戰基本在經濟層面已獲解決後,如何在質素上再發展是十分值得思考的問題。挑戰雖然存在,但從過去我們解決整筆撥

款的成績看來,卻不會有太大的憂慮。只要秉持溝通及決心,應該可以繼續保有一個為同工及服務受眾不斷改善及服務

素質更好的機構。

面對上述國家、社會及機構種種轉變,請欣賞吉百齡(RudyardKipling)以下一首詩作。中文為筆者翻譯嘗試,粗疏難

免。

假 如假如人皆張惶,怪罪於你,你仍自信自持;假如舉世質疑,你仍鎮定如常,接納質疑;假如你不懼疲累,常懷期盼,被騙後不以騙為騙,被恨後也不以恨還恨,亦不會想得太美,說得太盡。

你有夢卻不為夢所役,思考,卻不只以思考為終,面對勝利及失敗,明白二者皆妄故將他們看待如一,當你的真話被騙徒扭曲去陷害不智,或自己堅守的價值被踐踏,卻仍泰然低頭繼續信守。

假如你孤注一擲不幸失敗,卻仍從頭再來並對失敗無怨無侮,當你心、氣、力皆已枯竭,卻仍再次奮起,當你一無所有,只有意志告訴自己“堅持下去”時就真的繼續堅持了下去。

研究及發展小組Research and Development Team

Executive Leadership Development Programme (ELDP)The ELDP aimed at fostering the fellowship of our managerial staff by providing a platform for idea exchange, reflection and mutual learning, thereby promote the readiness to innovate in the face of challenges and transformation. Thirteen managerial staff members from SBC’s four residential units participated in 8 consecutive workshops from December 2010 to June 2011 on various topics including “Dialogue in the Dark”, “DISC leadership styles”, and “Personal factors leading to a successful life”. Participants were not only granted subsidies to join trainings on leadership and management, but also received mentoring support from the superintendents in conducting the team projects and personal reflection. Apart from achieving the mentioned aims, feedback showed that colleagues greatly valued the inter-unit exchange platform that ELDP provided.

Singapore Social Service Exchange Trip 2011Subsidized by the Social Welfare Development Fund and hosted by the Research and Development Team, the Trip was held on 27-30 April with visits to three youth-service organizations in Singapore, namely Boys’ Town, Student Advisory Centre, and Pertapis Children Home. To encourage group learning and understanding, and boost colleagues’ autonomy, the 18 participants were all involved in the preparation work. Colleagues reflected that the trip brought inspirations in many aspects, including unit operation, activity design, resource management, service expansion, and staff development.

Year-end Sharing 2011Held on 9 July by the Research and Development Team, 74 staff members joined the event, which mainly consists of colleagues’ sharing on the “Group Learning mode” effects of Executive Leadership Development Programme, the Singapore Social Service Exchange Trip 2011, and an introduction on House Management and Staff Induction packages initiated by Shing Tak Centre staff. It marked another significant step towards nurturing a learning culture in SBC.

管理人員領導發展計劃旨在鞏固管理團隊的合作關係,締造交流、反思和學

習空間,提升面對轉變的動力,啟迪帶動蛻變的思維

和知識傳承的走向。十三位住宿服務單位的中層管理

同工除獲資助修讀管理及領導有關課程外,由二零一

零年十二月至二零一一年六月共參與八節研習活動,

包括「黑暗中的對話」和DISC領導風格的培訓,以

及「成就人生之道」嘉賓分享,並在各單位主管的指

導下完成小組研習項目及個人反思報告。除了達致上

述目標外,同工反映本計劃設計的跨單位小組研習項

目,提供了很好的交流平台。

新加坡社會服務交流團2011由研究及發展小組主辦,獲「社會福利發展基金」

資助,在四月二十七至三十日舉行。交流團探訪了

Boys’Town、StudentAdvisoryCentre和Pertapis

ChildrenHome三所當地青少年服務機構,而同工反

映在機構運作、活動策劃、資源運用、業務拓展和同

工發展等範疇均獲得豐富啟示。在出發前,十八名來

自本會六個單位及服務的同工共同參與籌備工作,加

深了對當地社會福利界的認識,促進小組學習、互相

欣賞和交流的氣氛,以及擴闊同工的自主度。

年終分享會在七月九日由研究及發展小組舉辦,共七十四位同工

參與。席間由同工分享「管理人員領導發展計劃」

及「新加坡社會服務交流團2011」以小組學習模式

推動的得著,並獲鄭俊華院長及李定邦社工介紹盛德

中心同工自行研發的「家舍經營」及「新同工入職指

引」,促進全會同工對建構學習文化的認知。

Shing Tak Centre – “Shanghai Expo 2010”The Fund supported 10 boys and two parents of Shing Tak Centre to visit the Shanghai Expo 2010. Accompanied by our staff, they had a four-day trip to Shanghai on 23-26 September 2010.

Participating in China’s centurial event - Shanghai Expo 2010, our boys learnt much about our motherland’s most recent development. Their world view was also significantly broadened as they visited the pavilions of China, Africa, South Korea, Brazil, Giant Egg, Coca-Cola, Malaysia, Australia, the Philippines, Turkey, Egypt, Iceland, Myanmar and Pakistan, where different customs and cultures were being demonstrated. There were so much to see with numerous the colourful exhibitions and grand cultural performances, all brilliant and impressive. For the two parents invited to join the trip, they also had a joyful journey. Not only was their understanding of our programmes enhanced, their relationships with their sons were also improved in this unique travelling experience.

盛德中心 -「世博及文化體驗之旅」承蒙「陳葉馮學術及發展基金」資助,盛德中心十二

名舍友及家長在中心職員帶領下,於二零一零年九月

二十三至二十六日到上海展開了為期四天的「世博

及文化體驗之旅」。這次活動讓舍友得以參與中國百

年盛事──上海世界博覽會,了解祖國最新發展的步

伐之餘,更大大擴闊了世界視野。行程包括參觀世博

會各大展館及觀摩世界各國風俗文化,其中包括中國

館、非洲館、韓國館、巴西館、巨蛋館、可口可樂

館、馬來西亞館、澳洲館、菲律賓館、土耳其館、埃

及館、冰島館、緬甸館及巴基斯坦館等。異彩紛呈的

展覽和文化大觀,讓團友目不暇給,留下極深刻的印

象。為了讓家長增加對中心活動的認識,這次交流活

動更特地邀請了兩名家長一起參與,透過輕鬆愉快的

旅程,家長與舍友可以同遊學習,增進親子感情。

Apart from learning about the development of vocational training in mainland China, the possible enrolment of our students to the college was explored.

Shing Tak Centre School – “Outward Bound Training Programme”Our gratitude to the Fund for sponsoring 10 secondary students in junior forms to attend a “Seven Days Course” organized by Outward Bound Hong Kong on 12 -18 December 2010. Through the mountaineering training, students learned to overcome the cold weather and practiced survival skills in the wild such as cooking and proper use of tents.

