三月是季节交替，冬季的离去的时候。在澳门这个繁华的小城里，即使没有很多花草树木提醒你冬天已渐渐离开，但也无法停止春天的到来。二月的情人节，许多人有美好甜蜜的回忆也有部分人经历了忧心紧张的时刻，但这些都过去了。三月又是一个充满爱的月份，迎接白色情人节，为浪漫欢呼！虽然节日里，支出是必须的，但澳门导航会教你怎么样花会开心和享受，花在那里才不会浪费！

March is a time of transition. Although Macau lacks the trees to make it obvious that the winter season has passed, it is nonetheless important that we recognize the passage of another season. February brought us Valentine’s day - a day celebrated with angst for some and pleasure for many (or vice-versa). March brings us White Valentine’s, another chance to be sappy and spend a lot of money - three cheers for romanticism. So although expense is inevitable, come with us to discover some of the cheaper ways to enjoy Macau.

Explore the literature that shapes the multicultural background of this city, the cuisine that gives it that distinct flavor (with a bit of a bite), explore the monuments that have withstood the test of time and show us that there was something here before all of this - something worth preserving.

Celebrate, dance, party, feast, and welcome the spring season.

THE庆祝了中国新年，享受过情人节的浪漫，澳门的庆祝活动仍然继续。这个月不仅

能够庆祝耶稣基督的复活，也是澳门的文学节“雋文不朽”举行的日子。

Chinese New year has come and gone, the romantic veil of Valentine’s day lifted,

and still the festivities continue in Macau. This month not only can Macau celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ, but also the second installment of the Macau literary and arts festival: The Script Road.

本地葡文报章《句号报》于2012年首办澳门文学节“雋文不朽”，目的是庆祝文学，艺术，电影，音乐和文化，汇集超过30个来自不同创意领域的国际及本地作家和艺术家。文学节是中国和葡萄牙社会之间友谊与和睦的桥梁，促进了中葡文化的交流，还让观众感受文字的力量与幻想。

Founded by the local Portuguese newspaper Ponto Final in 2012, The Script Road is a celebration of literature, art, film, music and culture bringing together over 30 international and local writers and artists from an array of creative fields. This festival acts as a bridge between the Chinese and Portuguese creative societies and aims to expose the Macau audience to the wonder of the written word, among other things.

今年雋文不朽将在3月10日至16日举行，一连六天。模式跟上一届没太大的分别，涵盖了辩论，艺术展览，书展，音乐演出和电影放映。

This year The Script Road takes place over a six-day period, from March 10th to 16th. The rundown will follow a similar pattern to the previous year, encompassing debates, art exhibitions, a book fair, musical performances and film screenings.

观众将能够参加来自中国和葡萄牙文学的嘉宾讲座，除了这些活动外，文学节还推出了一本小说，小说将会联同由上届文学节的特邀作家所创作的短篇小说集结成书出版。上届文学节的特邀作家包括有José Luís Peixoto、胡晴舫、 João Paulo Cuenca还有上届短篇小说的优胜者。

Audiences will be able to attend talks by guest speakers from both the Chinese and Portuguese literary worlds, as alongside these events, the festival works to promote the launch of a book. The contents of the book will include works from previous guest speakers such as José Luís Peixoto, Lolita Hu and João Paulo Cuenca, as well as the works of the winners of last year’s short story competition.

主讲嘉宾Alexandra Lucas Coelho 说，“我期待文学节能当一道门梁，也作为我的出发点，开始学习聆听，观看和阅读。而且是能认识新朋有的好地方。澳门是一个多样化的领土，有着不平凡的过去，澳门的开放和多元化可以成为全球各个行业聚会的场所。”Alexandra Lucas Coelho是葡萄牙作家和记者，曾在出版社“Tinta da China”下，发行过大量小说和旅游书。

“I look at this festival as a gate. I look at the Script Road as my starting point to begin to listen, and see, and read, to meet the people and the place. As a complex territory, with a complex past, Macau can be a meeting place in all directions, as open and multiple as all global places should be,” says guest speaker Alexandra Lucas Coelho. Coelho is a Portuguese writer/journalist who has published a number of fiction and travel books under ‘Tinta da China’ publishing house.

葡萄牙作家和演讲嘉宾Deana Barroqueiro表示了她对文学节的热情“我渴望参加这个重要的活动！它可以让我接触其他作家，跟他们交流，不仅是葡语系的，还有来自中国和其他东欧国家的。”她的书，“The Pirates of The Seven Sea”将在文学节上重点展出。

Deana Barroqueiro, a Portuguese author and guest speaker at the festival expresses her enthusiasm, saying: “I’m eager to participate in such an important event! It will allow me to meet other writers, not only from the Lusophone world, but also from China and other Eastern countries.” her book, ‘The Pirates of The Seven Seas’, will be highlighted and presented at the festival.

著名安哥拉作家，José Agualusa为即将到来的活动抱着很大期望，他说“我希望能遇到不同的人，能让我有惊喜。”这是他第一次来到澳门，他表达了他对中国当代文学的好奇心，指出“在安哥拉，中国对于经济和重建有很大影响。澳门可以成为中国和所有葡语系国家的桥梁，让彼此更了解彼此的文化。

Prominent Angolan writer, José Agualusa has high hopes for the upcoming event saying: “I want to meet people and surprise myself. ”he expounds upon his curiosity towards contemporary Chinese literature by stating that: “In Angola there [is] now a strong Chinese presence in the economy, and the country's reconstruction. Macau may become an important meeting point between China and the entire Portuguese-speaking world. I think it's important for China to access this world. And it’s important for us to understand China.” This event will mark his first trip to Macau.

