    FULL NAME;

    Eric Morten Lange

    I have a short name. It rolls off the tongue nicely, and easy to write which may or may not be a good thing. Ive yet to decide.

    NICKNAMES;

    Lozenge

    1. Noun - A small, medicated candy intended to be dissolved slowly in the mouth to lubricate and soothe irritatedtissuesofthe throat.

    Itwas used sparingly, hisnickname. He didnttalkto people long enough formore embarrassing namesto be adopted Ericcouldnotgetany shorter withoutsounding like a grunt and he wasrelievedatthat. Hedrememberedthismonikeronly because of Euan. Eric had found his former friends exuberance endearing, once comparing himselfasa

    lozenge to his mates exhausting pride.

    AGE & DOB;

    Twenty-eight February 20th 1949

    SEX & SEXUALITY;

    Male Heter Asexu Not Sexual Enough

    His interest in relationships was microscopic. His interest in promiscuity was even smaller. Eric did not see himself with a significantother in the present or future. That form of love was not necessary to him.Im well enough without it. Is there a reason why I should start now?

    the blood that flows within,I THOUGHT IT WAS OBVIOUS

    HAIR;

    Ive beenkeepingitreasonably short, neverreaching pastmychin. Dodger Dorquincouldntcatchthe GoldenSnitch last year,

    whatwiththe dustmopontopof his head. Granted, itisDork nothing more youcansayaboutthat - butanyprecautionsthatcanbe takenshould be.

    Hoursofpractice didnt doanythingparticularly well for his hair. Itbecame greasy during Erics busier days, stickingoutinall

    directions from minimalcare. He combeditback forspecialoccasions. The formal style made his head look like ablack helmet,whichonly made hisaversiontowards social events evengreater.

    EYES;

    There are twoofthem. Theyare browntheyare smoldering, too?

    The GoldenSnitch hadcalledthem blackcoalintheirreviewofthe Ballycastle Bats lastyear. Erichadtakenitin stride, butnotbefore silentlycorrectingtheir mistake his eyes were adeep brown. The faultwas understandable to him. Itwasindeed hardto

    concentrate onthe Beater whenmore amiable menwere onthe field. Whenever he wasonthe pitch, Erics eyes subconsciouslyscrunched up. Itmade it look like he neededglasses, butthe sense of focus fromit helped himplay.

    BODY TYPE;

    Beingtonedalloverwasobviously somethingthathadtocome withthe Quidditch job. Eric hadahardtime keepinga Beatersbody. He naturallycarried more weightaroundthanothers, and slimmingdownto sinewy musclestook more workthathed liked.Butit made himproud, his body. Erictook silentpride inthis, knowingthatmuscles somehow made him desirable.

    Iguessthe worstpartwould be the diets. Theresonly somany egg whites youcan eatbefore it looks like glue, or evenworse.One of myguiltypleasuresis justthinkingofgrabbinga bagofcrispsand justgoingtotown.

    DISTINGUISHING FEATURES;

    Fansalwayscome uptome and screechabout howthey expected me tobe taller. Why shoulditmatter? Igetthe job done,regardless.

    Ericstill sports scars from his youth. Bludgers were and stillare nastythings, and made considerably damage should hemiscalculate. Mostofthe injuriesare pepperedalong his forearms. They stoodoutagainst histanned skininthe formofpale tallymarks.

    Duringhis firstgames withthe Bats, hed followedthe teamtraditionofgoing unshavenwheneverridingawinning streak. It hadinstilledasense ofteamworkinto Eric, but he immediatelyoptedoutofitafter lookinginthe mirror.

    There wasreallynothing handsome aboutEric; his features were straightand long, fortunatelynotcrooked. He rationalizedthattheappealabout him was simply false awe. Itwas easierto expressaffectiontowardsa famouspersonasopposedtosomeone who

    scrubbedthe floors. He kept himselfclean. He wore tailoredclothing. Nature hadnotdone anything spectacularon him;itwasonlyfame workingits magic.

    Nimbus 1001The Nimbus Flying Company was able to grab obsolete control over the flying mar ket with their models. Although pricey, a Nimbusbroomstick can always be trusted. A more stream-lined version of the 1000, the Nimbus 1001 recently fell behind with the

    introduction of newer models.

    There are certainly more innovative brooms on the market right now, I will not deny that. Since when, however, has a trulytalented athlete relied on technology? Skills better than any lightweight model out there. Anyone who tells you otherwise is a bloc k.

    This particular Nimbus model appeals to me. We accompany each other. I have no intentions of switching it out for something

    newfangled.

    Thirteen inches Cedar Unicorn Hair

    Mine is longer than Zellers. How is that for an innuendo?

    AMORTENTIA:

    Theres a fair share of crazy nutters out there, so I have had unfortunate encounters with amortentia. Clean sheets and broomstickpolish were pretty obvious. It was strange to smell rubbing alcohol, though. I guess childhood memories dont go away too easily.Though I could be wrong it is hard to remember what you smell when a few seconds later youre thinking about licking a manwith buck teeth.