盛德中心學校 -「香港外展訓練計劃」鳴謝「陳葉馮學術及發展基金」資助共十位中一至中

三級同學,參加由香港外展訓練學校舉辦,由二零一

零年十二月十二至十八日,為期七日六夜的外展訓練

課程。今年的外展課程著重行山訓練,同學需要克服

寒冷天氣之外,更需要學習野外煮食及使用帳幕的技

巧。

Research and Development Team - Summit of Children and Youth Residential Service Agencies in TaipeiMr. Tony Leung Chun Ping, the Deputy General Secretary, was invited to attend the captioned summit organized by the Chinese Childrenhome and Shelter Association in Taipei on 10 -12 November 2010. As one of the keynote speaker, he spoke on the Conference theme “The New Challenges of Residential Child Care Services: Missions and Strategies”, and also gave another speech on “Formulating Human Resources Development Strategies”. With the sponsorship of the Fund, two social workers, Ms. Fong Lai Hung and Ms. Lui Lai Sheung, attended the Conference as well. Before the conference, our three representatives were invited to visit two local hostels in Taipei. It was a precious opportunity to learn from our fellow professionals in Taiwan and shared our experience in residential child care services with them. The visit laid a solid foundation for future exchange activities.

研究及發展小組 - 台北「2010兒少安置機構主管高峰會」梁振萍副總幹事應邀於二零一零年十一月十至十二日

到台北出席由「中華育幼機構兒童關懷協會」舉辦的

「2010兒少安置機構主管高峰會」,並為大會作主

題演講,發表「住宿照顧服務面對新挑戰:使命與策

略」主題文章。在會上梁先生亦就「組織人力資源訓

練」發表另一文章。方麗鴻社工和雷麗嫦社工獲「陳

葉馮學術及發展基金」贊助,一起出席該高峰會,與

台灣同業學習交流。此外,會前我們獲協會安排參觀

台北市「培立家園」和「新店宿舍」。於高峰會中,

我們亦與台灣青少年住宿服務單位的主管建立起往後

互相交流的基礎。

許仲繩紀念學校 -「2011廣東省紡織及製衣業考察之旅」本活動共有十二位中五級學生及六位老師獲「陳葉馮

學術及發展基金」資助於二零一一年一月八日至九日

到廣東省進行紡織及製衣業考察之旅。是次考察包

括參觀東莞聯泰製衣廠、東莞德峰針織廠、東莞科技

展覽館、廣東中醫藥博物館、廣東省博物館等,讓學

生走出課室到真實的世界擴闊視野,提升學習能力之

餘、更能了解廣東省的經濟發展和國內製衣業前景。

家長於春節前夕(二零一一年一月二十一至二十二

日)探訪東莞萬江安老院,為當地老人家送上一點心

意和祝福。透過探訪活動,增進親子感情,並藉遊覽

當地風俗博物館,了解當地文化。

Hui Chung Sing Memorial School - “Textile and Clothing Industries Study Trip to Guangdong Province 2011”Twelve secondary 5 students and six teachers were sponsored by the Fund to join the “Textile and Clothing Industries Study Trip” held on 8 -9 January 2011 in Guangdong Province. They visited the Dongguan Luen Thai Garment Co. Ltd., the Dongguan Defeng Knitting Co. Ltd., the Dongguan Science and Technology Exhibition Centre, the Guangdong Chinese Medicine Museum, and the Guangdong Museum. It was an eye-opening experience for our students that not only strengthened their learning capability, but further extended their understanding on the economic development of Guangdong Province as well as the future trend of China’s textile and clothing industries.

Chak Yan Centre School – “The Lunar New Year’s trip to Wanjiang Elderly Home in Dongguan” Subsidized by the Fund, 18 students and their parents started off just before the Lunar New Year on 21 - 22 January 2011 to deliver their love and blessings to the elderly at Wanjiang Home for the Elderly in Dongguan. The parent-child relationships of the participants were strengthened in the trip. They also got a better understanding in the region’s culture by visiting the local museum.

Hui Chung Sing Memorial School -“Outward Bound Certificate Course”The Fund sponsored our junior secondary students, a teacher and a school social worker to attend the Certificate Course offered by Outward Bound Hong Kong from 23 February to 1 March 2011. Our students were enhanced in their sense of responsibility, independence, teamwork, self-reliance and their cordial care towards other people and the community.

Hui Chung Sing Memorial School -“The Interact Club’s Service Trip to Taipei 2011”The Fund further sponsored 11 students and 3 teaching staff to a four-day service and exchange activity on 26 – 29 February 2011 to deepen their understanding of the children homes (which resemble the orphan homes in Hong Kong) in Taipei, and to hold an exchange and games session in one of the homes. Ample learning opportunities were provided to the students even before departure, in which they took part in many arrangements including the contacts with the children homes, planning the routes, preparing the service contents, raising fund in school and shopping gifts for the children. Three local homes were visited, namely the Taiwan Fund for Children and Families – Children’s Home, The Mustard Seed Mission – Ai-Hsin Children’s Home, and the Jonah House, Cathwel Service. Apart from the visits, our students also planned a sight-seeing tour for themselves, with scenic spots such as the National Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, the Office of the President of the Republic of China (Taiwan), Taipei 101 and Shimending. The trip was a fruitful learning experience with many pleasant memories.

許仲繩紀念學校 -「外展訓練學校訓練課程」本校得「陳葉馮學術及發展基金」資助初中學生、一

位老師及一位社工於一一年二月二十三日至三月一日

參加外展訓練學校訓練課程。透過這次寶貴的經歷,

激發學生的責任感、自立能力、群體合作精神、自信

心、對人的熱誠及對社會的關懷。

許仲繩紀念學校 -「扶少團2011台北服務交流團」基金更贊助十一名學生及三名導師於二零一一年二月

二十六日往台北進行為期四日三夜的服務交流活動。

這次服務交流團主要的目的是認識台北的育幼院服務

(亦即香港的孤兒院服務),並參與其中一間育幼院的

院童交流及玩遊戲等。同學們出發前需參與籌備工夫

特別多,包括與育幼院聯繫、尋找前往路線、籌劃服

務程序、於校內向師生們籌款購買文具贈送院童等,

同學們獲益良多。此行共到訪了三間育幼院,分別是

「台灣兒童暨家庭扶助基金會大同育幼院」、「基督

教芥菜種會-新莊愛心育幼院」及「天主教福利會約

納家園」。此外,同學們亦自行編排其他觀光行程,

如:國立中正紀念堂、中華民國總統府、台北101及

西門町等。此次旅程十分豐富,讓同學們離開時均依

依不捨,在回程時仍在回味這段時光。

長康宿舍 -「台灣環保之旅」長康宿舍得「陳葉馮學術及發展基金」資助六位舍友

於二零一一年四月二十至二十三日由簡冠達主任和劉

志輝社工帶領以自由行形式到台中、高雄及墾丁,參

觀位於墾丁國家公園內一九七八年設立的台灣第三核

能發電廠展示館,認識「節能」跟「減碳」如何息息

相關,更明白珍惜用電對環保的重要性。此外,還參

觀了「國立海洋生物博物館」進入「海底隧道」觀察

珊瑚礁生態,了解如何保育珍貴的海洋生物;還有,

到旗津島參觀全台灣第一座觀光、休閒風力發電公

園,園內共有七座風車,舍友於此觀摩,並將所見所

聞與香港風力發電設施作比較,反思香港可有改善的

空間。亦到台灣最南端的鵝鑾鼻燈塔遊覽。行程中舍

友對各項環保設施均甚感興趣,對「環境保護」、

「節約能源」有更深入認識。

Cheung Hong Hostel – “Environmental Education Visit to Taiwan”Six boys of Cheung Hong Hostel were sponsored by the Fund to an educational trip to Taiwan on 20 -23 April 2011. Led by the senior residential social worker, Mr. Kan Koon Tat and social worker, Mr. Lau Chi Fai, students planned their own itinerary for visiting Tai-chung, Kaoh-siung and Kenting. They visited the Exhibition Hall of the Third Nuclear Plant of Taiwan established in 1978 at Kenting National Park to learn about the linkage between “Energy Saving” and “Carbon Reduction”, and the significance of saving electricity towards environmental protection. They also went into the “Underwater Tunnel” of the National Museum of Marine Biology and Aquarium to observe the coral reefs and learn about preserving precious marine lives. At the first tourist and leisure Windmill Park of Taiwan on Cijin Island where seven wind power plants were situated, our boys reflected upon the possible improvement of Hong Kong’s wind power facilities. The Erluanbi Lighthouse at the southern tip of Taiwan was exciting to visit, too. Our boys showed immense interest in environmental protection facilities throughout the trip. Their awareness and understanding towards environmental protection and energy saving was definitely enhanced.

