Entering the final quarter of 2019 also comes with it the additional distinction of bringing an end to another decade. In this light, we have extended extra efforts to prepare our Christmas Eve Party on 24 December in which the Club will be bedecked with colourful balloon decorations depicting charming characters from Disney films Toy Story and Frozen as well as other entertaining festivities for the entire family.

Speaking of additional distinctions, the merriment carries over to the following week’s New Year’s Eve Countdown Party which will also mark the 30th anniversary of our Club. It is shaping up to be a meaningful occasion for management and Members to celebrate three decades of excellence and draw inspiration to continue its cherished traditions over the next 30 years and beyond.

In the more immediate future, the always popular Halloween party is fast approaching on 26 October as a great opportunity for adults and children alike to dress up in their creative costumes all in good fun.

Elsewhere at the Club, the Grand Place is offering Kurand Fruit Liquor Packages featuring fascinating sake produced by lesser-known breweries in Japan. It will be a unique experience for Members to expand their sake horizons and indulge in the different refreshing fruit flavours of the sake.

Finally, the Club once again reiterated its commitment to sustaining the optimum quality of its food management system attested by the renewal of the ISO 22000:2005 Certification this year. As always, we remain committed to elevating our standards even higher in the years to come for the benefit of our Members.

踏入2019年最後一季，也意味著將迎來另一個十年。我們正密鑼緊鼓地籌備12月24日的平安夜派對。當晚會所將以色彩繽粉的氣球佈置，同時放置多個 迪士尼動畫電影角色的造型氣球，例如「反斗奇兵」及「冰雪奇緣」，並安排 其他多姿多采的娛樂活動，讓會員一家大小歡度聖誕佳節。

在隨後一周將舉行除夕倒數派對，延續開心歡樂的氣氛，同時亦標誌著 本會成立三十週年，因此對管理層和會員來說別具意義。本會在過去三十年為各會員提供貼心的服務，並將繼往開來，在未來三十年及往後延續我們的優質 服務。

Cooking Class烹飪班LEARN FROM NOBLE’S TALENTED CHEF

Always wanted to cook like a master chef? Noble’s Executive Chef Kar Chee will be more than happy to guide Members through this hands-on cooking class every step of the way. He will be showcasing the art of mastering the Smoked Salmon Egg Benedict with Hollandaise Sauce in the kitchen, while also guiding participants on how to whip up a Lemon Tart as a sweet conclusion to top off a delightful meal.

Boo! The sights and sounds of the fun-filled Halloween festival will reach a frightful high on 26 October as the Club hosts a spectacular Halloween Party to the delight of Members of all ages. Whether they wish to channel their inner superhero, vampire, doctor or fairy, children and adults alike will be thrilled to unleash their imagination and come in their most creative costumes.

Children will also have the opportunity to add to their creative costumes with a face painting activity, and spend hours of fun at the amusing game booths, balloon twisting and handicraft stations at the 7/F lobby.

Noble will be on top of the culinary arrangements during this spooktacular occasion by preparing an enticing dinner buffet that can be savoured by the entire family.

ANIMATED FESTIVITIES AND A SPECIAL 30TH ANNIVERSARY

Deck the halls with Disney characters! Christmas at the Club is bringing inspiration from the “happiest place on earth” to evoke a festive atmosphere throughout the holiday season.

The Club will be adorned with colourful life-sized balloon decorations depicting amusing characters from the latest Disney films Toy Story and Frozen to welcome attendees of the Christmas Eve Party on 24 December. Christmas would not be complete without a certain jolly big man in a red suit, so expect Santa Claus to be coming to town just in time for the revelries. Entertaining highlights throughout the party will include an exciting lucky draw as well as a sensational magic show and balloon twisting performance for our junior Members.

The Club will then draw the curtains on 2019 with another sensational New Year’s Eve Countdown Party on 31 December. It will be double the celebrations as the occasion takes on a special meaning this year – it marks the milestone 30th anniversary of the Club. Boosting the energy throughout the evening will be lively song and dance performances as well as a lucky draw, before Members join in to begin the thrilling countdown to 2020.

Members are advised to reserve their seats soon to take advantage of an early bird discount for those who book in advance by 5 December.

