: 주로한국에서많이사용되는어휘로통상적으로해양플랫폼을의미.

: 해양에설치되는구조물을통칭.

: 시추설비, 오일및가스생산설비, 저장설비, 송출설비, 유정조절시스템등운영설비.

: 플랫폼에거주하여야하는근무자들을위한거주시설

: 환기시스템, 풍향감지설비, 방화벽, 모니터링시스템, 응급정지시스템(플레어타워등)

갑판 (Deck)

• 하나의통합갑판(integrated deck) 구조물인경우도있고,

지지프레임(MSF, module support frame)를기반으로다수의단위구조물모듈(module)이조립되는모듈갑판도있음.

• 보통상부갑판(upper deck 혹은main deck)과하부갑판(cellar deck) 및그외추가갑판을포함하여복수의층으로구성됨.

• 상부갑판에는주로시추및생산주요설비와거주지역등이위치하며,

하부갑판에는유틸리티설비나펌프, 배관등의보조설비, 또는wellhead, tree와같이낮은위치에설치되는설비들이위치

• 고정식(Fixed)

: 콘크리트또는강철로된지지구조물이해저면(seabed)에 직접접촉고정되어하중을지탱하며, 그위에갑판(deck)을두고설비를올리는형태의플랫폼

- 자켓(Jacket Platform)

- GBS(Gravity-based Structure)

- 잭업리그(Jack-up rig/barge)

• 유연식(Compliant)

: 강철지지구조물로해저면에접촉하고있지만고정식에비해파도와조류에영향을받는탑형태의구조물과, 부유가가능한구조물을해저면에고정시킨형태의플랫폼

- 유연탑(Compliant Tower)

- TLP (Tension Leg Platform)

- SPAR

• 부유식(Floating)

: 수면에떠서구조물의부력과 6자유도운동을통하여하중을지탱하는형태의플랫폼

자켓 플랫폼(Jacket Platform)

• 통상고정식플랫폼이라고부르는경우자켓플랫폼을지칭하는경우가대부분

• 해면에박힌말뚝(pile)에기반을둔철골구조물인자켓(jacket)에갑판(deck)을올린형태

• 안정성확보위하여네개에서여덟개의다리를가짐

• 시추와생산모두에이용가능하며,

2,3개의복합갑판을지닌다층형태의플랫폼도가능

• 혹독한환경의북해에서는수심 500-

600 ft (150-180m) 이하에서사용되나,

보다온순한조건의바다에서는더깊은수심에도설치가가능

운송 및 설치

• 해상에서의제작이나공사비용은매우비싸기때문에일반적으로해양구조물은가능한많은부분이육상야드에서제작되며 해상의설치장소로바지(Barge)선을이용하여수송된다.

• 소형자켓은육상제작후진수용바지선으로예인

• 대형자켓은원통파이프를부력탱크로이용하여바지선없이자체의부력만으로설치장소까지예인후해수를주입하여안착시킴

운송 시 필요한 해석

• 해양구조물을바지위에싣고갈때구조물+바지전체가설계풍력에의하여전복되지않고충분히안전한지복원성평가및검토

• 해상운송에따른관성력을고려하여해양구조물각부재의안전성해석

• Sea fastening (고박)을고려한부속부재해석

• 특히설치장소까지운송거리가긴한국의경우운송을위한구조해석을면밀히할필요가있음.

• 북해등으로운송하는경우운송시환경하중에의해누적된피로손상이구조물의전체수명에영향을미치므로운송시피로해석을고려한보강설계를하는경우도면이변경될수있음.

갑판 및 모듈의 설치

• 상부는미리육상제작되어바지로운반뒤해상크레인으로설치후용접으로결합

• 크레인의거동을고려한해석필요

: 크레인이안정적으로들어올릴수있도록모듈하중이크레인선의용량을넘지않도록세밀히확인해야함.

: 크레인으로들어올리는경우모듈부재에유해한변형이생기지않아야함.

• 유압잭을이용, 다리부분을상하로움직일수있는구조물.