Chak Yan Centre – “Let’s learn more – Beijing Exchange”The Fund sponsored the Captioned exchange trip with two social workers and 9 students visiting Peking University and Beijing Haidian Boarding School on 21 -24 April 2011. They were warmly received by the local teachers and students. The itinerary included visits to the Great Wall, the Imperial Palace, the Military Museum and Wangfujing, watching the National Flag Raising Ceremony at Tian’anmen Square, and paying respect to the late Chairman, Mao Zedong. Mr. Cheung Chi Hung, the social worker provided duly guidance throughout the learning process. To show their gratitude for the hospitality and support, our boys presented souvenirs to the receiving units.

則仁中心 -「讓我們看多一點 -- 北京交流」由「陳葉馮學術及發展基金」贊助本中心,於本年四

月二十一至二十四日往訪北京大學及北京海淀寄讀學

校,同行社工及宿生共十一人。並得接待單位熱烈款

待,兩地師生更投入交流。此外,還參觀了北京各大

名勝,包括:踏足長城、遊歷故宮、於天安門廣場觀

看升旗、瞻仰毛主席、參觀軍事博物館及遊逛王府井

等。張智雄社工在出發前安排共五節的籌備工作及活

動後檢討小組,讓參加者事前作好準備,事後作出反

思。而參加者向各接待單位致送紀念品,表達謝意,

學習感恩。

Shing Tak Centre School – “Taiwan Cultural and Historical Exchange Programme”The Fund sponsored 10 students to a four-day Taiwan Cultural and Historical Exchange Programme jointly organized by the School and Centre held on 27-30 June 2011, accompanied by two teachers, a programme worker and a parent volunteer. The trip enriched students’ knowledge of the local life and culture. They also learned about the relationship between Mainland China and Taiwan during the visits to the National Museum of History and the National Palace Museum.

盛德中心學校 -「台灣文化歷史交流團」承蒙基金贊助,十位同學有機會參加於二零一一年六

月二十七至三十日舉辦為期四天的台灣文化歷史交流

團。是次交流團由本校與盛德中心合辦,隨團有兩位

Career Training Programme for Senior Form ResidentsA training programme on job-applying skills and working attitudes were offered to our senior form residents to prepare them on career development. After the training sessions, a modeling exercise was arranged for each participant. Those who perform satisfactorily were offered placement opportunities. Participants reviewed that it was a fruitful experience.

The Marching On ProgrammeA training on marching was organized collaboratively with Shing Tak Centre School and the Hong Kong Auxiliary Police of Sau Mau Ping District for 17 weeks with more than 20 secondary students participating. It aimed at strengthening the sense of self-respect and discipline. Being recommended by the trainer, our team entered the marching competition co-organized by YMCA and Hong Kong Police and won the third place.

Happy Families, Cheerful Community – Agency Service Day 2011On 28 May 2011, ten volunteer teams from both SBC and local communities set up stall games and performed for 196 people in the community as well as members of the needy families, spreading happiness to numerous participating families and the community.

中學舍友職感訓練計劃為協助中學舍友日後進入職場前做好準備,本中心在

學年中舉行職感訓練。社工先提供有關求職技巧及工

作態度訓練,然後安排參加的舍友作模擬入職面試。

表現良好者會被安排工作實習,體驗職場生涯。各參

加實習的舍友均表示獲益良多。

展步輔青訓練本中心與香港警務處秀茂坪警區輔警及盛德中心學校

合辦上述步操訓練。共有二十多名中學舍友參加為期

十七星期的步操訓練。活動目的乃為提升舍友自尊感

及紀律意識。舍友完成訓練後更被教官推薦參加香港

基督教女青年會與警務署合辦的青少年步操比賽,本

中心代表隊伍在比賽中得季軍,參加舍友均感興奮。

2011機構服務日「開心家庭,快樂社區」嘉年華會當日,本會各服務單位及地區團體共派出十隊義工隊

伍協助攤位及表演項目。出席的一百九十六名參加者

中,部份來自區內弱勢家庭。活動目的乃鼓勵家庭成

員為家庭生活灌注快樂元素,建立快樂家庭和社區。

Unlimited Volunteer Power – Macau Exchange ProgrammeAll participants were boys with excellent performance in volunteering. Apart from visiting the scenic spots and experiencing the culture of Macau, they had in-depth exchange opportunities with the young people of the Residential Home of Young Men’s Christian Association of Macau, and worked together on a dormitory decoration work.

Treasuring the World’s Resources – Energy Saving Promotion ProgrammeIn order to strengthen the awareness for energy conservation, the Centre organized a series of assembly talks and award scheme for our boys. In addition, an amount of twenty thousand Hong Kong dollars was approved by the Environment and Conservation Fund of the Environmental Protection Department to replace LED lighting equipments and install motion-sensor switching systems to improve energy consumption efficiency.

“Tree Planting Challenge” Hiking CompetitionOur staff members and boys teamed up themselves to join a fundraising planting activity of Friend of the Earth (HK). They knitted knapsacks with used banners and transported 60 seedlings to designated planting fields. The two teams got second place and sixth place respectively. Four participating boys shared their experiences and feelings with fellow residents to promote care for the forest, waste reduction and environmental protection.

澳門義工無限交流團是次交流團的參加者,均是本中心有傑出義工服務表

現的舍友。交流團成員除有機會體驗澳門當地文化及

參觀景點外,他們在是次活動中更有機會與澳門基督

教青年會院舍舍友作深入交流,並一起進行義務粉飾

家舍工作。

「珍惜地球資源」-中心節能活動為提升舍友珍惜地球資源的意識,中心除舉行一系列

週會講座及獎勵計劃外。在設備方面,獲環境保護署

批出「環保及自然保育基金」約廿萬,資助中心更換

發光二極管(LED)照明設備及動感開關系統等,以節

省能源的使用量。

「綠野先鋒」植樹遠足挑戰比賽中心職員及舍友隊的隊員以棄用橫額編織成背包,運

六十棵樹苗到指定地點進行植樹活動為「地球之友」

籌款。兩組分別獲得體驗組第二名及青年組第六名。

四位舍友回舍後更與其他舍友分享比賽感受,宣揚愛

護林木、減少浪費及保護環境的訊息。

Love a Green Life“Green Living” was Chak Yan Centre’s theme of the year. Our boys and workers made a concerted effort in environmental protection and energy saving. A series of projects and activities embedded in daily lives helped our boys to learn and develop habits, attitudes as well as values towards Green Living. They included: nurturing Environmental Ambassadors in every House, discouraging hot water showers in summer, installing high efficiency shower plumbing and bedroom ventilation equipments, promoting one vegetarian meal per week, advocating recycling, organizing study tours and other educational activities.

