VotingRights

Only Full members and the

Countries which are part of the

EMRO are allowed to vote during

theRA. TheOfficialDelegates are

responsibleforthevotingprocess.

Members in Association andIndividualMembersdonothavea

voting right in the RA, but are

strongly welcomed to participate

in discussions. Each Congress

attendanthastherighttospeakat

theGA,afterbeingacknowledged

todosobytheChairofRA.

Motions

Motionscanonlybeproposedby

FullMembers(FM)andExecutive.

IfyouareaFMandyouhavean

idea or proposal that you think

EMPS should support, then you

should submit it formally as a

motion.Youpropose then to the

RAhastodiscussit.Ifthemotion

is

approved,

it

must

be

accomplished in the following

year.

IPSFConstitution

Constitution is the official

document of IPSF, and it defines

the Federation goals and values,

whichhavetoberespectedbyall

individualswithinIPSF.
