After 20 years in the Belgian market of professional event and TV productions, I have seen a lot and experienced a lot. This makes me a very broad minded person to have in your team, able

of knowing and estimating the approach of competing agencies to the given briefing.

It makes me a good judge of talents of the different players in the market, both on supplier as on agency side and moreover on client side. A large network of contacts that grew on a good name in the business and honest approach in working together with event and TV partners offers you lots of advantages when working together with me.

The years of experience in almost every level of the event and TV structures, allows me to be a good coach/mentor for juniors as well as a good sparring partner for your management decisions. It grants me humility for all levels in the production process and at the same time a broad understanding for sometimes difficult management decisions.

I have learned that everyone can teach you, knowledge is only to a certain height related to your level in the organization and your experience. Humility and the will to listen to everyone in the team, analyze the proposed solutions and then take the right decisions are the main qualities, I believe for our job.
