La merce viaggia a rischio e pericolo del commitente ancorchè spedita francodestino. - La consegna è franco stabilimenti Ghidini Faustino Bosco S.p.A.,salvo diversa pattuizione scritta. - L'imballaggio è fatturato al costo. - Lamancata spedizione di una parte della commissione non può dar luogo acontestazioni. - Il reclamo sulla qualità della merce deve pervenire nel termineperentorio di giorni otto dal ricevimento. - Il reclamo sulla quantità non è va-lido se non fatto al momento della consegna. - Il luogo del pagamento si in-tende sempre quello della sede della casa, anche se viene pattuitopagamento a mezzo cambiali o tratte in via facoltativa per la casa. - Nonsono validi i reclami se non quando è stata integralmente pagata la fornitura.- Il ritardo nel pagamento dà diritto alla sospensione di invio di ulteriore quan-tità di merce, e inoltre all'annullamento degli ordini in corso; in caso di ritar-dato pagamento decorrono gli interessi bancari.

Nessun diritto a danni spetta al committente per eventuale fornitura di merceritenuta difettosa, o non conforme all'ordine: in tal caso il committente ha ilsolo diritto di rendere la merce protestata ricevendone altra in sostituzione oquantomeno alla restituzione delle somme pagate per quella merce.

Il committente accetta le condizioni di cui sopra, espressamente a sensi degliart. 1341, 1342 c.c.

N.B. - Il committente deve firmare sia le condizioni generali che l'ordine.

ESIGENZE DI QUALITÀ : Certificazione per i tubi dell’ Istituto Italiano Plastici (IIP) secondola norma UNI EN 1451 : 2000 nr. distintivo 304.

RESISTENZE CHIMICHE : Resistente ai sali inorganici, basi ed acidi minerali concentrati,come si trovano, per esempio, negli scarichi dei laboratori. Il polipropilene non viene disciolto da solventi organici.

COLORE : Grigio medio RAL 7037.

RESISTENZA AGLI SCARICHI DELLE LAVATRICI E LAVASTOVIGLIEGli spessori del P.P. autoestinguente garantiscono un'alta resistenza alle acque bollenti.

RESISTENZA ALLE BASSE TEMPERATUREL'elasticità del P.P. autoestinguente permette la resistenza delle tubazioni anche nell'eventualità di gelo.

RESISTENZA ALL'ABRASIONENelle acque di scarico ci possono essere in sospensione particelle di vario tipo. Si deve quindi considerareanche il fattore abrasione. II P.P. autoestinguente resiste a questo fattore per la compattezza e specularitàdelle pareti. Gli spessori garantiscono comunque una notevole sicurezza anche nelle condizioni più critiche.

MANCANZA DI INTASAMENTILe pareti perfettamente lisce dei tubi e dei raccordi permettono un deflusso di qualsiasi tipo di scarico. Conuna corretta installazione si evita qualsiasi problema di deflusso.

LE GUARNIZIONI DI GIUNZIONELe guarnizioni dei bicchieri ad innesto sono bagnate solo marginalmente dalle acque di scarico ma sonougualmente resistenti a tutti gli agenti chimici, come il polipropilene. Sono infatti realizzate con un materialeelastomerico che garantisce, anche in condizioni limite, tenuta e durata.

FLESSIBILITÀÈ una caratteristica interessante nelle costruzioni per le zone sismiche. Questa caratteristica agisce come ungiunto di dilatazione.

FACILITÀ E RAPIDITÀ DI GIUNZIONE PER INNESTOLa prerogativa dei tubi e dei raccordi in P.P. autoestinguente è la facilità di congiunzione tramite I'innesto.

RESISTENZA ALL'URTOAlla temperatura ambiente il P.P. autoestinguente ha un'ottima resistenza all'urto, buona anche alle bassetemperature.

IL P.P. NON SI INCOLLAPer I'elevata resistenza agli agenti chimici il P.P. autoestinguente non può essere collegato per incollaggio.

RESISTENZE CHIMICHE : Elevate resistenze a tutti gli agenti chimici.

COLORE : Nero.