此行也将成为葡萄牙作家Rui Zink 的第一次澳门之旅，他形容，“澳门是一个令人兴奋的地方：一个文化交错的小城。”问到他希望在文化节得到什么时，他回答，“伤心的是，作为一个作家，你会遇到很多人，不过他们为我带来的改变并不总是好的。但旅游时我常抱有一个愚蠢的希望：有所改变。”

This trip will also be the first for Portuguese writer Rui Zink, who describes Macau as: “such an exciting place: a crisscross of cultures.”When asked what he hopes to achieve by participating in the festival his reply was melancholy: “one of the sad things of being a writer is that you know people and change are not always best friends and yet, I always travel with that silly hope: to be changed by being there.”

电影Film

除了会议，活动将举办一系列的电影放映。João Pedro Rodrigues 和 João Rui Guerra da Mata合作导演的“The Last Time I Saw Macau”将在踏入香港国际电影节之前在澳门放映，影片讲述的两个制片人在澳门的冒险。

Aside from conferences, The Script Road will host a series of film screenings. Co-directors João Pedro Rodrigues and João Rui Guerra da Mata will be screening their film ‘The Last Time I Saw Macau’ at the festival, before it is entered into the hong Kong International Film Festival. The film tells of the adventure of two filmmakers in Macau.

澳门的导演Ivo Ferreira的电影“on the dragon’s Flake” 也将在文学节期间放映。故事讲述一个记者和澳门电视台摄影师到中国南方调查12世纪中国帆船沉没的旅程。

Also screening at the festival is Macau-based filmmaker and Script Road veteran Ivo Ferreira’s film: ‘on the dragon’s Flake’. The story follows a reporter and a cinematographer from a Macau television channel as they embark on a journey to the south of China to investigate the sinking of a 12th century Chinese junk.

Ivo希望从这个平台上能与澳门观众有更好的交流与讨论。他表示，“可以让人更了解我的工作，在我爱，成长与拍摄电影的地方，为此我感到高兴和荣幸。”在文学节放映还有另外一个特殊意义，因为策划这个活动的人也有份参与影片的制作。

Ivo hopes to achieve “a bigger, and better, contact with [the] Macau audience on a privileged discussion platform. A better understanding of what my work means as a filmmaker to the city that I love, where I live and where I film.” he describes himself as feeling “happy and honored. To show it in The Script Road has another special meaning because the same group that organizes the festival was a partner in the production.”

文学节还会放映Claude Hudelot 和 Jean-Michel Vecchiet制作的纪录片“侯波，徐肖冰，毛泽东的摄影师。”

In addition to the above mentioned, Claude hudelot and Jean-Michel Vecchiet will screen their documentary “Hou Bo, Xu Xiaobing, Mao’s Photographers”.

艺术Art

文学节「隽文不朽」将请来自果阿的Théodore Mesquita和中国的陈雨，两位艺术家担任驻场艺术家。他们为拿出以前的作品展览，也将根据他们在澳的所见所闻创作新的作品。Mesquita公开地说，“希望能贡献[...]视觉语言，透过[...]时间[...]在节日里，”期待“探索澳门的空间，景点，气味和声音，然后将全部体现在他的作品里。”

Two talents, Goan artist Théodore Mariano and Chinese artist Chen yu will be contributing to the festival. The artists will exhibit previous works and will also be creating works of art based on their experiences of Macau. Mesquita, who openly speaks of his “hope to contribute with […] visual language through […] practice in the time of […] residency in the festival,” looks forward to “exploring the space, sights, smell and sounds of Macau which will all be embodied in [his] work.”

音乐Music

跟去年类似，葡萄牙民谣歌手将会带来传统的葡萄牙音乐：“Camané和葡萄牙民间乐队”。曾出现在由美国主厨安东尼波登主持的饮食和旅游节目“No Reservations”，旋即成为国际音乐榜的前列单位。

Similar to last year’s edition, traditional Portuguese music will be brought to audiences by male Fado singer: ‘Camané and Portuguese folk band’, who received international recognition after their appearance on ‘No Reservations’, a food and travel show hosted by American chef Anthony Bourdain.

本届文学节得到各界支持，包括澳门基金会、澳门大学、澳门笔会、民政总署、澳门旅游局、澳门教青局、Society of Arts and Letters、东方葡萄牙学会、东方基金会、Macau Closer、葡文书局、葡人之家和其他公私机构。

Ponto Final will be receiving even more support this year from the Cultural Affairs Bureau of Macau and the Macau Foundation, who are organizing this event alongside the newspaper. A few entities joining the list of supporters this year are: The university of Macau (uMAC), the Pen Club, the Institute for Civic Affairs (IACM), the Macau Tourism Bureau, the Macau Education and youth Affairs Bureau, the Society of Arts and Letters, IPoR, the orient Foundation, Macau Closer, the Portuguese Bookshop and Casa de Portugal.

未來的希望 The Future of Classical Music

每年澳门乐团都会与本地年轻的音乐爱好者合作，今年，一批音乐青年才俊获邀与乐团同台演出，演奏多位著名音乐家的作品，让他们在音乐成长的道路上获得宝贵的经验。

Every year the Macao orchestra cooperates with young local musicians in an effort to give them experience on-stage and promote music in the community. This year, a group of that description has been invited to perform together with the orchestra, playing a number of famous works.

The masterpiece "Requiem" is one of Mozart’s biggest mysteries. Still incomplete upon his death, this work was inspired by a note given to the musician. The origins of the note are still lost in myth, yet the existing notes on the pages are as real as ever. Come see them leap out of the lines and become sound as the Macau orchestra is led by its Music director Lu Jia in an exploration of this extraordinary piece.

葡萄酒在社会上知识与艺术份子的心目中有一定的位置。一杯美酒包含了耐心与

Wine firmly holds a place at the side of intellectual and artistic factions

of society. Firmly gripped, or lightly held, a mixture of dedication, patience, careful planning and beauty all reside within one glass of wine. But how often do we pay attention to the glass in which the wine sits? Sometimes the most easily overlooked objects can bring about the largest differences.

