Our climateA true desert climate...The Almanzora has Europes only desert climate boasting a year round average of a full nine hours of sunshine a day.The light is luminous with brilliant clear sunny days and star-filled night skies. Initial StageA non-EU national will be granted a 1 year Investors Residency Visa, including wife and immediate family, subject to:

The applicant being in the process of completing, or having just completed, an investment of no less than 500,000 in real estate.

Being 18 + years old. Having no criminal record. Having medical insurance. Havingsufficientfinancetosupporthimselfandfamily

whilst in Spain. Not previously being irregularly in Spain.

NB All Visas are to be granted within 10 working days of a properly completed application and Visas can be for multiple entries to Spain.