    GOALS:

    PROTECT SISTER FROM PREDATORS short term Long term.

    AVOID BEING IN BUTTERBEER COMMERCIAL short term

    END WITH A BANG long term

    MIRROR OF ERISED:

    He was already at the peak of his Quidditch career. With the success of it came a prospective future. Eric was confident in stic king

    with the idea of never working once hed retired. To him, money which entailed a home and other necessities was enough. Hisfamily was not perfect, but neither was he. There was no reason for him to want anything.

    If I said it three times, it has to be true.

    It shamed him that looking into the Mirror would be surprising. Instead of a single person, there were four. There was no hesitationin recognizing her sister; no matter how annoying, he knew what she looked like. It was the other two that irked him. They wereboth men. Euan casually punched Erics arm while sharing with him a familiar smile. The other man had honest, solid features. Heheld Julia in a protective embrace that was far from casual.

    The image pained him. The thing that Eric wanted most what he could not deny was also what hed always wished to avoid. Itwas impossible to imagine a mended relationship for him, and even more impossible to imagine a person worthy enough for hissister. He couldnt possibly want that.

    If I said it three times, it has to be true.

    Numbers-wise, the minimumwould be three times a week.Beyond the numbers: My activity tends to rise up anddown; one day, Ill be posting andscaring members away,while on the otherend, I could barelymanage a reply to a post every other day. Consistency isdefinitely a goal ofmine for Same Old Stuff. Just a

    London streets, allflickering lamps andhazywinter fog: a grimscene setfor the perfect crime,merely awaiting its villains.

    The temperature sulked in the basement of its range as clouds progressed across the black currantskylike a quick

    exhalation ofair across a mirror--and there, as the veil ofgloomdropped across the backdrop of the stage, the actors took

    their cue.

    Aflutter ofblack cloaks rippled across the edges ofthe frame to fill the emptystreetwith a dark intensity ofpurpose and as

    quickly as the motion began, it ended, black-cladfiguresdotting the cracked concrete and asphaltlike misplacedstatues. No

    lights blinked on in the windows above. The streetwas asdead to the rest ofthe city as a phantomlimb, and beneath their

    capable wands it jerked to life once more, twitching ghostly in the night as theystirred the sleep from their own travel-sore

    limbs. The gunshot retort ofcracking necks andfingers echoed between the narrow brickwalls ashoodsshifted andmasks

    adjusted. A convention of reapers, each identical to the next; butmissing from their congregation was the skeleton king

    himself, and in Voldemort's absence there was a certain hovering uncertainty.

    Whispersdrifted across the viscous night to pool in the curve ofhis ear, and adrenaline stirred in his veins in the proximity of

    greatness--of thisunity ofthought and ideals. Theywere Darwinism personified. Theywere judgment,dark andmajestic,

    shadows animated:marionetteswithleadswrapped around the Dark Lord's taperedfingers, andhe had never before feltso

    pleased to be controlled. Drawing himselfup to hisfullseventy-three inches ofheight, the seventeen-year-oldmale surveyed

    his companywith vision partially obscured by the mask. Their diabolic crew,motley in size andmuscular structure,was

    neatlysolderedwith an overriding predatory nature. In the glint ofshuddering streetlight offofeverymaskwas a conquering

    malice; in the arch curve ofevery back, regal and assured,was the ghost ofa knife pressed against it.

    ruthless, corporate ambition thathaddeniedhim anysemblance ofa healthy relationship throughout the entirety ofhislife--

    those traits converged in the heat of the moment, a nuclear reaction to circumstancesutterly beyondhis control. And in the

    shattering stillness ofthis emotional aftermathhe found the proverbialheart ofdarkness: in that gaping cavity ofhis chest,

    long since scooped clean ofsentimental pulp,he musteredup the necessarydepravity to disconnectfrom allmortal qualms

    and concerns ofdeath.

    "Crucio."

    Barely a whisper beneathhis breath, but the effectwas immediate as the nearest Death Eater fell to the floor in a flailing

    mess oflimbs and pain. He kicked the writhing bodyfromhis path andsurveyed the otherswithwarymenace--frightened

    yet?--and they, too,dropped to the sides ofthe room,startled into complacency by the seeming disdain for allies the

    Lestrange heir held.

    At the center of the troubledsilence the Muggle sympathizer quivered, allsweatyflesh anduglydefiance lacedwith

    undertones offear. He couldsmell it, tainting their pure air with animalistic simplicity.

    "You're out ofyour depthhere,sweetheart."

    The commentwas purred in faux-confidentiality to the gagged-and-bound prisoner. Raising hiswand, a smile slipping to fit

    the curve ofhislips (so rare,so fitting,he was positivelymonstrous in the fluorescent glow ofthe overheadlighting) ashe

    formed the appropriate words in hismind.

    The ceremonywas a simple affair by comparison. As the Dark Mark burned into hisflesh, the smell ofsizzling skin so

    reminiscent ofthe corpse he'dleft behind onlyhours earlier,he looked into the eyes ofthe Dark Lordwithdog-like

    adoration.

    "Better to reign in hell than to serve in heaven."