MARCATURA : I tubi Ghidini SpA riportano costantemente le marcature in giallo:nome commerciale, diametro, spessore, tipi di materiale.

GIUNZIONE : Mediante saldatura a specchio, manicotto elettrico, giuntoelastomerico.

STABILIZZAZIONE : In fase di produzione, i tubi Ghidini SpA sono sottoposti aprocessi di stabilizzazione, per evitare il così detto "processo diritorno calorico" cioè la tendenza a subire dei raccorciamentiirreversibili all'aumentare della temperatura.

RESISTENZA ALL'URTOA temperatura ambiente il PEHD è praticamente infrangibile. La sua resistenza all'urto è sempre altissima anchealle basse temperature, fino a -30°C.Per questa caratteristica si consiglia nelle zone d’alta montagna, dove si opera a temperature molto basse.

RESISTENZA AGLI SCARICHI DELLE LAVATRICI E LAVASTOVIGLIEGli spessori del PEHD garantiscono un'alta resistenza alle acque bollenti.

RESISTENZA ALLE BASSE TEMPERATUREL'elasticità del PEHD permette la resistenza delle tubazioni anche nell'eventualità di gelo dell'acqua in esse con-tenute. I raccordi e i tubi si dilatano e poi riprendono la forma normale dopo il disgelo.

FLESSIBILITÀ DEL PEHDE’ una caratteristica molto interessante specialmente nelle costruzioni soggette a forti vibrazioni come nellezone sismiche. Questa caratteristica è particolarmente sfruttata in costruzioni particolari provviste di giunti didilatazione.

FACILITÀ DI GIUNZIONE PER SALDATURALa prerogativa dei tubi in PEHD è la saldatura di testa. La temperatura di fusione è di 210°C. La saldatura ditesta rende questo materiale molto idoneo alla prefabbricazione con la riduzione al minimo degli scarti.Ricordiamo che ìl PEHD non si può incollare.

MANCANZA DI INTASAMENTILe pareti perfettamente lisce dei tubi permettono un deflusso di qualsiasi tipo di scarico. Con una corretta in-stallazione si evita la formazione di grossi cordoni di saldatura all'interno delle linee e anche qualsiasi problemadi deflusso.

RESISTENZA ALL'ABRASIONENelle acque di scarico ci possono essere in sospensione particelle di vario tipo. Si deve quindi considerareanche il fattore abrasione.IL PEHD resiste a questo fattore per la compattezza e la specularità delle pareti. Gli spessori garantiscono co-munque una notevole sicurezza anche nelle condizioni più critiche.

LA DILATAZIONE TERMICA DEL PEHD: 0,2 mm/m/1°CNel montaggio si deve tener conto della dilatazione termica del PEHD. In pratica, un aumento di temperaturadi 10°C provoca un aumento della lunghezza del tubo di 2 mm per metro. Un aumento di 50°C, un allungamentodi 1 cm e così via.Questi cambiamenti sono naturalmente reversibili.

LA CONDUCIBILITÀ TERMICA: 0,37 KCAL/MH°CII PEHD non è un buon conduttore di calore. II passaggio di acque bollenti non riesce mai a scaldarlo comple-tamente.La resistenza alle alte temperature è in conseguenza di questa caratteristica, come la mancanza di condenseall'esterno del tubo.

DURATA DEL PEHDLa durata delle tubazioni in PEHD è in funzione delle sollecitazioni meccaniche e termiche. Negli impianti di scarico, queste sollecitazioni sono minime e la durata è praticamente illimitata.

RESISTENZA AGLI AGENTI CHIMICILa struttura paraffinica del PEHD garantisce un'elevata resistenza a tutti gli agenti chimici.A temperatura ambiente e negli scarichi all'interno dei fabbricati civili, non è aggredito da alcun solvente orga-nico e inorganico.Può essere aggredito solo da idrocarburi alifatici e aromatici e nei loro derivati clorurati a temperature superioria 90°C o in alte concentrazioni da sostanze ossidanti. Questo può avvenire soltanto nelle particolari condizionicreate negli scarichi di impianti industriali, dove il problema va affrontato caso per caso.
