效率提高对策 - 软开关技术

软开关技术:零电压开关Zero Voltage Switching,ZVS零电流开关Zero Current Switching,ZCS

所谓硬开关,是指功率开关管的导通、截止是在开关管的电压或电流

不为零的情况下进行的。采用硬开关,开关频率不宜太高,否则开关

损耗太大,效率大为降低。

所谓软开关,是指利用谐振原理使通过功率开关管的电流(或电压)

按正弦或准正弦规律变化,当开关管电流自然过零,使开关关断;或

开关管电压为零时,使开关导通,从而使开关器件上的开关损耗为零。

采用软开关,可提高开关频率,效率提升明显。

效率提高对策 - 同步整流

同步整流是指用导通损耗低的MOSFET功率管代替快恢复整流二极管

FRD或肖特基二极管SBD用于低电压大电流输出的DC/DC变换器中。

采用低导通电阻的MOSFET来实现同步整流,是提高电源变换器工作

效率的一种有效途径。

必须仔细设计同步整流MOSFET栅极驱动信号的大小和时序,以确保

同步整流电路的正常工作。

E1/E20的一般特性

简单易用型GUI源于E100:瑞萨公司的标准型完全规格仿真器

提高了事件设定对话框和追踪窗口

利用 USB2.0(高速)实现了连接主要PC的高速数据传输

由于由USB总线供电,因此仿真器不需要电源。

对于MCU连接,不仅支持串行连接方式,而且还支持JTAG 方式

支持工作电压为1.8 至5.5V的MCU

A/D转换等特性与采用真正MCU的效果是一样的

通过结合闪存开发套件(FDT)可以实现闪存编程器的效果

支持字段调试的一个非常有效的工具,热挺拔功有(开发中)

符合RoHS指令要求,通过采用不含有害物质的可降解塑料进行环保型封装

可以对所支持器件免费进行软件更新和填加。

正在计划开发带有用户系统的绝缘板(可选型)

E1的特性

E1不仅支持E8a所采用的UART连接,而且还支持JTAG连接同时,它还实现了相当于E8a的超低成本

E1为用户板供电,这一电源功能对于MCU评估板而言非常实用

E20的特性

整合了高性能追踪存储器的仿真器可以实现大容量追踪(2M分支或循环)增强的调试功能从E20开始推出,如实时RAM 监视器功能(开发中)