奥地利力多，家族经营，有超过250 年的历史的专业的酒杯品牌，被誉为酒杯中的劳斯莱斯。Riedel, the self-titled ‘Wine Glass Company’ - glass merchants, makers, and devotees for over 250 years: this family-run company stumbled on a secret and crafted it into a work of art.

历史History

Claus Riedel，奥地利人，在1958年开创了以酒杯设计烘托葡萄酒个性的先河，其后在1973年生产了“Sommeliers”系列，目前坐落在纽约现代艺术博物馆（MoMA）供欣赏。Claus 一直以需要有精心设计的不同杯型才能相辉映的酒杯设计概念，根据每一种葡萄都有不同的基因，量身定制酒杯来配合享用。他的超薄玻璃设计更是适合于每一种类型的葡萄酒。Claus Riedel, an Austrian national, developed the first ‘varietal-specific’ wine glass in 1958, going on to produce the ‘Sommeliers’ line in 1973 which currently sits in the New york Museum of Modern Art (MoMA). Working from the idea that the size, shape and bowl of the glass related to the dNA of the grape variety, he created ultra-thin glass that balances the aspects of each type of wine.

“There is a marked difference. This is my fifth Riedel glass tasting, and it never gets old,” says Hugo Bandeira, Lecturer in Wine Studies at the Institute for Tourism Studies (IFT) and Treasurer of the Macau Wine Society. “Actually this is one of the reasons why we use Riedel glasses in our IFT Educational Restaurant.”

中国社会上有越来越多的葡萄酒爱好者，理所当然大部分澳门的顶级餐厅中，他们都使用力多的酒杯。然而，在澳门市场出售已超过20年，力多希望能让懂得欣赏葡萄酒的家庭更认识力多酒杯。Given the ‘growing number of wine lovers in the Chinese community’, it’s no surprise that Riedel glasses are the go-to for the top restaurants in Macau. however, they’ve also been sold in Macau for over 20 years, finding their way into the households of wine appreciators across the SAR.

主要成分Essential Ingredients

葡萄酒有三个部分：外观，酒的香气和口感。Hugo形容，“葡萄酒在视觉上一定要有吸引力，香气能带来刺激感还要有好的味道。”力多的酒杯不可能改变葡萄酒的构成，所以他们重视于其他方向，让酒更可观和美味。There are three parts to a wine: Appearance, Nose and Palate, hugo describes.“The wine has to be visually attractive, aromatically stimulating and pleasantly tasty.” The Riedel glasses cannot change how a wine’s constituted and, as so, concentrate primarily on the last two aspects of the process.

Because of this, each Riedel glass is variety specific (based on the type of grape) to deliver, either through a wider bowl, or a longer neck, the right amount of smell to create the taste.

The palate is the taste you get when the wine is in your mouth. It’s achieved by a combination of factors: the way it’s delivered to your mouth (the attack), the taste centers it hits (the balance), and the aftertaste (the finish).

非洲鸡的由来Foreign Chicken

相传1940年左右，在一家澳门旅馆工作的厨师到曾是葡萄牙殖民地非洲旅游，被当地的非洲鸡启发，回澳后经过研究和改良，创作了独一无二的非洲鸡。

The dish is believed to have taken form in the hands of local Macau chef Americo Angelo, who perfected the dish in a small hotel in the 1940s. he was inspired to attempt his own rendition, which he had first enjoyed while travelling through some of the former Portuguese colonies in Africa, and ever since, African Chicken has never been the same.

怎样做成非洲鸡？What makes African Chicken?

澳门众多餐厅里，美心亨利餐厅吃到的非洲鸡最原汁原味。无论是鸡或酱汁，他们有自己研究出来的烹调方法。

This dish has many homes, yet one of the local haunts known for making some of thebest African Chicken around is henri’s Galley /Maxim’s restaurant. According to theowner of the restaurant, henri’s developed their own recipe for the cooking methodand the blend of the sauce.

老板说他们跟大部分餐厅的做法不一样，平常吃到的都是鸡跟酱汁分开煮。但为了让鸡肉更入味，酱汁能吸收到鸡的鲜味，他们的厨师把鸡和酱汁一起煮。煮的时间恰到刚好，鸡肉鲜嫩。

“Many other restaurants tend to cook the chicken and the sauce separately, but we cook them together in order to infuse flavor in the chicken and make it juicier,” says Raymond, the restaurant owner. By cooking the two together, the sauce absorbs the chicken flavor

as well as tenderizing the chicken, allowing for a fuller, tastier dish.

古画是中国民国以前的国画，根据汉族传统绘画形式，古画是用毛笔蘸水、墨、

彩作画于绢或纸上，这种画又被称为「中国画」，简称「国画」。目前在澳门这个古代艺术仍然非常活跃。

Traditional Chinese painting, also referred to merely as “Chinese

painting”, is an ancient art form that has existed since before the Republic of China. Those of han nationality (Chinese) use a specific style of writing to achieve this art, dipping a brush in water, ink, or colors, and painting on a silk or paper surface. This ancient technique is still very much alive, and present in Macau.

纸画、布画及绢画 Paper, Cloth, Silk

纸画的价钱最便宜，但容易破烂，亦会因时间而变得残旧；虽然绢画的价钱最昂贵，但质料坚韧，保存的时间比较长。老板吴先生的嗜好是收藏各式各样的古画，他说顾客大部分都是外国人，因为外国人比较喜欢在家把古画挂在墙上做摆设。他表示几年前的生意比现在的好，今时今日买古画的客人越来越少，这类型的特色行业亦随着社会需求的变化而渐渐消失。

Within the shop you can find three types of traditional paintings: paper, cloth and silk. Paper paintings are the cheapest, but are easily broken and age quickly. Silk paintings, evidently, are the most expensive, as the material is tough and can be kept for a long period with little damage. Mr. Ng, the shop owner, makes it his hobby to collect different varieties of ancient paintings, selling them mostly to foreigners, who select the ancient works to use as household decorations. however his business has been steadily declining in recent years, as less people show interest in the ancient paintings. he reflects on the good days, and laments that his type of traditional industry is gradually disappearing as society changes around him.

