His Excellency the President of the Supreme Health Council Lt-General Dr Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Khalifa has been met Kaizen Team (Dr. Yousif Al Sharaf - Chief Executive O�cer- Mr. Basem Ahmed - Chief Operating O�cer and Ms Yara Al Essa - Business Development Manager) to discuss the ways to improving and support the medical sector in Kingdom of Bahrain.

(NHRA) sign an agreement with Kaizen to train healthcare sector to adopt international accreditation.
This is in line with NHRA mission and commitment is to help improve the safety and quality of care in the Kingdom of Bahrain, through the provision of training and educating and evaluating the operating standard of the licensed healthcare facilities as articulated by the provision of law no 21 of 2015 on private health care facilities, and article 19, which provides for the Commission's responsibility for assessing the health services provided in all facilities in order to ensure the implementation of the overall quality and assess the performance of these services, to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

We believe in Kaizen that the integrated work contributes to raising and improving the quality of health care for medical facilities at all levels, and that in cooperation with various stakeholdersin the Kingdom of Bahrain, we will be able to highlight the Kingdom as a developed country inthe quality of healthcare services at the regional and global levels.

Kaizen Medical Management
The National Health Regulatory Authority (NHRA) signed an agreement with Kaizen Medical Management, commissioning Kaizen to train healthcare sector to prepare and adopt interna-tional accreditation standard as set out by NHRA.
A �rst training will start by this October and to last for 5 days and it will cover several topics: Infection Control, Total Quality, Sterilization, Radiology, Pharmacy and Laboratory. It is anticipat-ed that around 150 licensed healthcare providers to participate.