In addition, a “Sky Garden” was established at the sundeck of the Centre. Trusted with the responsibilities of caring for the plants and tending the garden, our boys developed the sense of commitment, along with an awareness for environmental and climate changes. In the produce sharing session, our workers guided our boys through reflections to foster the attitude of “treasuring the earth”.

Extending Our Care into the CommunityThe Hongkong Bank Foundation supported our boys in developing multiple talents in artistic performance throughout the year. Together with various volunteer groups, our boys visited over ten private elderly homes in Shamshuipo district. By giving performances and sharing, our boys learned to express love and care. Our special thanks to the Buildings Department volunteer group, Teen-mates, Vocal Ensemble Group, Christian Fellowship of Pastoral Care for Youth, HSBC volunteer group and other collaborators. On 25 June, a recognition ceremony for the volunteer groups and partners of the “I Care” Project was held to celebrate the achievements, as well as opening up a new platform for future community collaboration.

愛綠色中心本年度以「綠色生活」為主題,在同工及舍童齊

心協力下,將環保及綠色生活態度滲透於整個家舍生

活之中。期間推行的項目包括:在各家舍培育環保大

使、鼓勵在夏季停用熱水淋浴、設計及安裝高效花灑

水喉和房間通風設備、推動試行每週一餐素食、鼓勵

廢物回收和舉辦一系列參觀考察教育活動等。此外,

中心天台裏更設立了空中花園,讓舍童透過栽種植物

而培養對環境和氣候的感覺和認知,更從分享栽種成

果的過程中,同工與孩子們作出總結和反省,體會個

中的付出及承擔,進而鞏固「珍惜地球」的意識。

展關懷在滙豐銀行慈善基金的支持下,本年度中心舍童展示

他們多才多藝的能力,到訪深水埗區十多間私營安老

院,透過表演及分享,學習表達愛意與關懷。在這過

程中,特別鳴謝屋宇署義工隊、Teen賦摯友、聲樂

園、基督教青少年牧養團契及滙豐銀行義工團等不同

團體義工的協作,並於六月二十五日舉行「同創共融

互關懷嘉許禮暨則仁伙伴日」,共同慶祝過去一年的

社區服務成果,同時開創未來協作的新平台。

Creating an Inclusive Growing ExperienceAs a residential service unit, we believe that linking up with the community can create more development opportunities for our boys. Many of their talents were ignited in interacting with volunteers in the community. With continuous development in their potentials, our boys are no longer solely "service recipients", but also “active contributors” of the community.

This year, the "Friends of Chak Yan" was officially established to organize joint projects with our volunteer partners for our boys. Accomplishments included: joint-wall-painting “Paint the Blue Sky” with Aedas Limited’s volunteers, setting up the "Chak Yan Centre Youth Chorus" with vocal music training provided by "Vocal Ensemble Group" and show tours in the community, handcraft and cooking workshops with Buildings Department’s volunteers along with elderly home visits, talent show tours in Shamshuipo’s private elderly homes with HSBC volunteers, and faith groups and gospel camps with the companionship of the Christian Fellowship of Pastoral Care for Youth.

To strengthen our linkage with fellow professional organizations outside Hong Kong, several exchange opportunities were arranged, including the reception of Guangdong Province Children and Youth Rescue Protection Centre, the Singapore Social Service Exchange Trip 2011, and participation in the Summit of Children and Youth Residential Services Agencies in Taiwan.

創共融作為青少年住宿服務單位,本中心一直深信與社區緊

密聯繫,可為舍童創造更多成長機會與空間。透過持

續建立舍童與義工之分享交流平台,我們發現舍童

各自具有潛能,若加以發揮,他們可以由「服務接受

者」晉身成為貢獻社區的「積極付出者」。

本年度「則仁之友」正式啟航,讓我們更有系統地連

繫合作伙伴,共同促進則仁舍童成長。期間活動包

括:與凱達環球有限公司合作,共同創作「繪出藍天

藝術壁畫」;由「聲樂園」義工團提供歌唱訓練,組

織「則仁中心少年合唱團」在社區巡迴演出;由屋宇

署義工團帶領舍童做小手工、烹飪活動等,並到長者

院舍探訪;滙豐銀行義工隊聯合本中心各社服務隊往

深水埗區多家私營安老院作親善探訪及表演;由基督

教青少年牧養團契陪伴舍童開設信仰小組及福音營,

理解基督教的意義。

在同工發展方面,亦進一步加強與外地機構探訪觀

摩,包括:接待廣東省兒童及青少年保護中心同工、

到新加坡參觀當地三所青少年服務及院護機構,以及

到台北出席「兒少安置機構主管高峰會議」等。

則仁中心所提名的六間機構/公司,均成功獲得由社會服務聯會頒發之「商界展關懷」獎項。

Spread love and care, promote an inclusive societyTo materialize the theme of the year, the boys of Un Chau Hostel actively rendered volunteer services to the elderly in the Shamshuipo community. On the other hand, our boys learned cooking and household maintenance skills in various life-skills training programmes to prepare for future reintegration into their family lives.

Enhancing positive thinking and developmentIn the face of diverse cultural values in society, establishing proper ethics and critical thinking is crucial for our boys’ positive development. The Hostel offered a variety of training activities to enhance their resilience, problem solving and communication skills.

Fruitful results of the 5-SThe Hostel had remarkable achievements in carrying out the 5-S scheme. Our boys’ self-management skills, obedience and devotion to environmental protection were enhanced, credited to our staff’s thoughtful and innovative arrangements. We hope that our boys spread the 5-S spirit at their homes to create a caring family environment.

分辨善惡、真偽的認知和技巧外,亦透過多元化的鍛

Life education, environmental protection and energy savingUnder this year’s theme of “Life Education and Enrichment” our boys committed themselves to various eco-friendly activities, like energy saving and recycling. Not only was the Hostel’s electricity and water consumption level lowered, our boys also got a precious chance to make concrete contributions to collective well-being.

Sponsored again by the “CCIF Scholarship & Development Fund”, our boys visited Taichung for an “Environmental Tour” to deepen their understanding of environmental conservation, carbon reduction and renewable resources, and their intricate relationships with daily lives. Through a series of activities, our boys were encouraged to protect the environment, love the earth and develop a passion for life.

生命教育、環保節能宿舍的年度主題為「生命教育、充實人生」,舍友全

情投入各項環保節能活動,不單成功削減了宿舍的耗

電量和用水量,還透過回收廢紙、膠樽和鋁罐等物

資,從中學習付出勞力以換取大眾共享的成果。這實

Exploring the future pathsThrough workshops such as “Constructing My World”, “Life Skills Training” and “Career Navigation”, our boys explored their ideal life directions by learning different aspects of career development, which helped them construct a fulfilling future.

Contributing to the communityOur boys applied skills learned in barber training courses, guitar classes and volunteer service groups into their volunteer community services for different groups, such as providing free haircuts to the elderly, and accompanying the visually impaired to participate in community activities. These programmes deepened our boys’ understanding in these people’s needs, and at the same time encouraged them to live a meaningful life.

