I. 背景

香港浸信會醫院(「浸會醫院」)為香港浸信會聯會轄下其中一所醫療機構,成立於 1963 年,是香港浸信會聯會轄下其中一間非牟利及自負盈虧的基督教社會服務機構,至今已服務港人逾 55 載,是香港最具規模的私家醫院之一。

浸會醫院隸屬香港浸信會聯會的醫務部,由 1950 年代的一所診所漸漸發展至今天的全科醫院。經過多年積極擴展服務範圍及引入新科技,今天,浸會醫院設有 860 多張病床、30 多個專科醫療中心及輔助醫療中心、24 小時門診、骨科專科門診及其他專科門診、中醫藥診所等,員工亦增至逾 2,200 名。

作為一所基督教醫院,我們抱著榮神益人的宗旨,以慈愛去服務有需要的人。我們尤其注重病人身、心、社、靈的需要,致力實踐「全人醫治」的理念。我們龐大的院牧團隊能為員工、病人及其家屬提供良好的心靈關顧。

 

I. Background

Established in 1963, Hong Kong Baptist Hospital (HKBH) has been serving Hong Kong people for

half a century. HKBH is an established private hospital, and a health care institution of the Baptist

Convention of Hong Kong.

Under the Medical Department of the Baptist Convention of Hong Kong, HKBH started as a clinic

in the 1950s and gradually developed into a general hospital as it is today. At present, we have

more than 30 Medical Centres and Specialist Clinics, 24-hour Out-Patient Clinic, Paramedical

Services and Chinese Medicine Clinic. With more than 2,200 staff and over 860 beds, HKBH

becomes one of the leading private hospitals in Hong Kong.

As a Christian hospital, HKBH strives to honour God by serving the needy, and ensuring the

physical, psychological, social and spiritual well-being of individuals, and to fulfil our mission of

II. 出院 1. 院方須得主診醫生簽署出院才能辦理出院手續。 2. 辦理出院手續需時大約六十分鐘 (由主診醫生簽妥出院文件起計),院方會派送收費單到

病房給出院者。 3. 請攜同出院收費單、按金收據,前往本院地下繳費處繳費。若醫療費用由僱主或核准掛

賬之保險公司支付者, 請攜同有關文件,例如公司証件、醫療保險咭和身份證到繳費處簽名確認賬單。請參閱本院網址內所接受之醫療保險咭 (有關保障範圍,請向保險代理查詢)。

4. 繳費後請領取出院藥(如適用)便可離開。 5. 產婦因要等候連同嬰兒單一同發出,所以需時較長。 6. 申請個人醫療記錄 如欲索取個人醫療記錄複本,病者可經書面申請,院方會收取申請費用,詳情請聯

絡病歷檔案部。(熱線:2339-8824) 本院不會處理非駐院醫生的保險賠償表或醫療報告之申請,請自行聯絡有關醫生。

 

II. Discharge 1. A discharge advice signed by your attending doctor is required before we process your discharge.

2. The discharge bill will be sent to you at ward in approximately 60 minutes from the time when

the attending doctor completes the discharge document.

3. Please present the invoice and deposit receipt to the Cashier for settlement. If hospital charges

are to be paid by an approved credit account, please bring along the relevant documents to the

Cashier e.g. company's undertaking, insurance card and Hong Kong Identity Card. Patient will

be required to sign on the hospital bill. Please enquire with the insurance agent for insurance

coverage.

4. Please collect your medicine. (If applicable)

5. For maternity, a longer processing time is usually required as we need to process the bills for

the mother and the baby together.

6. Access Your Own Medical Record

You may request to access your own medical record by submitting an application in writing,

a handling fee will be charged for the application. Please contact our Medical Records

Department for details. (Hotline: 2339-8824)

Insurance claim form and medical report for patients under the care of our visiting doctors

will not be handled. Please contact the attending doctors directly.

III. 醫院收費及繳款細則 1. 病床收費 病床收費按病室類別及日子計算,每日截數時間為午夜十二時 (出院日除外)。 入院日不論時間長短,均會收取一日病床費用。 退房時間為下午一時,下午一時後出院會收取全日病床費用。 病床收費並不包括(但不限於)以下醫院服務費用:

各類檢查 (如 X 光、病理檢查、內視鏡等) 治療程序、特別醫療儀器及醫療氣體等 手術室、產房、碎石室等 藥物及物料供應等 特別護理程序、物理治療服務等 膳食 各項醫生費 (手術、巡房、麻醉等) 過夜陪人床 (兒科病房除外)

註: 醫療費用數目視乎不同病況需要,根據醫生所開出指令而定,詳情請直接向有關主診醫生查詢。

 

III. Charges and Payment

1. Bed Charges

Bed charge is levied on daily basis with the cut-off time set at 12:00 mid-night (except

discharge day).

