Useful Example situations!
1) Ali is absent today. I dont know why. Perhaps she is sick
=> He may be sick.
2) My brother is at home. Ive just arrived back home. Im
knocking at the door but my brother cant open the door for me.
He must be doing somthing. I dont know it exactly.
Perhaps he is sleeping (having a shower / listening to music /
praying) => He may be praying.
3) Im in a taxi. I have to pay the taxi-driver.
I cant find my purse. Its not in my pocket. What happened to my
purse ? where is it ? I dont know.
Perhaps I have lost it. Or maybe I have left i tat home. Or
somebody has stolen it. => I may have left at home.
4) A mother : Wheres your brother ?
Her daughter : I dont know. He may be at school now. (I think he
is at school,)
He may be playing football with his friends in the garden (I
think he is playing)
He may have gone to the mosque. (He has gone to the mosque)