同玉堂古宇画家俬 Tong Yuk Tong

同玉堂古宇画家俬，是一间主要售卖古画的传统旧式店铺，位于大三巴附近的花王堂街，配合富有葡萄牙特色的石仔路，店铺别具传统色彩。同玉堂已有二十多年历史，主要售卖传统古画、木公仔像、瓷器、玉器等，是澳门其中一间收藏最多古画的店铺，古画分别有纸画、布画及绢画。

Tong yuk Tong Ancient Scrolls & Furniture is a traditional old-style shop in Macau that specializes in ancient paintings. Located on Rua de Santo Antonio, a stretch of buildings decked out in a typical old-Portuguese style, it’s nearby the Ruins of St. Paul. The shop has been around for over twenty years, and still sells traditional ancient paintings, wood statues, porcelain and jade, as well as having one of the largest ancient painting collections present in Macau today.

CouchSurfing is an organization that offers people around the world a platform to seek, and offer, free accommodation. The idea for CouchSurfing came to it’s founder, Casey Fenton, in 1999 when he found a cheap flight to Iceland and randomly emailed 1,500 students at a local university there. The email was a cry for help, or rather, a cry for housing. Amazingly, he got 50 offers. upon his return to the united States, Fenton seized the idea, and began to water the seed that would grow into the CouchSurfing phenomenon.

沙发客的理念The Concept of CouchSurfing (CS)

Chingsin: 它基本上是一个非营利性的住所交换，但最重要的是，它鼓励人们向前走了一步，与不同的文化和背景人互动。Chingsin: It is basically a non-profit hospitality exchange, but most of all it encourages people to take a step forward to interact with others of different cultures and background.

Andrea: 我认为沙发客的理念是如今旅客的最佳选择。Andrea: I believe that CS is one of the best options for travelers nowadays.

Vitor: 这个理念很有趣，因为它完全基于信任，而且用这个很好的方式给旅客提供一个非常重要的服务：住宿。它是低预算背包客福音，对其他人来说也可以是一个非常棒的方式来认识志同道合的人。Vitor: It’s a very interesting concept that is based on trust and good deeds to provide a very essential service for travelers: accommodation. It can be a blessing for low-budget backpackers but for all the others it can also be a wonderful way to meet like-minded people.

如何知道沙发客？How did you hear about CS?

C: 我的一个同学是沙发客的会员，她告诉我网址，而我在听说了她的奇遇后也加入了他们的行列。C: My classmate who's also a CS member told me about the website and I just joined after hearing her wonderful experiences.

A: 我是被一个好友介绍到沙发客社群，我的好友已经是那儿的常客了。我作为一个客人参加沙发客的聚会，渐渐地喜欢上它。A: I was introduced to the CS community by one of my best friends who already signed up for it some time ago. I attended CS meetings as a guest and came to like it.

为何加入？Why did you sign up?

C: 我是初来乍到的新人，才来澳门三个月，我认为这是了解这个地方和社群的最佳方式。

C: I was new in Macau, it was my third month, and I felt it was the best way to get to know the local/expat community.

A: 我最终决定加入是因为这使我更方便与新朋友接触。A: I decided to (finally) become a member to make it easier to keep in touch with the new friends I had just made.

V: 当我拥有我的第一个沙发时，我想为什么不用它去帮助别人呢？当沙发是空的时候我也不会不会省下多少钱啊。V: I had a couch of my own for the first time and I thought that if I could use it to help other people, why not? It’s not like I will save any money if the couch were empty.

你认为这比酒店好吗？Would you say its better than a hotel?

C: 是的，绝对是。这也许不比豪华酒店，但我宁愿接受真实的热情以及认识更多当地文化。C: yes, definitely. It might not be as luxurious,

but I'd rather feel more welcomed by real people and get to know the local culture more.

A:我不会说 C S比酒店更好或更坏。当然，酒店房间提供更多的隐私。（...）如果足够幸运，沙发客能接受沙发的请求，那会是一个更棒的经历。

A: I wouldn’t say CS is any better or worse

than a hotel. of course a hotel room will give one more privacy. [...] If one is lucky enough, the CouchSurfer will accept the Couch request and it might turn out to be a greater experience.

C: 是的，我在印度尼西亚的时候做过沙发客。我住在我的沙发客友罗纳尔多在巴里的家。我认识是他因为他早前来和兄弟以及女朋友一起来澳门的时候，我是他们的主人。C: yes, when I was in Indonesia. I was crashing [at] my CS friend Ronald's place in Bali. I got to know him before because he came to Macau earlier with his brother and girlfriend and I was their guide.

A: 我没有做过客人，但我希望在下次旅行的时候做一回。A: I have never been a CS guest, but I am looking forward to it the next time I travel.

In my case, I have always stayed at the home of CouchSurfers that had already stayed at my house in Macau. I still keep in touch with some of my CS friends and plan on visiting them or having them over at my place in the future. I wouldn’t consider every CouchSurfer I’ve met to be my friend afterwards but I have made very good friends in this community who I still keep in touch with.

V: 我和一些朋友保持联系，但不是所有。V: I keep in touch with some of my hosts and guests, not all.

你在沙发客上拥有很好的网络社交圈吗？Would you say that you have built a good network of friends on CS?

C: 毫无疑问。C: No doubt.

A: 我不奢望每个沙发客都成为我的朋友，但我在这个社群已经交到不少好朋友A: I wouldn’t consider every CouchSurfer I’ve met to be my friend afterwards but I have made very good friends in this community.

V: 是的。V: yes, I did.

你觉得尴尬吗？Is it awkward at all?

A: 你不能避免感觉尴尬，特别是当你在国外，或和你的主人打招呼的时候。通常在在问候过后你们会彼此感到适应些。A: you can't avoid feeling awkward, especially when you're attending a meet-up in a foreign city, or meeting your host. usually after the "Hellos" and a chat you get comfortable with each other.