One-day bed charge will be calculated on the first day of admission, regardless of the length

of stay on that day.

Check-out time is 1:00pm. One-day bed charge will be calculated after 1:00pm.

Bed charge does not include the charges of any hospital services, including but not limited

to the following:

Investigation (e.g. X-ray examinations, pathology laboratory tests, endoscopy etc.)

Treatment procedures, use of special equipment and medical gas etc.

Operation Theatre, Delivery Room, Lithotripsy Theatre etc.

Medicine and supplies etc

Special nursing procedures, Physiotherapy etc.

Dietary

Doctors' professional fee (surgery, attendance, anaesthesia etc.)

Companion bed (except Paediatric Ward)

Note: Hospital charges will depend on the amount of services as prescribed by the doctor according

to the clinical condition and progress of the patient. For enquiry, please contact your doctor.

2. 轉房安排 住院期間要求轉房,醫院會收取手續費。 轉房日病床收費之計算方法:

按照轉房當日所住過的病床類別,取其平均數值計算當天病床費用。例如在當日由甲房轉往乙房,當日的病床費用會相等於甲房和乙房的病床收費之平均數值。

深切治療部/加護部: 由普通病房轉往深切治療部/加護部,須繳付附加按金 轉入深切治療部/加護部之當日,會收取全日深切治療部/加護部病床費用。 由深切治療部/加護部轉往普通病房之當日,會以深切治療部/加護部病床及轉

房後之普通房病床收費平均計算。 部份專科治療/檢查服務病床不適用於轉房日病床費用平均值之計算,目前包括:洗

腎中心、化療病房、睡眠測試、24 小時腦電圖、日間病房。院方會因應實際情況界定專科服務病房是否納入轉房日病床費平均值之計算内。

病人手術或心導管程序後 48 小時內轉往較高級別之房間,須補付較高病房等級的手術費差額。

本院可能會因應運作上的需要而為住院者轉換房間,敬請合作。  

2. Bed Transfer

Patient needs to pay a handling charge for requesting bed transfer.

The bed charge for the transfer day:

It will be the average of the beds occupied on that day. For example, if patient is transferred

from Bed A to Bed B, the bed charge of this day will be the average of the bed charge of

Bed A and Bed B.

Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / High Dependency Unit (HDU):

Transfer from ordinary room to ICU/HDU, additional deposit is required.

One-day ICU / HDU bed charge will be calculated on the day of transferring into the

ICU / HDU.

On transfer from ICU / HDU to an ordinary room, the bed charge of that day will be

an average of the ICU / HDU bed and the ordinary bed.

Averaging out the bed charge on the day of transfer is not applicable to certain bed types,

including Renal Dialysis, Chemotherapy, Sleep Test, 24-hour Video EEG, Day Bed. The

Hospital will determine the bed type to be excluded from the averaging of bed charge based

on the actual situation.

Surgical operation or cardiac catheterization charges at the rate of higher room class will

apply if a patient is transferred to a room of higher room class within 48 hours after the

operation.

Occasionally we will transfer a patient to another bed due to operational need. Your kind

cooperation is much appreciated.

3. 醫療收費 各類醫院收費將按照其入住房間類別釐定。標準級別以外之病床,各項醫院收費也

會增多,簡述如下: 房間級別 附加費用 優等 約增 15% - 25% 半私家 約增 30% - 50% 私家 約增 60% - 100% (至於醫生的相關收費,請向醫生查詢。)

如需要本院在假期及非辦公室時間內提供服務,本院會收取附加費。不同服務類別之非辦公時間及附加率會有差異,詳情請向職員查詢。

醫生費、手術費、接生費及麻醉師費,請直接向有關主診醫生查詢。 為確保品質優良和適合病者治療用,所有醫療用品、儀器和藥物,一概由院方供給。 本院網頁備有常用項目收費表。各項服務收費及内容如有修改,恕不另行通知。

 

3. Hospital Charges and Doctors' Fees

For bed classes other than Standard Wards, all hospital charges will be higher than the

standard rates according to the respective bed classes. Brief as below:

Bed Class Additional Charge

Standard Plus 15% - 25%

Semi-private 30% - 50%

Private 60% - 100%

(As to the related doctor fees, please inquire with the doctor.)

