General  idea  –  Emerald  Hill  circa  1960s.    Looks  like  a  blast  from  the  past  on  the  outside,  but  

real  nice  on  the  inside.  

•  EXTERNAL:  Return  to  elements  of  1960s  shopfront)  –  Zinc  roof  (painted  white.  Outlet  logo  can  be  embellished  on  top  for  max  

visibility  from  surrounding  malls  ie  bird’s  eye  view)  –  Zinc  roof  to  reflect  sun,  help  keep  cool,  cheap.  –  Scissors  gate  in  front,  painted  black  –  Brickwork  in  white  (for  non-­‐  A/C)  

•  INTERNAL:  modern  comforts  with  some  industrial  elements.  Eg  PS  cafe