V: 对于很多不开放的人，或是可疑的陌生人来说，我认为是会尴尬的。但对我来说并非如此。我做过很多人的主人，但并不意味所有人都和我有共鸣。V: For many people who are less open-minded and more suspicious of strangers, yes, I assume it is. For me it’s not. I host many people but it doesn’t mean I host everyone who contacts me.

有什么安全建议吗？Would you say there are any safety issues?

C: 有。有违反规则的人。大约一年前，我偶然发现了走失在校园的沙发客，他邀请我的妹妹和我有与他共进午餐，作为对我们的帮助的感谢。（...）几天后，我看到了以前一个沙发客的帖子，说某人在日本强奸了他的主人，以及他们是如何跟踪他（...）我感到非常震惊，因为我看到照片里的强奸犯就是和我共进午餐的人。C: yes. There are people that violate the rules. About a year ago, I stumbled upon a lost CSer on campus and he invited my sister and I to have lunch with him as to thank us for our help. [...] A few days later I saw a post from an old CS friend about someone that had raped his host in Japan and how they were tracking him down [...] I was shocked when I saw the photo of the rapist, it was the same guy that I had lunch with.

A: 无论何时主人都要设置一定的界限，例如不要给你的钥匙，或密切关注你的客人。但问题是，如果这个社群里没有一点信任这一切将变得毫无意义。A: Whenever one is hosting someone it’s up to them to set certain boundaries, like for example not giving a key to your place or keeping an eye on your guest every now and then. But the thing is, if there is no trust at all in the community then it becomes pointless.

A: 我还没有机会旅行或和社群里的沙发客接触，不过当我离开的时候会考虑它。A: I haven’t had the opportunity to travel yet and look for people to stay with or meet in the CS community, but every time I leave town I keep it in mind.

你会推荐沙发客网站吗？Would you recommend CouchSurfing?

C: 会！C: yES!

A: 当然，我会推荐别人使用沙发客，如果他们是喜欢结交新朋友及喜爱冒险的人。

A: I certainly recommend people to start using Couchsurfing if they like meeting new people and being adventurous.

A-Ma Temple is an iconic landmark and holds the title of oldest temple in Macau. Comprised of six main spaces -

妈阁庙历史悠久但其创建年份至今仍然是一个迷，相传庙宇建于明弘治元年

(1488年)，距今已有五百多年。妈阁庙位于妈阁山西面山腰上，澳门半岛的西南端，守着内港的入口，倚崖而建，靠山面海，围绕着树林，门前有石狮，风景如画般绮丽。

A-Ma temple is a timeless building, be-lieved to have been constructed over

500 years ago, in the period of HongZhi (1488 A.d.) Located halfway up the western slope of the Barra Hill, the temple faces the sea and is surrounded by trees. Guarded by two stone lions, it is a slice of non-reality amidst its sur-roundings.

起源：大海女神 Origin：Goddess of the Sea

庙内主要供奉天后也就是妈祖，又称天妃娘娘，是海洋地区的海神信仰。昔日渔民都把妈祖当成护航海神。相传约四百多年前明代时期，有一商人在澳门遭遇台风，幸好天后娘娘显灵相救才保住性命，后来为了感谢神恩，商人在天后显灵的地方设庙，被称为“娘妈角”，也就是今天的妈阁庙。农历除夕、三月廿三日妈祖宝诞，都会有很多善男信女来妈阁庙参拜，每年都人山人海。

Believers come to the temple to worship A-Ma, also know as Tin hou, she is the goddess of seafarers, fisherman and sailors. It is believed that Mazu is also the goddess of the sea and that she protects them on their voyages. According to legend, 400 years ago - during the Ming dynasty, a businessman was caught in a typhoon on his way to Macau. The goddess Mazu appeared and saved the man from peril, delivering him to Macau’s shores. As a sign of repayment and gratitude, the businessman constructed the A-Ma temple. Twice a year, on the birthday of Mazu (March 23rd), and on Lunar New year’s Eve (February), huge crowds come to the temple to pay homage and make wishes.

庙宇 The Temple

庙内的几个部分建筑于不同时期，据说弘仁殿和正殿分别建于1488年和1605年。虽然每个部分的建筑规模比较小，但充分融合了大自然，布局错落有至。庙有许多摩崖石刻，上面都刻了历代官宦名士的诗词题字。这些石刻都是研究澳门历史文化的重要遗产。

The various pavilions of A-Ma temple were constructed at different times, with the present-day configuration dating back to 1828. The Hall of Benevolence is believed to be the earliest structure, built around 1488. The Prayer hall was believed to be built in 1605. Each section of the temple is small in size, but is integrated into nature and takes full advantage of the terrain. Alongside the route, there are engraved rocks that present inscriptions of poems detailing the history and culture of Macau.

火灾和洪水 Through Fire and Flood

妈阁庙曾几度遭到破坏，在同治十三年（1874年）及光绪元年（1875年），台风让建筑物受损，其后用了两年的时间重修和犷建，才有今天的样模。庙内的正觉禅林在1988 年曾发生火警，政府用了一年时间按原貌重修。

In 1874 and 1875, the period of the TongZhi and Guangxu dynasties, the building that housed the temple was destroyed by a typhoon. It took two years to restore it to a state of normalcy, however the changes suffered are evident in the current architecture of the temple. Later, in 1988, a fire originating in Zhengjiao Chanlin (the Buddhist pavilion),

forced the reconstruction of the temple, undertaken by the Macau government over a year-long period.

