Managing, controlling and safely supervising all construction phases and providing leadership to a 22 team members involved in the project right from day one on site when ground is broken for His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Mosque, one of the largest mosques in UAE located in Al Ain City with a 25000m

2 area that

will hold more than 20,000 worshippers.

Key Achievements:

Managing, coordinating, and controlling the project, by obtaining input, assigning tasks and tracking action items to ensure quality control and effectively constructing, commissioning and closing out projects on time.

Developing and implementing site-specific project safety plan and to manage projects with a safe work environment in which there are no lost time accidents.

Ensures IFC drawings and latest control documents are on site and kept up to date. Managing and controlling timelines and logistics to create a safe and secure work environment with,

seamless uninterrupted progress. Managing sub-contractors and own forces trades on site and chairs weekly trade meetings and coordinates
