It is that time of the year once again when we acknowledge the efforts of our dedicated dads on Father’s Day this upcoming 17 June. Get ready to celebrate this occasion with a delightful meal prepared by one of the Club’s restaurants with the family.
On the very next day, the city observes the Tuen Ng Festival and what better way to partake in one of its timeless traditions than to order some of the Club’s flavourful rice dumplings. They are always a popular choice so make sure you order these treasured delicacies now as a flavourful complement to your festivities.
More exquisite treats are in store as a double dose of wine dinners featuring a superb selection of award-winning sake specially flown in from Japan await at Noble. Meanwhile, Members can find themselves on the other side of the kitchen when they try their hand on creating new dishes under the guidance of our chefs during a practical cooking class.
Summertime this year will feature the much-anticipated FIFA World Cup where teams will battle it out for international glory in host country Russia. Here at the Club, junior Members can catch football fever as we will be kicking things off with an indoor football workshop. They can also bond with their parents over challenging games on the newly installed Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 Pro video game consoles at the Game Room.
Speaking of summer, Members who have relatives visiting the city from overseas can spend more time with them at the Club with the Summer Visitor Card, which entitles them to enjoy access to all of our dining and recreational facilities and services.

Noble 清酒晚宴特意呈獻從日本遠道而來、獲獎無數的頂級清酒，美酒佳餚相得益彰，令人份外陶醉。此外，會員亦可參加烹飪班，在本會大廚指導下，嘗試創造新菜式，大顯廚藝身手。
萬眾期待的世界盃將於今個夏季盛大上演，各國勁旅將雲集主辦國俄羅斯， 展開連場龍爭虎鬥，爭奪此項國際殊榮。青少年會員更可參加室內足球工作坊，響應 世足熱潮。本會遊戲室最近已增添Nintendo Switch 和PlayStation 4 Pro 視頻 遊戲，青少年會員可與父母一同享受電玩樂趣，增進彼此感情。
夏天來臨，相信不少人將會返港度假探親。本會特此推出夏季訪客卡，讓會員的海外親友也可使用本會的餐飲及娛樂設施和服務，歡聚一堂，同享天倫之樂。

Hardworking fathers deserve to loosen their tie every now and then – and with Father’s Day just around the corner on 17 June, it will be a perfect day for him to do so. Of course, the best gift dads can receive is spending the day in the company of his family, and with this in mind, Members can look no further than the Club’s restaurants to toast the occasion with a delightful meal. There will be an enticing selection of dishes catering to everyone in the family during the lunch and dinner buffets as well as à la carte and set menus specially prepared on the day.
Let us all give our fathers a well-deserved round of applause!

The Tuen Ng Festival is quickly on the horizon on 18 June and making sure you have a hearty celebration is the return of the Club’s selection of Tuen Ng Rice Dumplings. Aside from the exhilarating spectacle that are dragon boat races staged on several of Hong Kong’s waterways, equally cherished as a tradition of the festival is the consumption of rice dumplings during delightful reunions with the family. Over the years, the delicacies have been carefully prepared using a variety of choice ingredients all wrapped up in bamboo leaves.

Summer Visitor Card夏季訪客卡SHARE SUMMER MEMORIES WITH THE FAMILY
Summertime is renowned as a peak travelling season and what better way to welcome relatives coming over for a visit than by enjoying all that the Club has to offer with them.
Throughout June to August this year, Members who are looking forward to their parents, children and siblings visiting Hong Kong from overseas can invite them to join in a summer of fun at the Club through an exclusive programme. With a Summer Visitor Card on hand, your relative can also enjoy access to the Club’s range of recreational and dining facilities and services during their stay in the city.
The Summer Visitor Card is valid from one to three months only. Monthly dues starting from $2,000 per individual and $2,400 per family are applied respectively.

