IHI Compressor and Machinery is the exclusive manufacturer of various turbochargers for diesel and gas engines applied for marine and power-generation. We have established an integrated production management system that manages from raw materials carrying to parts processing and the assembling of gears. Under the strict quality control, we satisfy volume needs ranging from small quantities to mass production.

Diamond Slurry Recycling System (DSRS)

This system significantly reduces operating cost in solar cell or semiconductor manufacturing through the reuse of abrasive grains and coolant that are separated and collected from the slurry produced during the silicon ingot slicing process.

WSRS-255W

This system recycles polluted cutting fluid produced by cutting the outer periphery or plane of ingots in the solar cell or semiconductor manufacturing process. This is a fully sealed, fully automatic system which realizes a reuse rate of 90%. In addition, the chemical-free filtration feature reduces the burden of the wastewater treatment facility, as well as extracts silicon powder as a by-product.

This system can recycle polluted slurry produced during the slicing of LED sapphire ingots as well as during production of solar cells or semiconductors. By collecting and reusing the coolant, operating cost can be reduced. Since the slurry is automatically supplied and drained, the burden of replacing coolant for every slice is reduced.

Slurry recycling system We have developed a system to reduce the waste and recycle the silicon, abrasive grains, coolant, and water used in semiconductor silicon wafer manufacturing. Building on this system’s success and the trust that it earned, we expanded the scope to include solar cell wafer and monocrystalline silicon chip recycling systems, which have been highly evaluated by customers. This system enables the reuse of expensive subsidiary materials used in large amounts.In addition, it automatically performs all processes from supply to drainage of slurry,

thereby reducing operating cost.The slurry recycling system recycles high-value-added raw materials, such as rare metals, and valuable resources which have a positive impact on operating cost if they are collected and reused. We are offering a slurry recycling service to customers using our own facility, including distiller, filter, and centrifugal separator.We also provide consultations concerning separation and filtration tests for various kinds of slurry.

We provide consulting, planning, and construction for industrial plants and other projects. With extensive experience and reliable skills, we meet customer’s demand with “more easier-to-use and efficient systems.”

We construct various equipment systems that satisfy customer needs, for example the electrical, water-cooling, air driers, and piping equipment for air compression plants.

The combination of a wire-saw slurry recycling system and a vacuum distillation system or filtration system enables highly efficient coolant collection. Not only we do just install the facility, but also we offer a coolant recycling service in which we collect polluted slurry from the customer as a raw material, recycle it, and deliver the recycled coolant to the customer. We also offer various testing services, including distillation, filtration, and centrifugal separation tests that use our own facilities.