尋覓真我青少年人透過「修出我天地」、「生活技能訓練」和

「職業導航」等不同層面的訓練,尋找理想人生方向

和了解不同發展領域,建構未來充實的人生。

惠澤社群舍友們參加理髮訓練班、結他班和義工小組服務,並

居長者,為他們免費理髮、帶領視障人士參與社區活

Learning and Teaching • The Liberal Studies Support Section of the Education Bureau

has provided ongoing support to the School’s subject teachers. Our teachers and students benefited much from their support.

• SBC’s school-based curriculum development team assisted our curriculum team to develop our school-based curriculum and provided workshop for our teachers, helping them to understand the direction of curriculum development, enabling students to learn effectively.

• “Environmental Protection and Energy Saving” was our School’s theme of the year. Learning activities in different subjects were planned and implemented to promote students’ understanding in the meaning of environmental protection and encourage them to save natural resources.

• The guidance team and discipline team concurred in improving classroom management and enhancing the class-teacher’s role. This year, the function of the guidance team was strengthened particularly. By promoting appreciation, thankfulness and open recognition, a caring school culture was fostered, which favoured the nurture of students’ moral and characters.

Activities• Students were provided opportunities to join visits and attend

art performances, such as touring around in the Sha Tin Water Treatment Works and the Monetary Authority, watching Sky Show movies, and participating in paper models making, to broaden their horizons.

• Volunteering services, like free haircuts, volunteering at carnivals and visiting the elderly, let our students gain more experience in interacting with others.

• Secondary Three and Five students paid visits to the Construction Industry Council Training Academy, the Career Expo and attended a talk on “Further Study and Employment”, which helped them explore their career paths and strengthen their job-interviewing skills.

• Seminars, camps, visits to mainstream secondary schools and trial classes were organized for our primary five and six students, so as to better prepare them for the transition to secondary education.

• Students from secondary three and five joined the “Smart Kids – TEEN” programme organized by the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals. Through joining visits, seminars, workshops and

• Participating in the half-year programme “Marching On 2011” hosted by the Sau Mau Ping Police Community Relations Office, students were trained in their marching discipline and team spirit with positive values fostered.

• Jointly organized with Shing Tak Centre, the Taiwan Cultural and Historical Exchange Trip let students to experience a culture different from that of Hong Kong. The visits to museums and historical heritage helped students to understand the relationship between Taiwan and mainland China.

Development in Senior Secondary EducationIn 2010-2011, the school had two new senior secondary classes. Other than the core subjects including Chinese, English, Mathematics and Liberal Studies, students could choose two electives out of four including Business, Accounting and Financial Studies; Information, Communication and Technology; Physical Education; and Visual Arts.

School Family Cooperation• Our Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) and Shing Tak Centre

co-organized a family day-trip with the highest number of participants in history. We all had great fun!

• Alumni’s parents and PTA committee members were invited to the orientation day to share their experiences with the new students’ parents, helping them to better understand the roles as well as day-to-day matters of the school.

• A talk on “How to talk about Sex with Children” was held on Parents’ Day, helping parents to handle sexual curiosity of their teenage boys.

Professional Development• Our teachers were encouraged to attend professional

development courses provided by the Education Bureau. This year’s Teacher Development Days included a visit to Yuen Long Catholic Secondary School, a workshop on “Positive relationship and discipline”, a talk on “How to build an eco-friendly school” and an organic planting activity.

• One English teacher completed the Overseas Immersion Programme for English Teachers and another teacher completed the Professional Development Programme on Curriculum Leadership.

• 為小五及小六學生舉辦多項活動︰如升中講座、

宿營、參觀中學及試課體驗等,學習課外知識

外,亦為升中做足準備。

• 讓中三至中五學生參加由東華三院主辦的

「TEEN財達人」活動,透過參觀、講座、工作

坊及日營,了解金融體系及培養健康理財之道。

• 參加由秀茂坪警區警民關係科主辦「展步輔青

2011」計劃,學生接受為期接近半年的步操訓

練,訓練同學的紀律性、團隊合作精神及正面的

價值觀。

• 與盛德中心合辦台灣文化歷史交流團,透過實地

考察,了解當地文化與香港的分別。參觀博物館

及歷史文物,了解台灣與中國大陸的關係。

高中發展2010-2011年度,共開設兩班新高中,除中文、英

文、數學和通識科核心科目外,選修科分別有企業、

會計及財務概論、資訊及通訊科技、體育和視覺藝

術,學生從以上四科選修兩科。

家校合作 • 本校家教會與盛德中心樂聚天倫家長會合辦親子

一日遊,參加人數乃歷年之冠,參加者反應十分

熱烈,能盡興而回。

• 家教會於迎新日邀請舊生家長及家教會幹事親身

分享孩子在盛校生活點滴及自己陪伴孩子成長的

心路歷程;新生家長投入活動,並有助他們增加

對學校的認識及信心。

• 於家長日舉行「如何與子女談性」講座,協助家

長面對子女踏入青春期對性的好奇。

專業發展• 教師專業發展日分別舉辦:探訪元朗天主教中

學、「正面關係與紀律」工作坊、「如何實踐環

保校園」講座及環保有機種植等活動,並鼓勵同

事出席教育局相關培訓課程,藉以提升教師專業

成長。

• 一位老師完成英文教師海外沉浸課程及一位老師

完成小學課程發展主任培訓課程。

本年度校友會的燒烤活動空前成功,出席人數是歷年之冠。

Learning and Teaching• The school received school-based professional support in Primary Curriculum

Leadership and Secondary Science Education from the Education Bureau.

• Various measures were implemented to enhance teaching effectiveness in consideration of our students’ learning differences:

– Inter-class small-group English lessons for Primary 5 and Junior Secondary students.

– Inter-class small-group Mathematics lessons for all Primary students.

– Joining the READ & WRITE: A Jockey Club Learning Support Network for Secondary 1 and 2’s Chinese curriculum.

• Introducing computer software to aid dyslexic students in their learning and examination.

• The primary section chose “anti-bullying” as the theme of guidance, aiming at creating a harmonious school environment.

• Six secondary students have accomplished an 18-day Outward Bound Course. In the face of various challenges, they were encouraged to carry out self-introspection and exploration.

• Our secondary teachers and students took part in the Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon 2011, 10 Km long run & Youth Anti-Drug Cup 4 Km long run held in Tai Po. Their persistence and endurance were fully demonstrated.

• Nine secondary students participated in the “Operation Breakthrough” boxing training hosted by the Tai Po Police Station in order to improve their behavior and emotion management skills.

Students’ Major Achievements• Champion and three personal awards in the West Kowloon Region Primary

Schools Football Competi tion organized by the Hong Kong Schools Sports Federation.

• Champion in Boys A-grade Shot Put, third runner-up in Shot Put of Special Boys Group and third runner-up in Boys A-grade Softball Throw in the Kowloon West Primary school Athletic Competition held by the Hong Kong Schools Sports Federation.

今次九西足球賽勝出,榮譽是屬於大家的!

We share the honor of Champion in West Kowloon Soccer Competition.

(Primary School Group) jointly organized by Tuen Mun Sport Association, Leisure and Cultural Services Department, Home Affairs Department and The District Council.

• The primary section’s volunteer teams were awarded Outstanding School-Community Service by the Social Welfare Department.