Award-Winning Sake Dinner得獎清酒晚宴SEVEN ACCLAIMED SAKE IN THE SPOTLIGHT
The best of the best sake comes to town on 7 June and we welcome Members for a sake dinner like no other. A selection of some of the finest sake that Japan has to offer will be making an appearance for everyone to toast its exceptional quality.
Bannering the roster of the highly acclaimed sakes are Myokosan Honjozo, Sawahime Shimotsuke Junmai Daiginjo and Yamatan Masamune Shizukudori Daiginjo. The star-studded list goes on with Taiheizan Kimoto Junmai Shingetsu, Suigei Kyokuyu Ginnoyume Junmai, Nabeshima Junmai Ginjo Omachi and Maboroshi No Taki Meisui Umeshu that all promise to leave a lasting impression on Members.

Nabeshima Sake Dinner 鍋島清酒晚宴INDULGE IN IMPECCABLE SAKE
Nabeshima has steadily emerged as a discerning producer of the very finest of Japanese sakes, underscored by its enduring and highly artisanal production techniques that pay exceptionally close attention to detail. As a result, the brewery’s finished products are the most complex and transparent of sakes that are regarded as a rare find in the Japanese market. Appropriately enough, Nabeshima is translated as “historical land”.
Nabeshima Daiginjo has established itself in recent years as a highly acclaimed sake after obtaining the gold award in the national wine appraisal for the seventh consecutive year in 2000. Fast forward to 2011, it took home the dual distinctions of National New Wine Tasting Gold Award as well as the International Wine Challenge Championship.
With the Nabeshima sake in town, it promises to be an elegant wine dinner for sake lovers to take their passion even further.

While Korea has been making waves across the globe with its popular music and television dramas more recently, our Asian neighbour’s cuisine has been a mainstay in the city’s dining scene over the years. Whether it is the ubiquitous barbeque, kimchee or stone pot bibimbap, Hong Kongers have always shown an affinity for Korea’s culinary expertise in delightfully balancing the flavours of meat and vegetables, along with the sweet spice of chilli paste.
Dynasty Café unleashes its take on Korean cuisine throughout June, marking a good opportunity for Members to relish specialties such as Rice in Kimchee Bean Curd Soup with Pork Slices; Stewed Beef Short Ribs in Korean Spicy Paste; and Pan-fried Seafood Cake with Kale Korean Style.

ALL SMILES WITH THAI SPECIALTIES
Aside from its popular beaches and enlightening local culture that make Thailand a renowned tourist hotspot, the Southeast Asian country is also highly regarded for its delectable cuisine. Combing the streets of Hong Kong, it is not difficult to come across a Thai restaurant as a number of them dot the city, frequented by diners craving for its unique dishes.
This July, Dynasty Café can be counted among them and Members will be in for a delightful treat when they dine on flavourful specialties from the Land of Smiles. In showcasing some of the best that Thailand has to offer, the restaurant’s chefs will prepare a menu featuring Fried Rice with Shark’s Fin and Crab Meat Thai Style; Tom Yum Seafood Soup served with Rice; and Thai Style Diced Chicken and Preserved Sausage Rice in Clay Pot.

Meeting Packages會議套餐A COMFORTABLE VENUE FOR COMPANIES
The Club is all business when it comes to catering to all of your meeting needs. For their company’s next big discussions to come up with big decisions, Members can reserve a Meeting Package in one of the Club’s spacious meeting rooms from now until 30 December.
Each package offers a host of exclusive privileges including a welcome tea or coffee upon attendees’ arrival, coffee break with light refreshments, a choice between the Western lunch at Noble or Chinese lunch at Imperial City, stationery, bottled water and more.
Helping to facilitate your productive meeting are complimentary equipment including a podium, flip chart, PA system with two wireless microphones, DVD player and LCD projector with screen. Additional equipment such as extra headset wireless microphone and LCD Projector with screen are available for rent upon request.
Reservations for the half-day package is at $700 per person, while those for a full-day package is at $950 per person for a minimum of 12 persons.