Surcharge will be levied if services are required outside office hours and during holidays.

Non-office hours and additional rates vary with service types. Please inquire with our staff

whenever necessary.

Doctor's fee, surgeon fee, delivery fee, and anesthesia fee etc please inquire with your

attending physician.

For the safety and benefit of patients, all medical supplies, equipment and medication are

to be provided by the Hospital.

General Service Charges list is available at our web site. All charges and contents are

subject to revision without prior notice.

4. 繳費細則 本院每四天會結算住院費用並將賬單送交住院者及其家屬,收到賬單後須立即前往

本院 B 座或 E 座繳費處繳付。 繳費可用現金、易辦事、信用卡、銀聯卡、微信、支付寶。 出院前請攜同出院賬單及按金收據,繳交所有費用。

5. 如你的住院費用是由本院核准掛賬之公司或醫療保險負責支付,請注意下列事項: 辦理入院手續時,須提交僱主保証書或醫療保險擔保証明,否則必須繳交按金。 如需填寫保險賠償表,須先交予主診醫生填妥有關表格及簽署。請於出院前辦理有

關手續,有關申請費用請聯絡病歷檔案部,熱線:2339-8824。 本院病人登記文件上之姓名以病人提交之身份証明為準,與保險單上的受保人名稱

如有差異,本院概不負責。 本院不接受海外保險公司之擔保証明,如有任何疑問,請直接向閣下之保險公司或

代理查詢。 有關你的醫療保險的任何查詢,請直接諮詢你的保險代理。

 

4. Payment Method Interim bills will be sent to patients or their relatives every four days. Patients are requested

to pay the bill immediately at Cashier at G/F of Block B or Block E upon receiving the bills.

Payment can be made by cash, EPS, credit card, China Union Pay, WeChat, Alipay. On the day of discharge, please settle all payment before leaving the hospital.

5. If your hospital bills are to be settled by an approved credit account or insurance company: You need to present a letter of guarantee from your employer or insurance company on

registration. If application of insurance claim form is required, please submit to the attending doctor

before discharge. Details of the handling fee please contact our Medical Records Department (Hotline: 2339-8824).

The patient name registered in our Hospital is supported by the identity document presented by the patient upon registration. The Hospital is not liable for any difference on the insured name in the patient’s insurance policy.

We do not accept guarantee issued by overseas companies. Please consult your insurance agent for enquiries.

IV. 院牧服務 院牧部擁有一隊受過良好訓練的院牧同工,我們基於神的愛和按著醫院的宗旨為病人、家屬及員工提供服務,以下略述主要服務內容。 1. 探訪住院病人,提供心靈和情緒關懷; 2. 舉辦病人互助小組,設立支持網絡,支援病人及家屬; 3. 提供基督教禮儀 ; 4. 舉行崇拜聚會,歡迎病人、家屬及員工參加。 崇拜同時透過浸訊台轉播至各病房。 5. 提供圖書及雜誌免費暫借服務; 6. 設有禮拜堂及祈禱室,可供病人及家屬安靜祈禱; 7. 開辦臨床牧關教育課程、義工訓練、心靈健康講座等。 8. 院內電視設有醫院電視頻道浸訊台,除提供醫院及健康資訊,也備有福音訊息及節

IV. Pastoral Care Department

Pastoral Care Department serves patients, relatives and staff with love of God and in line with the

Mission of the Hospital. We have a team of well-trained and devoted chaplains to provide the

following services:

1. Psychological, emotional and spiritual caring and support to patients and relatives through floor

visits and personal contacts.

2. Patient support groups are run regularly to help patients and relatives cope with stress and

anxiety in illness; and to set up support network.

3. Resourceful advice/information about Christian sacraments is offered.

4. Worship Service, conducted in Cantonese, is arranged weekly. All patients, relatives and staff

are welcome to join. It is simultaneously broadcasted through the Baptist Hospital TV Channel.

5. Books and magazines are available for borrowing free of charge.

6. Chapels and prayer rooms are available for meditation and praying.

7. Clinical pastoral education for clergy and training programme for volunteers are organized.

Psycho-spiritual health talks can also be arranged upon request.

8. Apart from hospital and health information, Baptist Hospital TV Channel (Channel 5) also

provides gospel messages and related programme to meet spiritual needs of patients.

