WAYS YOU CAN QUIT TO SMOKE CIGARETTES

- Pick an exact date to quit smoking.

- Stop to smoke completely. Cut down is harder than stopping all at once.

- Avoid to be around other smokers, at least at the beginning.

- Start exercising daily because it can reduce stress.

- Try not to drink coffee. This may help too.

- Imagine to be a non-smoker. Positive mental images can help.
