What is the last lecture?

• It was a lecture given by professor Randy Pausch on September 18, 2007.

• It was called “Really Achieving Your Childhood Dreams”.

• It was a base to the New York Times best selling book named “The last lecture”.

• The video of this lecture became an Internet sensation, being viewed over a million times in the first month after its delivery on web sites like YouTube, Google video,…..etc.

Prof. Randy Pausch • He was a professor in Carnegie Mellon

University computer science, Pennsylvania.•  Pausch had been diagnosed with a

 terminal pancreatic cancer September 19, 2006.• After a few months of surgery his doctors told him

that he had only three to six months of good health left.

• He said good bye to his students with one “last lecture”

• His "Last Lecture" has received attention from both the American media, as well as recognition from news sources around the world.