V. 其他服務及資訊

1. 膳食

本院的營養治療餐均由營養師編定及安排。住院者請向護士查詢、安排轉介營養師作

評估及訂購營養治療餐。

本院餐廳送餐服務由早上七時正至晚上九時三十分。

普通餐牌掛於病房內。住院者可撥內線 8818 或 8819 自行向餐廳訂餐。

或歡迎使用手機點餐服務,請參閱入院須知或房間內的餐牌。

探訪者亦可享用本院餐廳服務。

2. 電話服務 院內電話,用街線請先撥「9」字。

部份樓層設有公共電話。

除私家房和半私家房外,街外電話不能直接駁給其他病房之住院者,以免騷擾鄰近病

人。

3. 無線上網服務 病房內及部份區域設有無線上網服務,住院者可自攜流動通訊設備上網。

4. 傳真服務 本院設有傳真服務,除依照電話公司所訂之收費外,住院者需另繳手續費。

V. Others Services / Information

1. Meals Service All therapeutic meals are designed and arranged by our Hospital Dietitians. Please contact

the ward nurses for enquiry, dietetics referral for assessment and therapeutic meal orders. Meal delivery service is provided from 07:00am to 09:30pm. Patient may order food from

the canteen through extension 8818 or 8819. A menu is provided in each room. Patient may use the mobile order service, please refer to the Admission Guide or the menu. Visitors are all welcomed to our canteen service.

2. Telephone Service When use in-house phone, please press "9" for outside calls. Public phones are available on some floors. Only Private and Semi-private Rooms are connected to incoming calls.

3. WiFi Access WiFi service is available at wards and some areas. Patients may access internet with their own mobile communication devices.

4. Fax Service Provided with a handling fee plus the tolls as stipulated by the telephone company.

5. 翻譯服務 本院職員以廣東話、普通話或英語為主要語言。如有需要,本院可為病人安排外間翻譯服務,以便利病人與醫護人員之溝通。使用翻譯服務時,病人需要支付有關費用。查詢:2339 8805 入院部。

6. 停車場

本院 C 座設有時租車位。因應院方運作需要,上午時段有時會暫停訪客泊車,敬請留意。

5. Interpretation Service Our staff speak Cantonese, Putonghua and English. As necessary, the Hospital may connect patients to external interpretation service to facilitate their communication with the care providers. Patients will need to pay for the service. Enquiry: 2339 8805 Admission Department.

6. Car Park

Paid parking is available at Block C on hourly basis. Please note that due to operational needs,

sometimes visitor parking is suspended during morning sessions.

7. 輔導及病人支援服務 由心理輔導員提供專業輔導服務,協助面對病患適應、哀傷、情緒壓力、婚姻或家庭關係等狀況。可經護士轉介或直接致電本中心預約服務。

中心並設有病人社區資源查詢,協助患者及親友尋找社會服務及社區復康支援的資料,歡迎到訪或致電查詢。

8. 義工服務 本院有義工協助兒童病房服務、探訪服務及節期活動。義工服務會按照醫院感染控制措施而調動編排。

9. 護士訓練 本院為全港部分設有獲護士管理局認可護士訓練學校的醫院之一,為本院護校學生和其他護理院校學生提供臨床實習的機會。所有護士學生皆在本院高質素的註冊護士教師和臨床導師的督導下工作,為病患者提供符合專業水平的護理服務。

7. Counselling and Patient Support Services Counselling services is provided by Psychological Counsellors for patients and carers to cope with illness impact/recovery, grief & bereavement, emotion & stress, marital/family relationships etc. Appointment by nurse referral or phone calls are welcomed.

Patient social resources enquiry services is provided, to help patients and carers to search for social services and community rehabilitation support information. Enquiries by drop-in or phone calls are welcomed.

8. Volunteer Service Hospital volunteer workers participate into Paediatric ward services, visiting patients and festival activities. Their service may be adjusted according to the Hospital infection control measures.

9. Nurse Training Programme The Hong Kong Baptist Hospital is one of the hospitals in Hong Kong facilitated with a Nursing School accredited by The Nursing Council of Hong Kong. We offer clinical practicum for nurse learners of our Nursing School and other tertiary educational institutions. All nurse learners are supervised by highly qualified nurse educators and clinical instructors to provide quality nursing service for our clients.