也有传言说，澳门的葡文名字由来是当葡萄牙人初来澳时，在妈阁庙前面的海滩上岸，他们问当地人这是什么地方，原意是问这个城市叫什么，但居民以为是在问妈阁庙，所以回答了“妈阁”，从此葡萄牙人就以其音译把澳门命名为“Macau”。妈阁庙是澳门三大禅院中历史最悠久的，每天香火鼎盛。如果想体验中国传统

The rumors concerning the origin of Macau’s name date back to the arrival of the Portuguese on the island. Presumed to have landed on the shore directly in front of the temple, the sailors, when asked where they were, were told “A-Ma Gau”, meaning A-Ma Bay. This was interpreted as Macau, and the name of the island-peninsula was born. of all the Buddhist temples in Macau, A-Ma temple is the oldest and exhibits key insights into Macau’s rich past.

入口大门入口大门为一牌楼式花岗石建筑，宽4.5米，祗开有一个门洞，门楣有“妈祖阁”三字,，门楣顶部更有飞檐状屋脊，脊上装置瓷制宝珠及鳌鱼

THE GATE PAVIlIONThe Gate Pavilion is a 4.5-metre wide granite structure. Inscribed atthe top is “Temple of A-Ma” in Traditional Chinese characters. Ceramic animal decorations sit on upturned roof ridges, forming the distinctive profile of the pavilion.

正殿正殿为供奉天后的神殿之一，有 “神山第一殿” 之称。这个殿里的天后神像是庙内历史最悠久的。正殿的建筑主要由花岗石及砖头砌筑而成.

THE PrAYEr HAllThe Prayer hall, also known as “The First Palace of the holy Mountain”, is dedicated to Tin hou - “Goddess of Seafarers”. The statue of Tin hou in The Prayer hall has the longest history of the three statues of Tin hou inside the temple. The hall is a granite structure with lattice windows and upturned roof ridges

弘仁殿从楼梯往上走一会儿，会到弘仁殿。这殿规模最小，祗有3 平方米左右，它事实上是一石室：建筑以山上岩石作后墙，屋顶及墙身也以花岗石围合，在石屋顶上，也加上绿色琉璃瓦及飞檐式屋脊装饰。殿内也供奉天后，天后神像则置于山石前。

THE HAll OF BENEVOlENCEWalking up the stairs visitors will reach the Hall of Benevolence, also built in granite and brick. This hall worships Tin hou, with thestatue of the goddess resting in front of a series of rocks. The hall is much smaller in scale, only around three-square meters. The structure is a stone house, covered by a green glazed-tile roof andmore decorative roof ridges.

字，也是山中各字最大者。

ENGrAVED rOCK “TAIYI”Alongside the upwards route, visitors can find many

kinds of stone inscriptions. This famous rock was engraved with the Chinese characters “Taiyi” which

means “primordial unity of yin and yang” from Taoism.

观音殿上到庙的最高处是观音殿，有一个观音像，供奉观音。这里可以放莲花灯，寓意驱除黑暗，智慧照亮人生。观音殿主要由砖石构筑而成，其建筑较为简朴，为硬山式做法。

THE HAll OF GuANYINThe upper part of the temple is The hall of Guanyin, where peopleworship Guanyin and light lotus candles for good luck. The hall ofGuanyin is a plain brick structure, roofed in the “yingshan”(flush-gable) style.

正觉禅林相正觉禅林不管在规模上或是在建筑形式上都比其它殿较为讲究. 殿内的天后神像是全庙最大的。

THE ZHENGJIAO CHANlINThe Zhengjiao Chanlin pavilion is a larger, more refined architectural pavilion, done up to an impressive scale. The statue of Tin hou within is among the largest in the temple.

留题以作纪念。

ENGrAVED rOCKS-TWO POEMS

from the Qing dynasty. When China and The united States signed “The Treaty of Wang

hiya”, a diplomatic agreement in Macau in 1844, a Chinese

governor visited A-Ma temple, leaving behind the poems on

the rock.

This Japanese trio comes riding into hong Kong for a one-night-only show.Formed in 1992, this Tokyo-based alternative rock band is known for following the “visual

Sure to be dressed flamboyantly, with dramatic costumes and flashy make-up, they certainly make a visual splash. originally formed by a group of friends at Tokai university in Kanagawa, Japan, Penicillin’s first line-up showcased Chisato on vocals, Gisho on bass, o-Jiro on drums and yuuji and Shaisuke on guitar. Although down Gisho and Shaisuke, the trio still continues to rock on, visual kei style.

由电视到现实TV to reality

受美国音乐剧《欢乐合唱团》的启发，澳门欢乐合唱团是舞蹈家及编剧艾玛苏厄德2009年来到澳门后的心血结晶。

Inspired by the hit American musical drama series ‘Glee’, the Macau Glee Club was initially the brainchild of dancer and choreographer Emma Seward who came to Macau in 2009.

“我真的很想向他们传授舞台，戏剧，爵士 - 爵士舞，我发现这儿有芭蕾舞但没有爵士舞，”她说她的愿望是建立澳门合唱团。“我只是惊讶地发现，有那么多具有创造性的儿童，他们非常不错，很多是来自不同民族的混合儿，他们若能聚在一起会非常棒”她介绍说。

“I really wanted to teach them about the stage, theater, jazz - jazz dance; there was no jazz classes that I was aware of. There was ballet and that was it really,” she says of her desire to establish the Macau Glee Club. “I was just surprised to find so many creative kids as well, they’re all amazing, a lot of them are [have] so many mixes, different nationalities, they just all come together really well,” she describes.

Emma began to work towards offering what she calls “a platform to create” to the youth of Macau. “It’s just important to me to show

what I know, I suppose. I grew up as a dancer and in shows - I’d like to pass it on and they all love to perform. It’s just giving them a stage, [a] platform to get that out of their system.”

组成Getting Glee

The Macau Glee Club began as just a gathering of people, usually children and teenagers, who would invest time each week to come together and, under Emma’s direction, rehearse for a final performance. “We sing, we dance, there’s acting involved, last time we were reciting poetry - each project has a different theme,” she says.