一眾迪士尼角色與您歡度聖誕！今年的聖誕派對主題靈感源自「地球上最幸福的地方」，營造無與倫比的愉快節日氣氛。

於12月24日，猶如真人大小、色彩繽紛的人型氣球佈置於會所內，近期多齣迪士尼 動畫電影如「反斗奇兵」及「冰雪奇緣」的可愛角色，將夾道歡迎蒞臨參加平安夜派對的會員和賓客。當然少不了身穿紅衣的聖誕老人，將登場送上節日的祝福和歡樂。當晚將呈獻一連串娛樂環節，包括令人雀躍興奮的抽獎活動，以及為小會員精心安排的魔術演出及扭氣球 表演。

即將來到一年的尾聲，本會將於12月31日 舉行除夕倒數晚會，為2019年畫上圓滿的 句號。適逢今年標誌著本會成立30週年，更是別具意義。當晚現場有精彩的歌舞表演， 還有獎品豐富的大抽獎，最後與會員一起歡呼倒數迎接2020年。

Renewal of ISO 22000:2005 Certification獲續發ISO 22000:2005認證FOOD SAFETY FIRST

Over the years, the Club has always put food safety, quality and sustainability at the forefront of its priorities.

In the Food & Beverage industry, the ISO 22000 certification encompasses all the processes involved in the food chain that affect the safety of the end product. The certification lists out the requirements for developing, monitoring and sustaining a food safety management system as well as incorporating the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP).

The HACCPs are designed to minimise the risk of food safety hazards. In addition, the HACCP management tool is implemented to protect the food supply chain and production process against microbiological, chemical and other physical hazard contamination.

Since 2015, the Club has continuously strived to uphold the certification and enhance its food management system. With the continuous support from Members, suppliers and colleagues, the Club successfully passed an evaluation in early September and was subsequently granted a renewal of its ISO 22000:2005 Certification.

食品安全至上

本會多年來一直以食品安全、優質及可持續發展為先。

在飲食業，ISO 22000認證涵蓋食物鏈中可影響最終產品安全的所有程序。該認證羅列有關發展、監控及維持食品安全管理系統的要求，同時納入危害分析關鍵控制點（HACCP）的要素。

HACCP旨在最大程度地降低危害食品安全的風險。此外，HACCP管理工具用以 保護食品供應鍊和生產過程免受微生物、 化學和其他物理危害的污染。

INDULGE IN THIS EXQUISITE INGREDIENT

The onset of November can only mean that it is the peak season to indulge in white truffles, highly regarded as the diamonds of the kitchen. These culinary gems have gained their prized reputation for their rarity as they are only available during a few months in the year and are primarily sourced from a particular area in Northern Italy.

This month, Noble will once again be showcasing its culinary flair for producing dishes with white truffles as its centerpiece ingredient such as Scrambled Egg with Alba’s White Truffle; and Linguine with Alba’s White Truffle.

SERVED FRESH FROM THE SEA

As a welcome alternative to red meat, seafood has sustained its status as a top choice among diners not only for the different flavours that it gives but also the numerous health benefits that it offers. Nutrient-rich seafood such as fish are renowned as an optimal source of protein, vitamins, minerals and omega-3 fatty acids that help promote a healthier heart. In addition, protein in seafood is easier to digest since it has less connective tissues than those in red meats.

Dynasty Café has sourced some of the freshest seafood to present diners with a tantalising menu of seafood options throughout October including Vietnamese Giant River Prawn with Steamed Rice; and Linguine with Australian Abalone in Lobster Sauce.

The Dynasty Club Wedding Packages are just what the happy couple is looking for, beginning with the spacious Dynasty I, II and III ballrooms that are optimally suited to host their big day with their loved ones in an intimate setting.

Available from 1 January to 30 December 2020, Members can select from three menus starting from $14,388 per table that are headlined by delectable delicacies such as Barbecued Whole Suckling Pig, Steamed Spotted Grouper, Deep-fried Crispy Chicken and more. The specialties can be savoured alongside three hours of free-flowing soft drinks, orange juice and beer.

