REFUND OF WITHDRAWAL-BBA

Sanction of Competent Authority is hereby conveyed for refund of amount as mentioned in Column No. 15 of

the table below on account of withdrawal of Admissions in BBA programme between 16.08.2018 to

29.08.2018 in 50% bracket as per refund Policy 2018-19. Those are those candidates (i) who were admitted

in online counselling, reported and paid the balance part academic fee in their respective college or (ii) who

were allotted a seat in SPOT counselling. They had withdrawn from 16.08.2018 till 29.8.2018. As per the

notified Refund Policy, they are eligible for refund as per clause 4(A)(c) of the said notified Policy which is

reiterated “After depositing of Part Academic Fees, if a candidate wishes to withdraw the admission against the

allotted seat, he/she can apply for withdrawal within the stipulated, a sum upto 50% of fees shall be deducted.

SANCTION ORDER

This Sanction Order pertains to the Candidate (i) who were admitted in online counselling, reported and paid the balance academic fee in

their respective college or (ii) who were allotted a seat in SPOT Counselling. They had withdrawn from 16.08.2018 till 29.08.2018. As

per the notified Refund Policy, they are eligible for refund as per clause 4(A)(c) of the said notified Policy which is reiterated “After

depositing of Part Academic Fees, if a candidate wishes to withdraw the admission against the allotted seat, he/she can apply for

withdrawal within the stipulated, a sum upto 50% of fees shall be deducted. The amount mentioned in Column 5 of the table below has

been paid by the candidate at the time of Counselling / Admission.”
