Stage 1 :This is the first stage of construction the main structural elements are inplace ( structural 300x300mm concrete columns and car park slab) the250x100mm sole plate is placed done onto the 250mm reinforcedconcrete wall with the outter layer of water proof membraines .
Stage 2 :This stage is when all the bolts for the sole plate and the glazing system isput into place . Curtain walling Unitised system at 2000mm centersspanning from Ground floor to Second Floor to NBS spec : H11. DoubleGlazzed Low - Glazing. Connected to a aluminium frame which is securedto a soil plate using 10mm diameter bolts to NBS spec :G20 and Z20.

Stage 3 :In this stage of construction when the pool ceiling gets a layer of insu;ation and vapour barriour. And L plates.Breather to be taped and sealed at all joints and overlaps to NBE spec : J40 . On 150mm Kingspan Ridgedinsulation which is suported by 12.5mm thick plasterboard which is fixed back to the Bubble deck slab with 5mmdiameter bolts to NBS spec : K10 and Z20 . Zinc panaels are 400x400mm.Secured to a Tshaped steel plate to NBS spec : G10 which is secured to a L shaped steel plate connected to the bubbledeck floor system with a 15mm diameter bolt to NBS spec : G10 and Z20.The bre sola is conected to asteel plate which is secured through the zinc cladding to a timber sole plate with 4 10mm diameter boltsto NBS spec:G10 . Sole plate is fixed back to the Bubble Deck floor system using a anchor bolt to NBSspec : Z20. Zinc roof build upis wood sheating 25mm. Fixed to 50x50mm Battons at 600mm cenetrs with10mm diameter bolts to NBS spec : Z20.
Stage 4 :In this stage of construction when the the rest of the zinc ladding is fixed into place along with the zinc roof. Roofbuild up Rheinzink angled standing seam covering to NBS spec : H74.On a ventilation material 10mm. On Bitumancoating.
Stage 6 :At this stage of construction the floor finishes and suspened ceiling is fixed into place. A 300mmservice gap with 15x400x400mm suspened panels which are secured back to the Bubble deckfloor to NBS spec : 45K .
