v RFID Entry Tag를 활용한 Customer Service
휴일이나공휴일이되면가족들과함께놀이공원및유원지등지에서여가시간을보낸다. 기존놀이공원은많은인파로인해놀이기구를타기위해서이용자들이줄을서서기다려야하는불편함이
있으며그로인한시간소비와추가적인지출을억제하고있다.
이것을보완하기위해서 RFID Entry Tag를활용하여실시간으로놀이기구이용현황및예약상황등의정보를제공하여대기시간단축을통해효과적인놀이공원운영및추가적이수익창출이가능하다.
또한 Tag를통한결제서비스를통한놀이공원시설및부대시설이용의편의성을제공한다.
그리고위치추적서비스를통한미아방지, 그룹간위치추적이가능하며 Event정보전달서비스를사용하여 놀이공원의 Event활성화를통한광고효과와축적된정보를놀이공원경영에반영하여효율적인경영및고객지향적인마케팅구현이가능하다.