• 이동시에는다리가올라간부유체형태로예인되거나, 바지에탑재하여이동.

• 목적지에도착하면다리를내려서해저면에고정하고플랫폼은수면위로떠오르는가변시설

• 운용중에는트러스구조의세개다리를가진고정플랫폼과같은형태를지니게됨.

• 편리한이동성때문에탐사용시추선으로많이이용됨.

• 다리가큰하중을지탱하여야하므로해저지반이연약할경우해저면깊이다리가파묻혀장기간작업후다리를빼내는것이어려움.

• 다리하단에스퍼드캔등을설치하여지탱이용이하도록하며다리를빼낼경우고압의물을분사하여토질을액상화시킴.

• 고정식플랫폼과동등한수준의안정성을제공.

• 가동수심이얕아서 90~120m정도가보통이며 150m 이상의수심에서는운용이어려움.

• 자켓과같이해면에고정되는고정식구조물이나, 폭풍과같이큰외력을받았을때부유식구조물처럼어느정도의동요를허용하도록설계됨.

• 구조물의최초고유진동수는외력의최저진동수보다낮게,

이차고유진동수는최고진동수보다높게형성되도록설계하여파도, 태풍등의외력을유연하게상쇄할수있도록설계

• 통상적인고정식플랫폼은구조물의최저고유진동수가파도등의외력으로인하여발생하는최대진동수보다도크도록단단히고정하여외력을견디도록설계됨.

• 따라서수심이깊어질수록하부구조물의크기가매우커져서설치와운송이어려울뿐만아니라비용또한크게증가.

• 하부로내려가면서구조물이넓어져야하는자켓플랫폼에비하여가볍고경제적이며좁은영역만으로설치가가능

• 부유식에비하면움직임이적고시추용, 생산용으로모두사용됨.

• TLP는 Semi와거의동일한구조로부유체(pontoon)와지지기둥, 갑판으로구성.

• 인장각(Tension leg)으로불리는굵은고장력파이프에의해해저면의앵커와연결되어위치고정.

• 상부구조물과해저생산정을연결하는파이프들은시추혹은생산용라이저로사용됨.

• 플랫폼수심이낮아지게되면파이프들에인장력이걸려복원력이발생, 플랫폼이원위치로돌아오게됨.

• 수직방향의움직임(heave)에저항력을가지며, 수평방향의움직임(surge and sway)도안정적인대응이가능

• 속이빈원통형태의구조물로초대형부표같은형태

• 수평방향움직임을제한하기위한계류선을가지며,

통상무게중심이부력중심보다낮게형성되도록설계되기때문에안정적.

• 구조물의대부분이바다속에위치하기때문에해류와소용돌이에큰영향을받아진동하게되며, 이를완화하기위하여나선형외판(strake)을설치하여충격을흘려보내게설계됨.

• 심해개발진행으로수심이깊어지고해상조건이거칠어짐에따라고정식구조물운용이어려워짐.

• 수심의영향을받지않는부유식구조물이고안됨.

• 반잠수식구조물(약칭 semi)은부력을제공하는수평구조물인pontoon과이를기반으로하는기둥(column) 그리고그위의갑판으로구성됨.

• 통상 1000ft 이내의수심에서운용되나계류설비에따라더깊은수심에서도이용가능

• 이동시에는하부선체를이용물에뜬상태로인양하며목적지에서는하부선체와칼럼에밸러스트를주입하여가라앉혀반잠수상태로운용.

• 반잠수상태에서는선박형구조물에비해동요가적으므로기상악화에따른가동제한이적음.

• 추진기(thruster)와동적위치제어시스템(Dynamic positioning

system)을이용하여깊은수심에서도작업위치를유지하기가용이.

• 시추에많이이용되나생산도가능.

• 상부에시추용설비가설치되면 semi-submersible drilling unit,

생산설비가설치되면 FPS (Floating production system)로부름.

Mooring system

• 부유식구조물은선체를원하는위치에정박시키기위한계류시스템을필요로하며, 통상해저에위치한닻이나말뚝과계류선으로연결됨.
