Implement and sustaineffective PLTs
1. Quarterly, PLT’s will set goals anddevelop assessments, collect andanalyze common assessment data,previous years EOG data, andEVAAS data in order to determineand implement appropriateinstructional strategies and ensureproper math placement.
2. Collect, analyze, and share dataresults in SIP meetings. 3. Refer all students to enrichmentor remediation opportunities basedon the collected data.
Process Check:PLT members will analyze Blue Diamond and Common
Assessment data to determine student progress towardPLT SMART goals.SIP team will review quarterly results of PLT Blue Diamondand common assessment results to determine areasneeding support.

Provide opportunitiesfor enrichment and/orremediation
1. In a 4 week cycle, teachers willcollect and analyze studentacademic performance in all contentareas and provide students andparents interim reports.
2. Teachers will createinterventions or enrichmentopportunities in response to thedata. 3. Teachers will monitor and makechanges to enrichment and
remediation activities as needed andreflected in the results.
4. At the midway point of eachquarter, teachers will report failuresin their classes.
Process Check: SIP team will analyze student academicperformance biannually to determine areas needing support.
