    Recipe Adapted from Made with Pink 

     Makes about 1 bars

    For the Crust

    ! 1"# cups $round $raham crackers %about 1 and a half slee&es of $rackers'! (bsp) su$ar 

    1"# tsp cinnamon

    1* (bsp) melted butter 

    Cheesecake Fillin$

    + ,-ounce packa$es of cream cheese. room temp

    1 cup su$ar 

    + e$$s

    1"! cup dulce de leche

    ! tsp &anilla e/tract

    Caramel (oppin$

    !"+ cup dulce de leche!-+ (bsp) hea&0 whippin$ cream

     1) Preheat o&en to +* de$rees F) Coat a lar$e rectan$ular pan with non-stick cookin$ spra0)

     !) Combine the crust in$redients in a medium bowl until the crust comes to$ether. kind of like

    wet sand) Press crust e&enl0 into the bottom of the pan) Bake crust for 1* minutes. or until

    $olden brown) Cool on a rack while 0ou make the fillin$)

     +) Beat cream cheese and su$ar to$ether until li$ht and fluff0. about + minutes) Add e$$s one at

    time. beatin$ each one until it3s incorporated before addin$ the ne/t one) Add dulce de leche and

    &anilla e/tract and beat until full0 incorporated) Pour batter onto crust and spread e&en) Bake for

    about + minutes. or until center is ust set and ed$es are puff0 and sli$htl0 cracked and $olden)

    (ransfer to a coolin$ rack and cool completel0 before toppin$ with caramel)

     #) Pour dulce de leche and whippin$ cream into a $lass bowl or measurin$ cup) Microwa&e for

    1* seconds at a time. stirrin$ between each inter&al. until the whippin$ cream is well combined

    with the dulce de leche) Add caramel sauce and stir until well combined) (he toppin$ should be

     pourable. but not runn0)

    ) 4hen cheesecake bars are cooled. pour caramel toppin$ all o&er the bars and spread e&enl0)

    Refri$erate for a few hours to allow caramel to set well) Cut into s5uares and 2top with fleur de

    sel ri$ht before ser&in$6
