Profile

Nathalie graduated as a commercial engineer (master) in quantitative economics and after that in IT Management. She has the diploma of teacher/lector in her pocket and can call herself "Certified ISEB Practitioner in Software Testing" according to international standard. She is driven, with a sense of responsibility and has a strong interest in software testing, project management and providing training. Dutch as she speaks, she writes fluently French and English. She also has a solid passive knowledge of German. Nathalie started in 1992 as a teacher "Higher Secondary Education". In 1993 Nathalie joined the retail sector (junior application manager) and came into contact with the testing of information systems (including point-of-sale systems). She also has experience in change management, user support and end user training

In 2004 she started with the validation of an ERP system. Her experience as a test consultant she acquired in the financial sector (2000 - 2007) During her assignments as test coach, she provided future testing coordinators with the necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes. Furthermore, she was test manager of time-to-market sensitive test projects in telecom. After that she actively engaged herself in account management, test process improvement projects, business acceptance testing of data warehousing projects and training. For 2 years she fulfilled the role of business line manager within Testronic. With her experience, leadership and industry insight she supervised consultants, both within their existing projects and in their career and combined this with account management and training. As her passion is in training, test consultancy and people management, she joined since April 2013 Improve Quality Services. She is also still lector @PHL (since September 2008)
