1. UN International Day of Peace 聯合國國際和平日• To initiate in-school peace related activities

舉行與和平有關的校內活動

• Aim at inspiring schools to become the driving force behind the vision of a united and sustainable world 旨在鼓勵學校促進世界和平及可持續發展的理念

• Schools can freely set their own aims, scale and format to promote peace through poems, essays, speeches, art, designs, crafts, songs, music, dances, musicals, drama, films, sports, etc.學校可自行定義活動的目標、規模和形式,例如詩歌、散文、演講、藝術、設計、工藝、歌曲、音樂、舞蹈、音樂劇、戲劇、電影、體育或其他模式以宣揚和平理念。

1. UN International Day of Peace 聯合國國際和平日

On or before 26 Sep 2014

於 2014 年 9 月 26 日或以前

• Upload photos or a one-minute videos to UNESCO HK Facebook 上載活動照片或一分鐘影片至香港聯合國教科文組織協會 的 Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/UnescoHongKongAssociation)

• Complete the Summary Form in 150 words for in-school activities celebrating United Nations International Day of Peace” and submit to UNESCO HK by email ([email protected]) 填妥「齊頌聯合國國際和平日學校活動簡介表格」 ( 不多於 150 字 ) ,並電郵至 [email protected]

2. 攝影比賽 主題 : 「和平、平和」Photo Competition Theme: “Moment of Peace”Three Sub themes 三個副題(1)Individual / Spiritual Peace 個人 / 心靈和平 (2)Ecological Peace 生態和平(3)Social/ Political/ Cultural Peace 社會 / 政治 / 文化和平

Submission Period 投稿時間• 1 Nov – 1 Dec 2014 • At max. 5 photos per subtheme per person (fit in

1024x1024 pixel) 每名參賽者在每個副題提交最多 5 張相片 ( 像數少於 1024x1024)

Result announcement 結果公佈• 22 Feb 2015• Prizes per subtheme 每個副題均設獎項• Winning artworks will be exhibited on Peacemakers’

Cultural Celebration 得獎作品將會在「和平文化大使慶典」展出

香港大學 – 和平大使週

• School-based talks – North Korea: Peace is a choice

學校講座 – 北韓 : 和平是一種選擇

• St. John’s Cathedral during war time

聖約翰座堂 ( 二戰日佔時期展覽 )

• Visit – HK Holocaust and Tolerance Centre (with talks)

參觀 – 香港猶太大屠殺及寬容中心 ( 包括講座 )

From Oct 2014, schools will receive the above information from time to time, interested parties please contact the secretariat.

由 2014 年 10 月起,學校將會定期收到相關推廣資訊,如有興趣可與秘書處聯絡。

Country Booth Programme 國家攤位展覽 To promote intercultural dialogue among students (both local and foreign)

在學生之間推動多元文化交流

Students form groups to showcase their work on “Fostering Global Citizenship: Culture and Peace” by hosting country booths on celebration day (18 Apr 2015) 學生分組協作,在「培養世界公民:文化與和平」的領域中訂立學習項目,並在慶典日 (2015 年 4 月 18 日 ) 展覽他們的學習成果

Students may receive support from representatives of their assigned countries (Example Consulates General, Chambers of Commerce, cultural associations, student ambassadors, etc.) 學生有機會獲得不同國家代表的學習支援 ( 例如:各國駐港領事館、商會、文化協會、學生大使 )

Country Booth Programme 國家攤位展覽 • Quota: 30 teams (No more than 20 students in a team)

• 名額 : 30 隊 ( 每隊不多於 20 名學生 )

• Each team represents one country at one booth (no replication)

• 每個攤位容納一個國家隊伍 , 不得重覆

• Booths and display boards will be provided

• 費用 : 大會將提供攤位和展版

• Due to budget constraints, schools need to cover costs of materials displayed

因大會經費有限,材料費用需由校方負擔

Country Booth Programme 國家攤位展覽

School matching 學校配對A list of countries will be provided and students can indicate their interest. Information will be given in October 2014 and results will be announced in Dec 2014. Schools can work on the booth since Jan 2015.

學校在十月份會收到國家清單 , 讓學生選擇他們有興趣代表的國家。結果會在十一月公佈。根據以往經驗 , 學生可在 2015 年 1 月開始準備展覽內容 , 在 4 月 18 日展出他們的成果。