Upon reserving The Dynasty Club Wedding Package of 12 or more tables, the newlyweds are entitled to a host of exciting privileges including a one-night accommodation in a deluxe hotel room inclusive of breakfast, chauffeured limousine service, glamorous wedding venue and floral decorations. The holiday season is usually bustling with activity, but that does not mean you cannot have a stress-free Christmas party with your family, friends or colleagues. Reserving a Christmas Party Package ensures you will be free to enjoy the merry occasion as the Club will take care of every detail.

To start off, you can select whether to host your party with the Lunch Set Menu or Lunch Buffet package which starts from $690 and $740 per person respectively for a minimum of 12 persons. Members who wish to have the celebration in the evening can instead opt for the Dinner Set Menu or Dinner Buffet package which starts from $780 and $820 per person.

The party package also comes with three hours of unlimited serving of beverages to ensure a refreshing time. Adding the seasonal touch will be beautiful fresh floral arrangements and colourful party favours for each banquet table.

Children’s Swimming Gala 20192019年皇朝會兒童水運會

Calling all top junior swimmers who are looking to make waves in the biggest swimming event of the season. The thrilling Children’s Swimming Gala on 20 October will be a showcase for speed in the water with proud parents cheering on their kids competing for exciting prizes.

Following the friendly competition taking centre stage at the indoor swimming pool, medals will be presented to the well-deserved champions, first and second runners-up in each category. A trophy will also be handed out to the overall champion.

10月20日將舉行兒童水運會，讓各位游泳小健兒以速度和泳術比拼一番，展示一直以來努力練習的成果。父母們更可到場親子同樂，為您的 小朋友加油打氣，一起感受熱烈的比賽氣氛。

水運會將在室內游泳池進行，經過一輪友誼賽後誕生冠、亞、季軍。優勝者將獲頒獎牌，並向全場總冠軍得主頒授獎杯。

Chinese Brush Painting水墨畫

Chinese brush painting is the most representative art form of Chinese paintings. Basically, it uses water and Mo, as well as black and white to produce stunning artwork. Its characteristics include realism in proximity versus abstract in the distance, and seemingly monotonous in terms of colours but rich in artistic conception.

Just as its name implies, Chinese brush paintings are works of art created mainly using coloured pigments or Mo by using Chinese calligraphy brushes, soft brushes or fingers to daub and tint on the silk or Xuan paper. Chinese brush painting together with zither, Go and calligraphy are known as the "Four Arts of the Chinese Scholar".

水墨畫，是中國繪畫的代表。基本的水墨畫，僅有水與墨，黑與白色。中國水墨畫 的特點是：近處寫實，遠處抽象，看似 色彩單調，其實意境豐富。

水墨畫主要是用毛筆、軟筆或手指，用國畫顏色和墨在帛或宣紙上作畫的 一種中國傳統的繪畫形式，是琴棋書畫四藝之一。

CHINESE BRUSH PAINTING WORKSHOP有趣水墨畫工作坊

This workshop will introduce and demonstrate advanced Chinese brush painting techniques through coloured ink painting. Members will learn how to use different coloured ink and meticulous brushstrokes to depict cute and interesting animals and plants.

此工作坊導師介紹及教授進階的水墨畫–彩墨畫，運用色彩繽紛的彩墨、工筆繪畫可愛有趣的動植物。

It is tee time for our keen golfers to once again showcase their skills in the highlight event of the Club’s golfing calendar. This year, golfers will be returning to take on the always challenging Clearwater Bay Golf & Country Club golf course during the 26th Dynasty Club Annual Golf Championship 2019 on 18 November.

Exceptional golfers and golfing feats over the past year will then be celebrated at the annual golf presentation dinner on 25 November. A highlight of the event will be a sumptuous banquet to thank all participating Golf Members for their efforts. Golf Members who were unable to participate in the tournament are also most welcome to join this special celebratory occasion.

Wing Chun Workshop詠春拳工作坊On 13 July, Wing Chun Master Raymond Chiu taught our Members the art of practicing Siu Nim Tao, which is also known as “tiny ideas”. Practicing Wing Chun not only makes you healthier, it also strengthens your cardiac and lung functions as well as increases flexibility and mobility.

Members spent a wonderful reunion with their loved ones to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival on the evening of 13 September. In addition to indulging in a sumptuous dinner prepared by the Club's restaurants and enjoying Chinese musical performances, Members and their families solved thought-provoking riddles and tried their luck at the game booths at the 7/F lobby.