Along with the original idea, the Macau Glee Club has since expanded to offer classes teaching basic dance technique and also specifiec genres of dance. “I’ll do classes for one or two terms,” says Emma, “because I really want to try and teach them technique, so that when they do go and perform the show they obviously have the skills to do a better performance.”

Situated on the second floor of the Taipa youth and Family center, The Macau Glee Club’s dance class for children is an energetic hour of fun. Fast paced music fills the room and Emma begins the class with a series of warm up exercises, stretching at first, then doing mat exercises consisting of somersaults,

backbends and more. After everyone is warmed up, they take their positions to learn or rehearse dance numbers, displaying surprising coordination. The Macau Glee Club not only gives children the opportunity to learn about dance and the performing arts, but also teaches them to work as a team to achieve something wonderful.

The Macau Glee Club spares no expense when it comes to costumes and make-up, which are all handled within the organization. Co-founders Fiona Carrington, Kathy Seto and Gail Wallis work hard to ensure that the children all look the pinnacle of professional perfection when the performance day arrives.

Show scales vary in size, some performed at the Sands Theatre and others performed in various areas of The Venetian on special occasions such as halloween and Christmas. The Macau Glee Club has put on around half a dozen shows in the short space of time they have been operating.

作为澳门合唱团的创始人，艾玛也领导香港为基地的舞蹈制作公司创意制作集团（CPG），并编排一些企业活动和音乐会，包括亚当·兰伯特，利昂娜·刘易斯在鸟巢（北京），雪儿在广州体育馆的表演，以及参与城市疾走。

As well as founding The Macau Glee Club, Emma also heads the hong Kong-based dance Production company ‘Creative production Group’ (CPG) and has done choreography for several corporate events and concerts including Adam Lambert, Leona Lewis in the Birds Nest (Beijing), Cher Llyod in the Guangzhou Stadium as well as working with Parkour Freerunners.

王开方 Wang Kai Fang

王开方在1995年创办北京地平线建筑装饰公司，并成立王开方艺术设计工作室。从事艺术工作已20多年，游历过的国家多达80个，作品达300余项，涉及建筑、园林、雕塑、室内设计、影像、书画、产品设计与平面设计等众多领域。他曾获封“中国时代杰出艺术家”、“最具影响力艺术家”和“中国设计年度人物”等称号。其艺术作品曾被「神舟八号」搭载升空，实现中国当代艺术品的首次太空之旅。

Founder of the Beijing Dipingxian Architecture, decoration Company and Wang Kaifang Studio since 1995, Wang is a 20-year veteran of the art scene and has traveled to more than 80 countries. his dedication to the arts has allowed him to complete more than 300 pieces of work in areas as diverse as: architecture, landscaping, sculpture, interior design, photography, painting, and product and graphic design. Wang is also the recipient of some of China’s most prestigious awards including the “outstanding Contemporary Artist” award, “Most Influential Artist” award and “designer of the year” award. his works were even carried on the Shenzhou VIII space flight, as the first Chinese work of art to travel in space.

本次展出的12件巨型雕塑是由中国著名的跨界设计师及艺术家，王开方老师制作。全部以24K金箔包覆，采用了感官转换、全息扫描、3D打印、微精翻铸等多项崭新技术。

“Glorious China, Ausipicious Macau” features 12 huge golden pieces, produced by Wang Kai Fang - a prominent crossover designer and artist. Layered in 24-carat gold to create a glittering impression of fortune and luxury, these pieces are on display for the first time outside of their native Mainland China.

作品从未在中国大陆以外的地方公开展出，每件金砖作品，高约2.4米，重约400公斤，有着不同的主题，如“金蛋”、“五行”、“争上游”等，独特的造型充分表达了对澳门的多元、繁荣、包容及进取精神的赞叹及艺术体现，也是艺术家对宇宙、生命、情感和价值的思索。金光灿灿营造出吉庆欢乐、如意融和的春节气氛。

Produced through a painstaking mixture of techniques, including sensory conversion, holographic scanning, 3d printing and fine casting, the tallest of these pieces is 2.5 meters tall and weighs around 400 kilograms. The pieces are individually themed to bridge the gap between audience and artist and have

names such as: Gold Egg, The Five Elements and Race to the Top. The overall aim of the artist is to represent Macau’s multicultural history and prosperity while simultaneously communicating, through the unique style and shape, the artist’s musings on the universe, life, emotions, andvalues.

观我一个中国人的影像人生Insight to Self – Portraits of a Chinese

通过展出六十二幅肖像照片，展现中国人叶景吕于一九零七年起的六十二年间，跨越晚清、民国、新中国的三个不同的历史时期所拍摄的真实肖像照片。叶景吕虽是一名平凡的中国人，但他每年都坚持拍一张照片，这些照片不但陈述了被拍摄者的个人“我”的存在，也表现了他自尊、自爱、自省、自信的人生态度。

A series of self-portrait photographs taken by ye Jinglu, a Chinese man, over the course of three different historical periods in China. A facial timeline through the Qing dynasty, the Republic of China and the New China periods, this exhibition depicts 62 years of his life, starting in 1907.

“Inexplicable Collisions” is debby Sou Vai Keng’s sixth solo exhibition. As a painter, Sou has continually branched out by working with various artists from different areas. These include: performance art, photography, music, and particularly, poetry. In “Inexplicable Collisions”, Sou uses ink paintings to speak of poems created by her friends, with whom she often communicates through her abstract paintings. With this show, Sou Vai Keng invites guests to walk with her through a path of words, colors and brush strokes, and discover their own collisions.

展出澳门年轻的艺术家唐重的雕塑作品。是唐重在2007年于上海举行首次个人雕塑展后的第二个雕塑作品展。他的作品流露着对创作的个人思考与体会，建构一种与众不同的艺术语言。利用作品去反映其自身对生存环境的理解，表现出对社会文化、人类生存的探索，以及在当下社会中人类的角色。

"Angel and Faith" is Tong Chong’s second solo sculpture exhibition since his 2007 debut in Shanghai. he is an experienced young artist, based in Macau, and his sculpture is an effort to portray his thoughts and experience in relation to creativity and the construction of a distinctive artistic language. his sculptures reflect his perception of survival and his aim to demonstrate the unique role of aesthetics contemporary life.

