The exploitation of natural energy sources
The ideal solution considering the huge roof area and the data indicating majority of sunny days per year, is setting up solar panels, ie. Collectors.
Preliminary design shows the modern interior of the hotel and the redistribution of hotel units, which follow the standards of planning and tourism demand, technological equipment, a respectable amount of hotel amenities, and is aimed at the green environmentally friendly construction, the exploitation of solar energy through solar panels.
Further steps of this project would be the development and use plans for static and other calculations, which are in compliance with legal and other measures. The concept of of the hotel of this type would require further maintenance and training, as well as landscaping the surrounding area, with many features and facilities.