• Merits in the 2011 Hong Kong School Putonghua Speech and Art Competition organized by the Putonghua Jiaoshi Xuehui.

• A number of primary and secondary students were granted merits in Chinese and English speeches in the Hong Kong Schools Speech Festival. One of the primary students was the first runner-up in English solo verse speaking.

• Students were awarded Commendable Overall Performance, Outstanding Cooperation, Outstanding Stage Effect and Outstanding Actor in the Hong Kong School Drama Festival.

• Merit in Vocal Solo-Foreign Language-Secondary School-Male Voice (age 15 or under) in the Hong Kong Schools Music Festival.

• The fifth place in Boys B-grade Short Put in the Secondary School Athletic Competition held by the Hong Kong Schools Sports Federation.

• Global Bird Medal in the Hong Kong Award for Young People.

• Hong Kong Student Sports Award by the A.S. Watson Groups.

• A number of students obtained 1st and 2nd level mountain craft certificates and 1st level rock climbing certificates by the Hong Kong Mountaineering Union.

External Liaison• As a Special School cum Resource Centre, the school continued to

serve mainstream schools and students with special educational needs.

• Our teachers and social workers shared their experiences in handling student misbehavior and classroom management, teaching strategies and our school-based curricular features with fellow teachers from other schools and students of The Hong Kong Institute of Education.

• Assist in preparing Education TV programs of the RTHK’s TV Section in order to promote public understanding in social development schools and short-term modification course, along with the school’s teaching and learning features.

• The school received a 22-seats school bus donated by the Lotteries Fund to accommodate students’ needs in outdoor activities.

School Family Cooperation• The Parent-Teacher Association hosted talks, workshops and group

activities that promoted parent-child interaction such as “We can talk like that”, “Love yourself, Love your children” and family disputes resolution trainings. Parent-child activities, such as the visit to “Our Hands’ Farm”, were also organized in order to promote and consolidate parents’ understanding in their children.

• Our deepest gratitude to parents for their enthusiastic support and assistance in numerous school activities such as the Teacher Day, Story-Telling Mama, Swimming Gala and Thematic Learning Week activities etc.

情緒行為問題、課室管理經驗、本校教學及課程特色。

• 協助香港電台電視部拍攝教育電視節目特輯,讓公眾認識群育學校

及短期適應課程,並了解本校學與教的特色。

• 獲社會福利署獎券基金捐贈一部二十二座位校車,方便學生上學及

外出活動。

家校合作• 家教會舉辦了親子溝通講座、工作坊及小組,如「原來可以這麼

說」講座、「愛自己、愛孩子」小組和家庭調解訓練等。此外,為

In Other Learning Experiences (OLE), our senior secondary students expanded their artistic horizons in the “Artistic Drama Activity” of “The 3rd Sham Shui Po District Schools’ Arts Parades of the Sham Shui Po District School Liaison Committee and the Jockey Club Creative Arts Centre” funded by Sham Shui Po District Council.

Student DevelopmentApart from “Learning Supportive Training” to enhance our senior secondary students learning motivation and comprehension skills. Substantial resources were located to employing three teaching assistants to assist our teachers in School-based Assessment (SBA), developing teaching materials, assisting academic activities and providing after-school supportive learning activities to students.

• Fashion Design Field Trip to Guangdong Province In January 2011, our F.5 students and teachers were sponsored by the “CCIF

Scholarship & Development Fund” to organize the “Textile and Clothing Industries Study Trip to Guangdong Province 2011”.

• Willing to Serve All levels of students continuously participated in volunteer services for the

community and our sister schools. In addition to joining the Community Youth Club, we have strengthened the cooperation with our sister schools in rendering volunteer services to the community.

With the assistance of the Rotary Club of Tolo Harbour and sponsorship from “CCIF Scholarship & Development Fund”, students conducted an overseas volunteer service project in February, namely the “Interact Club’s Service Trip to Taipei 2011”.

本校中五學生及老師於二零一一年一月初,由香港扶幼

會「陳葉馮學術及發展基金」撥款資助,進行「廣東省

紡織及製衣業考察之旅」。

• 樂於服務

我校各級同學能持之以恆,為社區及友校提供不同類型

之義務工作及服務。除積極參與公益少年團外,又加強

了兩間友校的彼此合作和與彼等同學進行了多項服務項

目。我校同學在吐露港扶輪社的協助及「陳葉馮學術及

發展基金」的贊助下,於二零一一年二月前往台北進行

義工服務。

Scholarship & Development Fund”, ten students and teacher accepted the challenges of the rigorous leadership training camp.

The 2nd Anti-Drug Fashion Design CompetitionSucceeding the “2010 Anti-drug Fashion Design Competition” the School hosted the competition again in 2011, believing that its sensational touch could inspire young people’s anti-drug awareness. We extended the targets of participants to all secondary, primary and special schools of Hong Kong in hosting the first “Anti-drug T-shirt Design Competition”. The event received favorable comments from education professionals.

• Three students were awarded Champion, Runner-up, and Second Runner-up in the Sham Shui Po District Council DIY Fashion Design Competition.

• In the 62nd Hong Kong School Speech Festival, our students got 1 Proficiency Award and 2 Merit Awards (English Speech), 2 Proficiency Awards and 2 Merit Awards (Chinese Speech – Cantonese), and 2 Merit Awards (Chinese Speech – Putonghua).

To promote a balanced and healthy lifestyle, MWR organized various activities for our staff to promote their physical fitness, adding enjoyable and leisurely moments to our colleagues’ busy lives.

There was the healthy “Breezy Hiking” activity and the relaxing “Tai Chi” class. The amazing artistic and sporting potentials of our colleagues were unleashed in the “Night Scene–Braemar Hill” photography trip and the billiard games. In addition, the first ever “Cheers for Cheese!” bakery class was much welcomed by our fellow colleagues - the pretty and delicious three-dimensional piano cakes were relished by all.

本年度工作小組為促進同工的平衡、健康生活,為同

工舉辦了多項有益身心、強身健體的活動,讓同工於

繁忙的工作中,也可享受悠閒舒暢的生活。

既有鍛鍊健康體魄的「扶幼樂悠遊」行山活動,又有

舒展身心的「太極班」。原來扶幼會亦有不少臥虎藏

龍,有不少同工是攝影「發燒友」,正好結伴到「寶

馬山攝影行」;另外,還有同工精於桌球,於英式桌

球活動中大顯身手,比試一番。本年度首次舉辦的

「芝味無窮」蛋糕製作班也甚受同工歡迎,立體的鋼

琴蛋糕,色、香、味也令人一試難忘。

工作小組報告 Task Groups´ Reports

In response to colleagues’ suggestions, this year our team emphasized on creating inter-unit exchange platforms, gather service experiences by conducting the case management study, and sharing SBC’s practice wisdoms with our fellow professionals. In our two major projects, the Executive Leadership Development Programme and the Singapore exchange trip, we introduced the group learning mode that encouraged in-depth exchange and innovative thinking among colleagues.

Our special thanks to the General Secretary, Unit Heads and Staff Representatives for their help and support, and our gratefulness to all colleagues for their immense support and participation. Our team will strive for the sustainability of this year’s achievements and continue to open up staff development opportunities.