FIFA World Cup 20182018年世界盃There is no doubt that the upcoming FIFA World Cup will be the talk of the town in Hong Kong and around the world this summer.
The 2018 FIFA World Cup will be the 21st edition of the tournament, which will kick off on 14 June and culminate on 15 July. Playing host to the matches will be Russian cities on the Europe side, with the much-anticipated finals to be tightly contested at the Luzhniki Stadium in Moscow.
The 32 national teams will compete in group matches during the first stage of the tournament, with the top two teams from each group advancing to the play-off round of 16. The winners from each knockout match will move on to the succeeding round of eight, followed by the semi-final round in which only four teams remain standing. The two victors will then square off for all the marbles in the championship round which will be held on 15 July. As such, qualifying for the finals will run for one month.
This thrilling event is a feast of talent, skills and breath-taking goals with teams fighting hard for the ultimate victory and national pride in the tournament. The entire world is looking forward to the emergence of the next great football champion!

32支國家隊將於首階段進行分組賽，每組首名及次名將晉級16強。16強以淘汰制 晉級至半準決賽。餘下8強，再競逐入圍4強賽事。四支勁旅中最後兩支勝利球隊將於 7月15日冠軍賽碰頭，爭奪冠軍寶座。因此，賽程歷時大約一個月。

FIFA WORKSHOP世界盃足球工作坊
With all eyes on the FIFA World Cup this summer, the Club will be organising an Indoor Football Workshop inspired by the quadrennial tournament. The football coach will teach Junior Members the core skills of the wonderful sport of football in a safe environment that enables your child to grow. Their wish is to see children develop a lifelong love for the game and by developing essential skills, they also learn about the meaning of teamwork, hard work and responsibility.

Game On!電玩樂開始！The Club has recently installed the next-generation Nintendo Switch video game console featuring its most popular video game "Mario Kart", as well as a brand new Sony PlayStation 4 Pro to replace the old PS3.
From the 1980's to today, many children grew up with Nintendo (in Japanese: にんてんどう), a well-known video game and toy manufacturer in Japan. In particular, Mario Kart is an acclaimed series of go-kart-style racing video games featuring the iconic Mario as a player-character developed by Nintendo. In the game, players can select one of the Mario characters to compete in the races. Boxes with question marks are scattered throughout the challenging racetracks which give power-up items to boost their speed, attack opponents or activate shields. This game features a variety of single and multiplayer modes, allowing everyone to join in the fun – the more the merrier!
PlayStation 4 Pro (PS4 Pro) is the eighth-generation home video game console developed by Sony Interactive Entertainment. The device emphasises greater social interaction and integration with other devices and services, including a function that allows gamers to play games offline with PlayStationVita and other compatible devices ("Remote Play"). It is also equipped to stream games online or to friends via remote game controller ("share game").
The controller has been re-designed featuring modified buttons and a wheel stand pro, as well as an integrated touch pad and other modifications. In addition, the console supports HDR10 high dynamic range colour and 4K multimedia play.
What’s more, playing Marvel Super Heroes 2 on the new consoles will give you a colourful and amazing entertainment experience.

Workshop participants will be introduced to the newly installed consoles, and shown how to use video games as a tool to enhance children's concentration, expression, strategy and cooperation. The entertaining and interactive games also help to encourage communication and enhance the relationship between parents and children.

Rope Skipping Workshop花式跳繩工作坊On 25 March, Rope Skipping Coach Kelvin Man drew on his expertise and shared with our junior Members the proper techniques to develop their rope skipping skills. The energetic session allowed participants to enjoy swinging the rope in rhythm with lively music.

Volunteer Team Activity義工隊活動To celebrate the 5th anniversary of Maggie's Cancer Caring Centre, the Club's volunteer team visited cancer patients in Tuen Mun Hospital during the Easter holidays. During the celebration party, our volunteers organised fascinating games and assisted in distributing delicious food to the participants. Patients, rehabilitators and our volunteers spent a wonderful time together on the day.
於復活節期間，適逢香港銘琪癌症關顧中心 成立五週年，皇朝會義工隊順道探訪屯門醫院癌症院友，並與院友們及康復者一同參與慈善 機構成立五週年之慶祝派對，義工同事安排 遊戲並協助分派美食給眾院友！