VII. 住院守則 1. 為保持醫院安靜及避免妨礙病人休息: 在醫院範圍內,請保持寧靜,切勿製造噪音。 建議每次探訪人數不超過兩位。

2. 切勿攜帶貴重物品或過多現款,並請鎖好個人財物,手提電話應隨身攜帶或鎖在櫃內。

如有任何遺失,本院恕不負責。

3. 在病室範圍內使用手提電話,請遠離醫療儀器。

4. 請遵守法例之規定: 不可賞錢或餽贈禮物予員工,以免觸犯防止賄賂條例。 嚴禁吸煙 嚴禁任何形式的賭博活動,即使類似活動不涉及金錢來往,亦不應進行。

5. 除私家房外,病房之電視機開放時間為早上七時至深夜十二時。

VII. House Rules 1. For the serenity and well-being of patients: Please keep the Hospital environment quiet and peaceful; Not more than two visitors per patient per visit is recommended

2. Patients are strongly advised not to keep any valuables or excessive cash in the room during

their hospital stay. Personal belongings and mobile phone should be secured in the locker. The Hospital will not be responsible for any loss or missing of personal belonging.

3. Please keep away from medical equipment when you use mobile phone in the ward area.

4. In accordance with laws : DO NOT give any tips or gifts to our staff in order not to contravene the Prevention of

Bribery Ordinance. Smoking is prohibited. No gambling of any form in the Hospital.

5. Except private class, service hour of TVs in ward is 7:00am to 12:00 midnight.

6. 為免影響其他病人或訪客之安寧,請勿作出以下活動: 攜帶動物 使用自備家庭電器 攜帶氣味濃烈之食物進入病房 (如榴槤等) 晾晒衣物 燃燒香燭冥鏹或任何物品

7. 留院期間: 請勿擅自離開病房,如有必要,必須先通知病室護士。 請勿隨意調校病房冷氣掣,如有需要,請聯絡護士。 請妥善使用病房內傢具物品,如有損壞及遺失,院方有權要求住院者賠償。

8. 家屬陪夜:

女性病房: 只允許女性陪人 (私家房例外) 其他病房: 男性或女性均可

6. The following activities are not allowed within the hospital premises :

Carrying any animals

Use of electric appliances

Bringing food with strong smell (e.g. durian)

No washing or hang dry of cloth is not allowed.

Burning of incense, joss sticks or others.

7. During your stay in ward :

Please do not leave the ward. Prior notice must be given to nurse if so required.

Only the hospital staff is allowed to adjust the air-conditioning.

Please use the ward facilities and equipment with care. The Hospital reserves the right to

demand compensation for damage, if any.

Please read this note before you provide any personal data to us. As your doctors / nurses / health care providers, we have to ask you to provide your personal data

(including health information) or obtain from any appropriate third party your medical history and

any relevant information for your treatment, health care or hospital statistical and audit purposes. When you provide personal data to us, please make sure that the data is accurate and complete. If

you do not provide us with the information required or if the information provided is inaccurate or

incomplete, our ability to provide appropriate treatment/health care to you may be affected.

Requests for the necessary correction to the data can be made by phone at 2339 8805 in accordance

with Section 22 of the Ordinance.

Regarding to the handling fee for a data access request, please contact Medical Records Department

(Hotline: 2339-8824). We take all reasonably practicable steps to ensure that your Personal Data are

protected against unauthorized or accidental access or use. However, please note and accept that your personal data collected may be made available to:

Right to Information Access a clear description of your medical condition, with diagnosis, prognosis and possible

complications. Obtain information on purpose and related risks before consenting for investigation and

treatment proposed. Know the name, effect and common serious side-effects of a medication prescribed. Informed about options of available health care services and common items of charges, and

be advised by your doctor about the fees for all recommended procedures. Right to Choices Accept or refuse any treatment or investigation, and to be informed of the likely consequences

of doing so. Seek a second medical opinion. Choose whether or not to take part in clinical research. Choose whether or not to participate in customer opinion survey.

Right to Privacy Have your privacy, dignity and cultural beliefs respected under the condition that no harm is

caused to other patients and health care providers. Have information relating to your medical condition kept confidential. Right to Feedback / Complain Make a feedback or complaint which is to be handled objectively within our service pledge. 【Responsibilities】 Follow hospital rules to show consideration for the rights of other patients and health care

providers. Cooperate with health care providers, maintaining trust and showing mutual respect. Give as much information as you can, including your past illnesses, medication history and

allergies details. Follow the prescribed and agreed treatment plan, and conscientiously comply with the

instructions given. Keep your appointments and give early notification if you are unable to attend. Keep good custody of your personal belongings. Pay the incurred charges and fees for the medical services you received. Ask not the health care providers to furnish incorrect information, receipts, documents or

certificates or to make incorrect entry into medical records.