Staff training and development• Executive Leadership Development Programme (ELDP) It was held from December 2010 to June 2011 with 13 participants of managerial

positions. Colleagues appreciated most the inter-unit platform for regular gatherings with insightful discussions on work-related topics.

• Workshops for Supportive Staff In December and March, two workshops for supportive staff were held, namely

the First-aid Workshop by Mr. Lee Wai Ho from Chak Yan Centre and the Workshop on Reception Manners and Skills by Mr. Ben Cheng. They both aimed at reinforcing supportive staff’s sense of importance for their jobs and perfecting their service skills and attitudes.

• Workshop on Partnering with Parents Three consecutive sessions were held in January on the captioned topic. Mr. Kan

Koon Tat and Mr. Wong Chi Wing from Cheung Hong Hostel, along with Ms. Leung Lai Mei and Ms. Tsoi Ching Nga from Chak Yan Centre School were invited to share with 10 fellow colleagues on partnering with parents.

經驗,致力創造會內跨單位交流平台,並開展個案管理研

究以整理實務經驗,促進本會持續發展。其中在新加坡交

Policy advocacy• Social Work Supervision Guidelines As a result of the discussions at the ELDP, with reference to the

guidelines put forward by the Social Workers Registration Board, this set of guidelines was developed.

Research project• A Study on Case Management Subsidized by the Social Welfare Development Fund, this study aimed

at collecting SBC’s practice wisdoms in effective case management. The study is expected to be completed in 2012.

External exchange and sharing• Certificate in Residential Child Care As invited by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service, this course

was held in September with our fellow colleagues Mr. Tony Leung, Ms. Nympha Cheng and Mr. Pang Kit Wai as instructors.

• Summit of Children and Youth Residential Service Agencies Three SBC representatives attended the summit organized by the

Chinese Childrenhome and Shelter Association at Taipei. It was a precious opportunity to meet with more than 130 agency heads, during which SBC’s service and staff development experiences were shared and organizational linkages established.

• Singapore Social Service Exchange Trip 2011 Eighteen colleagues from six of SBC’s service units joined the trip in

April, visiting three local youth service agencies. Preparatory work was shared among all participants to promote group learning and encourage inter-unit exchange.

• A sharing with Guangdong Province Children and Youth Rescue Protection Centre

A sharing on Handling Children and Adolescents’ Inappropriate and Out-of-control Behaviours was conducted in May with 18 visitors from Guangdong Province Children and Youth Rescue Protection Centre.

• 與家長建立夥伴關係工作坊

在一月舉行共三節分享,分別邀請長康宿舍簡冠達主任和王子榮社

工,以及則仁中心學校梁麗媚社工和蔡靜雅社工,與十位參加者分

享推行家長工作的心得。

政策倡議• 社會工作督導指引

本會管理同工在「管理人員領導發展計劃」中深入探討督導工作,

進而以社會工作者註冊局之《社會工作督導指引》為藍本,制定本

會之「社會工作督導指引」。

研究項目• 個案管理研究

由「社會福利發展基金」資助,結集同工實務經驗,探索有效促進

個案管理工作成效的主要因素和工作手法。是項研究預計於二零

一二年完成。

會外交流與分享• 兒童住宿照顧證書課程

在二零一零年九月應香港社會服務聯會學院邀請主辦此課程,由本

組主管梁振萍、鄭靜儀院長及彭杰偉高級程序導師擔任講者。

• 2010兒少安置機構主管高峰會

本會三位代表在二零一零年十一月到台北出席中華育幼機構兒童關

懷協會主辦之「2010兒少安置機構主管高峰會」。席間,同工不單

與超過一百三十位台灣機構主管交流,分享本會發展住宿照顧服務

和人力資源的經驗,為將來發展機構連繫和交流建立穩健基礎。

• 新加坡社會服務交流團2011

十八名來自本會六個單位及服務的同工在四月下旬到訪三所新加坡

青少年服務機構。籌備工作由所有團友共同參與,以創造團隊學習

的機會,促進跨單位互動交流。

• 廣東省兒童及青少年保護中心之分享活動

本組以「兒童及青少年不當及失控行為的處理」為題,向在五月到

訪則仁中心及學校的十八名同工分享本會實務經驗。

Professional Development Project (PDP) was established in 2001 providing tailor-made, professional and high-standard training services to external clients. Our services are designed to meet the clients’ needs to help them to perform at their peak and excel in their business or service fields. PDP has rendered services to educational institutions, commercial enterprises, social welfare agencies and public service organizations. Service users included employees, teachers and undergraduates.

Government and Organization TrainingPDP conducted 19 staff training packages to NGOs and government departments, with altogether 691 counts of noted attendance this year. Topics covered “Team-building”, “Students’ Behavioral and Emotional Management”, “Integrated Course on Childhood & Adolescence Disorders”, and “Personality Dimensions® on Leadership”. The clients we served were listed below in alphabetical order:

Centre-Based Service • Remedial Training - Individual and group training for dyslexic students were

organized with 438 user-counts. - Talks, workshops and individual consultation services

were provided to parents of dyslexic students with 243 participant-counts.

• Certificate Course in “Supporting Dyslexic Students” The annual Certificate Course in “Supporting Dyslexic

Students” were held for 24 potential tutors, among them there were workers from the Young Men’s Christian Association of Macau. The three-day course was conducted by experienced educational psychologists, experienced teachers in Chinese and social workers. Besides classroom training, practicum and sharing opportunities were also provided. The participants’ reviews showed that this course strengthened their understanding in the needs of dyslexic students and equipped them with necessary teaching strategies and classroom management skills. Some of the trained tutors had already started serving needy students with learning difficulties.

• “Let’s Walk Together” Volunteering Team This year, the team members participated in the “Study

Strategies for Dyslexic Student” training. They regularly designed creative learning games for the parents of dyslexic students receiving school-based services and individual training. In addition, they also reached out to communities in Ho Man Tin and Lam Tin, promoting “Word Recognition by Touching Strategy” to students and sharing the wisdoms on “How to Aid Dyslexic Students in Their Development” with

教育心理學家、中文科老師及資深社工教授。

參與的導師均表示課程能增加他們對讀寫困難兒

童需要之認識,並學到所需的教學策略及課堂技

巧。部份導師亦已開始參與服務,為有需要的學

習困難學生提供支援。

• 「伴你同行」義工計劃

本年度「伴你同行」義工參與了「讀障學習策

略」培訓,定期製作「讀障小玩意」轉贈個別訓

練及到校服務之家長。此外,義工們曾外展至何

文田及藍田,設置攤位,讓學生體驗「觸感識字

策略」及與家長分享「協助學障兒童成長」的心

得。同時為加強下一代的環保意識,義工更安排

了環保製造紙及手工讓學童參加。

parents. At the same time, our volunteers provided paper-recycling and handicraft activities for students to promote environmental awareness.

• This year, we received 25 colleagues from Boys and Girls Clubs Association with an introduction of our services. In March and June 2011, our Academic Exchange Centre received 11 members of the Young Men’s Christian Association of Macau.

• We successfully applied the “Environment and Conservation Fund” to conduct Environmental Education and Community Action Projects, which include the installment of energy recycle system, a rooftop green field and a series of educational programmes to be carried out in July 2011 to March 2013.

School-Based ServicesThis year, we worked with the following 11 schools to provide supportive services for dyslexic students, including training groups, parent-child workshops, teacher trainings and parent talks, with 2,118 participant-count altogether.

