Our mission is to be the “Company of First Contact”

Cybernet’s corporate message “Energy for your Innovation” shows our dedication to our customers. Every one of us takes full pride in building a strong partnership with our customers, who are also full of pride and passion for monozukuri (the Japanese craftsman’s approach to manufacturing). What drives our pride? It is the confidence as professionals that we can help our customers reach their goals sooner through our partnership. We know that the new technologies and products they are developing wil l be realized with more speed and reliability with Cybernet.

Our goal is to be our customers’ “company of first contact” among manufacturing companies. When they face a challenge, we aim to be the first partner that they contact. Because our customers are always taking on new challenges, naturally, their expectations can be beyond our past experiences. Still, it is our mission to provide optimal monozukuri solutions so that our customers can always depend on us and say “With Cybernet, we can solve it!”

 Providing World-Class Technology

As a leading CAE (computer aided engineering) solution provider, Cybernet has provided CAE solutions for over 30 years in a wide array of fields to the research and development (R&D) and engineering departments of manufacturing companies, along with universities and government research institutes. As a distributor of the world’s best-known cutting-edge CAE products, we choose the best solutions for our customers with added value such as providing technical support and assistance for product setups. Also in IT field, we have extensive experience in providing total support through unique solutions and consulting services such as IT asset management, endpoint security and cloud security.Today, “multi-domain solutions” are a key topic among our customer engineers. At their monozukuri work-sites, they have been using separate CAE tools to analyze structures, fluids, heat transfer, l ight, and other parameters individually. They are now demanding

simulation technologies that can perform simulations in an integrated manner to achieve optimal solutions. This is the exact theme that we bring our passion to in response to our customers’ desire to produce products rapidly with the highest possible quality and at the lowest possible cost.In addition, by producing the synergy effects of our group companies Maplesoft (Canada, STEM computing technology), Noesis (Belgium, optimization tools) , and S i g m e t r i x ( U S , t o l e r a n c e management tools), we continue to provide services with a global perspective that exceed our customers' expectations.

What Cybernet can do to create new valueThe most important thing for us is the “actual work-sites” of our customers. At the same time as being the site for our customers’ R&D, design, and manufacturing, the “monozukuri work-site” is the “frontier” where our sales staff, technical engineers and marketing staff discover new needs and solve problems together with customers. At the monozukuri work-site, a big change has now occurred: the generative design utilizing AI and Digital Twin utilizing IoT are being hot topics, and Big Data analysis and robust IT security are being essential to make these real. Furthermore, there is a high level of interest in next-generation technologies such as Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) to progress virtual engineering.

To our customers who are challenged by these diversified and complicated monozukuri tasks, how does Cybernet contribute? We believe that our role is to support our customers’ challenges through CAE and IT solutions that add value that is unique to Cybernet. Our customers’ challenging requirements are the driving forces of our growth.

Cybernet also stands ready with targeted attack countermeasures and support for multi-device management of overseas business operations, as well as streamlined corporate account management solutions.

Engineering services

By our accumulated knowledge and skills, we support engineers to solve technical problems and cultivate human resources to optimize CAE use.

At Cybernet, engineers respond to more than 200 technical inquiries per month, provide educational seminars to teach how to install and use the software effectively, and provide consulting services. We also offer corresponding services in China, Taiwan, and South Korea through cooperation with our subsidiaries in Asia. Furthermore, the engineers of our specialized engineering service department goes beyond the normal boundaries of products and target areas to help solve problems covering a wider range of phenomena, difficulty level, and specialization. In order to supports people who are involved in monozukuri, we also offer a comprehensive CAE education system called “Cybernet University” to provide various courses where customers can learn through experiments, practical training, classroom lectures, and e-learning.
