Products classifi cation and types Substrate super wetting and
leveling agent: LA-224LA-221
Impart reduced surface tension to improve substrate wetting, to
eliminate cratering and to reduce
foaming. Suitable for polyurethane, shoe finishing, to moisture
cured systems.
High gloss anti-blocking agent and releasing agent:
LA-213LA-587
This series of products are suitable for high gloss leather
finishing. They offer improved anti-blocking for
low modulus resins and improved releasing effect, without
negatively affecting gloss. LA-587 is a resin
reactive modifier; LA-213 is incorporate by blending.
Thermostable anti-blocking agent and releasing agent: LA-222
This product is mainly designed for semi-polyurethane systems
and offers good thermostable charac-
teristics to 80 - 230.
Integrated anti-blocking agent: LA-229LA-568
This product line is the most versatile in product in our range
and is suitable for both water-
borne and solventborne systems. They offer comprehensive
functionalities of & anti-blocking in a
variety applications. In dry method, they impart super
anti-blocking, releasing, and leveling characteris-
tics; hence, has good feel. Wet method means to make the Leather
by using PU system to formulate the
artificial (synthesis) leather. The wet liquid of 2K PU or
whatever PU solution blend, then make it dry to
form the dry film. The leveling is very important for the
leather film, so that's why we need to incorporate
the additive.
Special anti-blocking agent: LA-535
This product is suitable to apply to a substrate that has been
contaminated by dimethicone or olein. It
can resolve leveling problems when finishing and then leave a
soft feel, waterproof and smooth surface
on the leather. Suitable for shoe finishing.

Introduction of wetting and dispersing agents
LA-791 is wetting and dispersing agent for polar solvent
systems. This amino compound is special designed
for carbon black with higher acid value. It also can use for
high concentrate black color paste to reduce the
system viscosity and to improve color strength in wet
polyurethane systems.
LA-791 Features It can significantly reduce interfacial tension
between the pigment and vehicles, and has shown show
good wettability for carbon black system.
Low millbase viscosity, so can be made into a high concentrate
pigment paste.
Shortens grinding time, easy to incorporate, thereby increases
production efficiency.
Excellent stability of color paste, prevents flocculation of
pigments and improves viscosity and fineness
consistency.
Improve gloss and color strength in applied system.
LA-791 shows excellent wettability on carbon black, shown as
figure 1.