• 是年度,中心接待了小童群益會共二十五位同

工,讓他們了解本中心的服務。此外,於一一年

三月及六月份,本中心學術交流中心接待了澳門

基督教青年會共十一位人士到訪。

• 本年度,服務成功向環境及自然保育基金申請撥

款,進行環保教育和社區項目。計劃由一一年七

月至一三年三月於天台進行綠化及安裝再生能源

設備,並會進行一連串的教育活動。

校本支援服務於是年度,本服務為下列學校提供讀寫困難支援服

務,支援形式包括讀寫訓練小組、親子工作坊、教師

培訓及家長講座,共二千一百一十八服務人次。

喜閱寫意:賽馬會讀寫支援計劃The Read & Write: A Jockey Club Learning Support Network

Project Introduction“The Read & Write: A Jockey Club Learning Support Network” completed the pilot teaching scheme in 2009-2010. This year we focused on providing support to schools using the learning package.

Major Events• Sharing Seminar on Chinese Learning Package for Junior

Secondary Students - About 430 education professionals attended the two-

session Sharing Seminar on the Chinese Learning Package for Junior Secondary Students held in June 2011. For the package’s utilization rates, our survey found that 64% of 272 respondents had asked for the package. 45% of 264 respondents had used it, and 56% among 240 respondents said that they planned to use it in the 2011-12 academic year.

• Professional Training Workshop for EDB - A Professional Workshop on Chinese Read and Write

Curriculum for over 50 educational psychologists of Hong Kong was held in March 2011 for the Education Bureau. The workshop familiarized participants with the framework and contents of our learning package.

- 本計劃於一一年六月舉行初中中文讀寫教材套

發佈會(上、下午兩場),約有四百三十名教育

界人士出席。為了解《勇寫無懼.讀創高峰》

初中中文讀寫教材的使用情況,本計劃進行

了有關調查,結果顯示有近六成四受訪者(該

題填答總人數為二百七十二位)曾索取有關教

材,有近四成五的受訪者(該題填答總人數為

二百六十四位)曾使用本教材。至於未來的使

用意願,有近五成六的受訪者(該題填答總人

數為二百四十位)表示會計劃於一一至一二年

度使用本教材進行教學。

• 學校支援經驗分享會

- 本計劃於一一年三月於教育局為本港教育心理

學家提供中文讀寫教材的培訓,協助參與者了

解本教材及其支援模式,超過五十名教育心理

學家出席。

More than 60% of the students in the “School-based teaching scheme” scored average and above in “Writing”; 75% scored average and above in “Comprehension”. These figures show significant improvements of students in the “School-based teaching scheme” in mastering the Chinese language.

曾接受「校本試教計劃」的學生,於看圖作文(圖

1)的測試中,超過六成的學生的寫作能力達中等或

以上的程度;而閱讀理解(圖2)的測試分數顯示,

七成五學生的閱讀理解能力達中等或以上程度。由此

可見,曾接受本計劃支援的學生,其中文能力均有不

同程度的提升。

全方位自我挑戰計劃全方位自我挑戰計劃,乃以校本設計,協助學校以群

組活動形式,輔導學生全面發展。今年我們提供了

四十二項服務予十六間小學、八間中學及二間大學。

服務範圍包括中小學生、非華語生、家長、現職及實

習社工。而各校均表示欣賞同工的專業服務態度及豐

富經驗。

全方位小學輔導服務今年我們為三所小學提供全方位小學輔導服務,分別

為深信學校、佐敦道官立小學及嶺南大學香港同學會

直資小學。透過各種配套活動及支援服務,讓家長和

學生在個人成長及親子關係上獲更大的得著。而服務

亦深得學校、家長及學生的信任及支持。

區本課後支援計劃本年度獲得教籌局撥款,為區內三所學校-則仁中心

學校、聖公會基愛小學及五邑工商總會學校推行「區

本課後支援計劃」。服務成效顯著,獲各校及家長欣

賞。各校老師對我們服務的滿意率達九成八;而八成

以上認為學生功課輔導有助改善他們的成績;九成二

家長滿意我們提供之服務。

Whole School Supporting ServiceThis is a school-based service to promote students’ all-rounded development through various kinds of challenge confrontations. This year we provided 42 service items to 16 primary schools, 8 secondary schools and two universities. Service recipients included primary and secondary students, non-Chinese-speaking students, parents, social workers and social work students. The response from these schools showed that they were impressed by our professionalism and rich experience.

Student Guidance ServiceWe rendered student guidance services to Faith Lutheran School, Jordan Road Government Primary School, and Lingnan University Hong Kong Alumni D.S.S. Primary School. Personal development and parent-child relationship of the participating parents and students were promoted through various activities and supportive services. Our service recipients showed much support and confidence in our services.

School-based After School Learning & Support Community-based Project Supported by the funding from Education Bureau, the captioned service was rendered to three schools, namely Chak Yan Center School, SKH Kei Oi Primary School and Five Districts Business Welfare Association School. The satisfaction rate is as high as 98% with more than 80% students regarding our services as helpful in their studies and 92% parents rating our services as satisfactory and above.

Teen Artists Workshop – mission accomplishedSponsored by the Community Investment and Inclusion Fund of Labour and Welfare Bureau, this project launched since 2008 had been promoting teenagers’ interest and talent in performing arts for three years. By networking partners from different sectors, the collaboration efforts helped build up social capital which providing numerous performing platforms and learning opportunities for youth to develop their interests in performing arts and integrate them further into their career paths.

From the very beginning since 2005, the “ROOT – Ramify Our Outward Teens (Community Networking and Collaborating Project)”, then the “Teen Artists Workshop” till now establishing the “Hong Kong Street Dance Youth League”, every step was taken with collaborative efforts and every transforming moment appreciated and treasured. With a lot of “appreciation”, “treasures”, “satisfactions”, “gratitude”, “companionship” and “supports” .

「TEEN賦演藝工作室」完成歷史使命 獲勞工及福利局社區投資共享基金資助,本項目自二

零零八年起,推行了為期三年的青少年演藝發展計

劃。計劃透過聯繫社區網絡和跨界別合作,推動社會

資本,為對演藝事業有興趣的青少年創造及組織不同

的演出和實踐機會,從而提升其相關知識及技能,將

興趣發展成事業,成就璀璨未來。

「TEEN賦」計劃由第一階段「活出TEEN賦-青

少年互惠協作計劃」,發展至「TEEN賦演藝工作

室」,並推展至今啟動了「香港青少年街舞聯盟」,

走過了六年的成長經歷,每一個階段都盛載著很多

「欣賞」、「珍惜」、「滿足」、「感激」、「陪

伴」及「支持」。

Hong Kong Street Dance Youth League – a brand new startWitnessed by more than 2000 audience, the Street Dance League Show on 26 February 2011 marked the conclusion of the Teen Artists Workshop and also preluded the Hong Kong Street Dance Youth League. With a mixed theme “Passion” and “Motion”, the league show comprised performances by 24 famous Street Dance teams – more than 350 local dancers.

與「動感」結合為題的「感•動街舞匯演2011」,

以作為「TEEN賦演藝工作室」之終結匯演,當日共

二十四隊超過三百五十位本地著名舞者參與,連同會

場內超過二千位嘉賓及觀眾,回顧著「TEEN賦演藝

工作室」多年來凝聚義工及伙伴網絡的成果,為「香