<<初到奇境>>是改编自一位着名的澳洲作家及插画家的得奖漫画。以多元化的魔法，让大家一起经历一个充满迷幻景色及温情的冒险之旅。故事关於一个父亲因要养家而不得不到外地工作，但他工作的地方很奇怪，有巨大的船在天空行驶，动物在街上与人谈话等等。父亲想念家人，幸好得到众人的帮助，克服所有困难，最终与家人团聚。

“The Arrival” is a revised version of the famous work by an ‘Australian Writers and Illustrators’ award-winning comic. With a fantasy feel, it draws audiences into the piece through its psychedelic landscape and warming adventure-filled story. The story follows a father who leaves his home in search of work. The place he finds is unlike any he’s seen before, with flying ships in the sky, and talking animals in the streets. however magical the place, the man’s nostalgia eventually leads him to find his way safely back to his family.

Winnie Sin, 25, was born and raised in Macau. After attaining

an accounting degree in Canada, she returned to Macau. Since then she has joined the Miss Macau competition and has represented Macau at Miss International and Miss World contests.你对澳门最美好的回忆是什么？

What’s your best memory of Macau?小时候我一直在练习花样游泳，之后入选了澳门队。最美好的回忆就是代表澳门去参加全运会和亚运会。这也是我童年最深刻的回忆。When I was small, I used to practice synchronized swimming, and I was part of Macau’s synchronized swimming team. The best memory is representing Macau at the National Games and the Asian Games during my childhood.

澳门哪里的风景最美?Where can you find the most beautiful scenery in Macau?

很多人都只关注澳门的赌场和酒店，但其实澳门也有很多自然优美的风景。我很喜欢龙环葡韵，在那儿殖民时期的建筑和自然风管完美结合。有时候我会在那里跑步，可以让我冷静下来，想想事情。Many people get concentrated only on hotels and casinos. But actually there are lots of landscapes to explore. one of my favorites is the Taipa house Museums that displays a combination of natural scenery with colonial buildings. Sometimes I go there to jog and it feels like a perfect time for me to calm down and think.

哪里的美食最好？Where is your favorite restaurant?

我是一个很馋嘴的人，喜欢到不同的酒店里吃自助餐，同时也很爱澳门的地道小吃。在三盏灯区也有很多缅甸料理像鱼汤粉之类都是我常吃的。我想介绍一家叫“武二”的福建面店，我爱吃那里的肉碎贵刁。I am a ‘foodaholic’! I love to taste buffets at different hotels but I also like local dishes a lot. In the Sam Chan Tang area, there are a lot of Burmese food spots. The noodles in fish soup is one of my favorites. Aside from this I also recommend a Fujian noodle shop which called “WuEr”.

你最喜欢到哪里购物？为什么？Where do you like to go shopping?

我爱到八百伴逛街，因为那里提供了各式各样的商品例如运动装，家电还有休闲装，同时也集合了很多大牌子。地下主要卖化妆品，有很多品牌选择很方便。最高层有超市于美食广场，适合一家大小。I like to shop at New yaohan because it pro-vides products from different categories including sportswear, household appliances and casual wear. It has a lot of luxury brands and the ground floor is full of cosmetic and skincare products. At the highest level is a supermarket and food court that is best for family to dine and shop.

哪里是约会的好地方？Where is the best place for a date?

我比较喜欢酒店或赌场内的咖啡厅。所以我会选择MGM 天幕广场内的咖啡厅。每到不同的节日像圣诞节，新年，天幕广场都有特别的装饰于主题，布置得很好看，在里面感觉很舒服。For me, I prefer cozy cafés located inside a hotel or casino. I have a special love for MGM Grande Praça café because when festivals come, they always have a unique theme on the decorations and I feel comfortable spending some quality time in there.

最喜欢到哪里拍照？Where do you like to take pictures?

以前我喜欢到大炮台，因为那里是很标志性的地方。近年来有越来越多的酒店，很多时候都会在酒店内帮杂志拍照，像是银河酒店，里面的布置真的很美很特别。现在我自己也挺喜欢到酒店内拍照。

In the past I usually chose to take pictures at Mount Fortress (Fortaleza do Monte) because it is an iconic landmark in Macau. But recently I personally like to take picture inside hotels like Galaxy, because of the distinctive decorations.

澳门哪个地方是必去的？What is the best place for a real Macau experience?

板樟堂，因为那里有充满葡萄牙特色的建筑物于石仔路。周围有很多手信店和餐厅。走前一点可以到达大三巴，澳门的地标。St. dominic square is a good place. It is built with Portuguese style of architecture and has an authentic cobblestone street. you will find a lot of souvenir shops and restaurants around. If you walk further inside, you can see the Ruins of St. Paul, which is a distinguished landmark in Macau.

你的格言：Your best advice.

从小就是运动员的我，常常记住教练对我说的话，“你的一举一言都很重要，特别是当你到其它地方比赛的时候，因为你代表着澳门，你的说的话也是代表着澳门。”Since I was an athlete, I always remember what my coach taught me. I always keep in mind, “Be responsible about what you say, because what you say and how you act represent you and also Macau, especially while you are competing in other places.”

Senado Square has been Macau’s urban center for centuries, and is still the most popular venue for public events and celebrations today. The name of the square was devised in the

Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) and is derived from the Leal Senado Building that faces out onto it. during the era of Portuguese control, this is where the Macau authorities used to muster troops for inaugurations. Before 1940, a statue of a Portuguese soldier named Mesquita occupied the centre of the square. As Mesquita was responsible for the deaths of many Chinese soldiers during the hostilities with the Qing dynasty (1644-1911), the statue was destroyed and replaced by a fountain.
