    Li u tin, cng ty TNHH HY AN trn trng gi n qu khch hng li chc sc khe v thnh t.

    Tha Qu Khch hng thn mn,

    Nc sch hin ang l vn quan tm hng u trn ton cu v n nh hng trc tip n sc khe v cuc sng ca mi ngi, mi gia nh. Vi xu hng pht trin v bo ca x hi hin nay (bao gm c nng nghip, cng nghip, s gia tng dn s...) nh hng khng nh n ngun nc sch m chng ta ang s dng.     Hy an lun pht trin khng ngng khng ch nh vo ngun nhn lc vng mnh v ti nng m cn da trn quan im kinh doanh ng n, l gp phn nng cao cht lng cuc sng gia nh bn.

    H THNG RO 1 TNG LC I/ PHM VI P DNG

    - C s sn xut nc ung tinh khit ng chai - Cung cp nc ung tp trung cho trng hc, c quan, bnh vin, nh xng c s nhn vin

    II/ YU CU THIT K:

    - Ngun nc: c cht lng nc u vo l nc thy cc hoc ngun nc ngm qua x l th v t cht lng tng ng nc thy cc.

    2. H thng RO cao cp: h thng c trang b o Mch iu khin trung tm ROC-2313: iu khin xuyn sut h thng lc nc RO, t

    3. H thng RO siu hng: h thng c trang b o Mch iu khin trung tm ROC-8221: iu khin xuyn sut h thng lc nc RO, t

    u vo n u ra. Bng mch hin th trng thi hot ng ca h thng trn cc n led (mu xanh). Khi c s c xy ra, h thng ngt in hon ton t ng, tn hiu m thanh bp bp s c pht ra, ng thi cc n led (mu ) s sng ch r ni c s c. Nh vy h thng c bo tr, sa cha d dng. Khi pht hin in dn ca nc sau lc th cao hn 200 S/cm, h thng t ng ngt v gi tn hiu cnh bo bp bp. Nh vy ngi s dng phi v sinh, ra ngc b lc th, m bo nc th t chun trc khi qua mng RO, ng thi gip tng cng tui th cho mng RO. Mt u im khc ca mch ROC-8221 l khi pht hin cht lng nc tinh khit sau lc RO c in dn vt qu mc cho php, mch ROC-2313 s t ng m van t (trc bn cha nc tinh khit) x nc ra ngoi cho n khi nc sau lc RO t n chun ban u th s t ng ng van t x li. Ngoi ra ROC-8221 cn tch hp sn cng ni tip RS485 c th truyn cc s liu v my vi tnh hoc c th kt hp vi mch PLC bn ngoi, v vy ngi s dng c th theo di hot ng ca thit b t xa v cp nht, lu tr thng tin ca h thng c th phn tch s liu sau ny.

    Mch iu khin RO vi 2 knh o in dn ROC-8221

    o Mch hin th trung tnh pH-540: hin th trung tnh ca nc tinh khit sau lc RO trn mn hnh LCD, thng thng nc tinh khit phi t pH t 6,5 8,5.

    IV/ NGUYN L HOT NG: H thng hot ng theo cc bc sau y:

    - Ngun nc vo t bn cha hoc t ng ng cp nc. Nu p lc nc yu hoc khng c nc trong bn cha, h thng t ngt in.

    - Bm u ngun s bm nc qua 3 ct lc ct, than, lm mm ri qua ct lc tinh. Cc ct lc ct, than, lm mm c th s dng van t ng hoc van tay ty theo nhu cu thit k. Vt t trong cc b lc cng thay i ty theo cht lng nc u ngun. Cc vt liu lc thng s dng t 12 -24 thng. Li lc tinh nn thay sau 3 -6 thng m bo cht lng nc sau lc tinh.

    o Van t ng c tc dng ra ngc hoc ti sinh ht trao i ion theo thi gian xc nh ban u.

    o Khi dng van tay, phi chuyn h thng qua ch thao tc tay (manual) xc ra ngc - Ngun nc sau lc tinh s i vo bm cao p y qua mng RO.

    o Nu ti u vo bm cao p, ngun nc khng p lc, h thng ngt in hon ton bo v bm cao p. Nguyn nhn l do cc ct lc th v lc tinh qu thi hn s dng hoc lu ngy khng v sinh xc ra

    o Nu ti u ra ca bm cao p c p lc qu cao, h thng s ngt hon ton. Nguyn nhn l mng RO qu thi hn s dng hoc lu ngy khng xxc ra mng RO.

    - Sau khi qua mng RO, nc sch s ln vo h thng trn Ozone hoc i qua n tia cc tm tit trng trc khi vo bn cha nc tinh khit. Mt lng nc thi s c hi v bn cha ban u v mt lng nh nc thi s c thi ra ngoi cng rnh.

    - Trn ng ra ca ng RO (trc khi vo bn ch), h thng trang b mt thit b hin th in dn (conductivity meter) vi thang o 0 - 200 S/m. Nh vy nhn vin vn hnh h thng c th bit c tinh khit ca nc v c phng php vn hnh thch hp.

    - Khi bn cha y nc h thng ngt in hon ton. - Mch iu khin trung tm hin th trng thi hot ng ca h thng hoc cnh bo cc thit b h

    hng gip thun li d dng cho vic bo tr sa cha - Ring i vi mch iu khin ROC-2313 v ROC-8221 cn c phn iu khin van t x ca

    nc tinh khit sau lc, nu pht hin in dn ca nc tinh khit cao hn 200 S/cm van t x nc s m ra x nc lc ra ngoi cho n khi cht lng nc tinh khit tr li bnh thng, van t s ng li.

    IV/ NGUYN L HOT NG: H thng hot ng theo cc bc sau y:

    - Ngun nc vo t bn cha hoc t ng ng cp nc. Nu p lc nc yu hoc khng c nc trong bn cha, h thng t ngt in.

    - Bm u ngun s bm nc qua 3 ct lc ct, than, lm mm ri qua ct lc tinh. Cc ct lc ct, than, lm mm c th s dng van t ng hoc van tay ty theo nhu cu thit k.
